Sound of Waves in Bondi

Beautiful location South end of Bondi Beach behind Icebergs. Place was nice and clean. Check in was easy/ secure/ well explained. WiFi good. Bathroom very small and has the washer/dryer in it. Unit does not have A/C, it has a stand up fan and ceiling fans. It is street level right on Campbell Parade, so there is enhanced street noise and as lower level unit, there are buildings in front of it partially obstructing Bondi Beach view- While prime location, this is important because the charges for the unit were at a top ended premium cost comparably. Overall prime location and clean.

I was hoping to be able to leave an amazing review as the view is incredible. This property was listed with the amenities of AC, fan, Iron and Hair Dryer. Unfortunately the AC was in error and the others were all broken. I replaced the hair dryer and made due with the other issues. It was a disappointment as we were preparing for a family wedding so we were counting on the AC/Fan to combat the humidity. The host said the A/C was VRBO's error which VRBO has said is not true. I asked for reimbursement of the hair dryer since I left it (US to AUS power conversion) and also any compensation for the AC.The host did not respond to my email.

I love this property as a five star in terms of location, fit out et cetera. Very much like home. Would love to stay longer

It was a perfect short break. The service was excellent and you never get tired of the view.
