Yes, with the windows open you will hear your neighbors, but quiet time was generally observed from 9pm-9am and the perks are 1) turtles everyday on the reef outside the condo!!! 2) nice heated pool 3) location! its close to the food trucks and all of the fun bits of northwest Maui.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay in a perfect location. Balcony was right on the Ocean, perfect for morning coffee and sunsets. We'd watch the turtles swim from our balcony daily. The location is close to all the action (Kaanapali, Front St, etc.) but far enough away that there is peace and quiet. There is awesome markets (Farmers Market & the Fish Market) within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.
