Amazing view, good location, friendly staff

Loved my stay here! Gorgeous view and good value for the price. I found it very walkable despite being on a slight hill (better view that way) and I had a good time here. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was that one morning the water was unexpectedly not running and I had to skip a shower. I forgot to ask why and never got an explanation. The breakfast was pretty okay but the coffee was very bad. The hairdryer didn’t work in my bathroom. Overall I would totally stay here again unless I required a more upscale place. I find it to be very good for the cost!

There was no power when I arrived there at 7pm. The staff promised to fix it by 10. Next morning there was no water. Management didn't show up and offered no alternatives to me or other guests. Staff had to weather the storm. Responsible managers should not give excuses but fix troubles for guests. No plan B to place us in a comfortable space. All they provided was a flashlight.

Quarto extremamente limpo e arejado. A vista da sacada é linda. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos e permitiram que adiantássemos o check in em uma hora. Café da manhã satisfatório e piscina também. A área externa é muito bonita.

As fotos do hotel não condizem com a realidade. Ficamos na acomodação número 9 por apenas uma noite. O quarto não tinha uma limpeza condizente, o banheiro cheirava esgoto, o sabonete líquido acabou e não foi reposto, a luz central estava queimada, no quarto o lençol estava furado, as cortinas encardidas e o sofá rasgado. O café da manhã tinha moscas nas frutas e nos frios. O preço não compensa de maneira alguma. Um absurdo. Sorte que passamos somente uma 1 noite.
