The Boardwalk Haven - Santa Cruz, CA

Setup, location, space was all great.Host was very helpful in making sure we knew everything and checked in multiple times.

Everything was as advertised. Places clean. Very comfortable. Very close to all things we want to do.

Location was god, host was very welcoming and willing to help. Only drawback was dishwasher not working for last few days

Enjoyable stay. Unit was very clean, nicely decorated and in a convenient location (as promised) close to the beach and downtown. The kitchen had all needed items and large enough to easily allow meal preparation. Host was highly responsive to questions.Only survey question that was hard to respond to since it was not part of our stay was the “winery experience” - gave a “3” rating when a N/A would be more appropriate!

Condo complex is dated and needs some tlc, but it’s gated, pretty quiet, and close to the boardwalk. Seemed like a safe location. Inside is nicely updated. Kitchen is pretty well equipped with the exception of knives—really bad and difficult to use. We had a few issues, but property management responded quickly and did what they could to mitigate issues. Overall I would recommend.
