This is our 4th trip to The Lodge at Lincoln Station and our second year in this room and it is by far our favorite room! Well stocked, beautiful view! We can’t wait to come back again next year!!

No air-conditioning. Ceiling fans ineffective for humidity. Musty odor throughout condo. Given one washcloth a piece for three days, really! Outdoor pool closed for maintenance. Indoor pool cloudy couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Whatever substance was used to clean kitchen floor made it extremely slippery. Wet dishes were left in the dishwasher - for how long-who knows.

Loved this cute little condo with loft. Local to everything in Lincoln. Comfortable bed and loved the jacuzzi and pool. It was too cold to hike like I had wanted, so took full advantage of that jacuzzi. This was perfect for our Valentine's/Anniversary getaway. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This is a great spot for Loon skiing. We took advantage of the shuttle to the mountain, hot tub / pool post-skiing, and the restaurants that were walkable from the condo. The unit had everything we needed - toiletries, coffee, towels, linens. It was clean and comfortable for four of us - thought we didn't spend a lot of time in the room because we had so much fun skiing!

Nice clean place! Great location! Owner was great to talk with and easy to get in touch with quickly for any questions or issues! The kids loved the pools, both inside and outside, and the arcade! Will keep this as one of our favorites to use when traveling to Lincoln again!

Centrally located in Lincoln Center, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and less than 2 miles from Loon Mtn. About 4 miles from stunning Franconia Notch State Park. The unit was very cute, and perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. We were able to easily cook meals and watch Netflix. The only thing we were disappointed by was the pool area. The indoor pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t get over about 75 degrees. There was some construction going on, so hopefully they will repair this area.

It's a condo in a condo hotel in Lincoln. The unit is great overall, with a beautiful view of the river. It is clean, and well maintained and stocked. The amenities in the hotel are nice as well (even if slightly outdated) - our young (3yo) kids especially enjoyed the pool. Be advised that ovrall the space is quite small - when the sofa bed is open there's effectively no space in the room - and there's no dinging table. Therefore, I would not recommend this unit to a family with older kids. Otherwise it was great.

The condo and larger facility were both great. The condo was comfortable and quite well equipped. The ski locker room wasn't super-convenient (although the locker itself appears to be in private use by the owners). The sauna, pool and hot tub were great. The shuttle service is a real bonus, although guests should be advised to wait for the return trip at the first stop - the Governor Adams Lodge, not the Octagon Lodge. We would absolutely book again.

This stay was perfect at this one bedroom condo. The view of the mountain was incredible and the gym, pool, arcade room w/ pool table and other room with ping pong table was great (bring quarters/dollars). Laundry on site i think it was 2.25 per load. The bedroom had a "unique" door to it as an FYI, did not both us but the bedroom had a door that did not cover the whole area (covered from around 1 foot off the ground to about 6 feet off the ground) so not extremely private. I would absolutely stay here again, they had some games in the living room with a gas fireplace. there is a shuttle the the mountain, probably every 15-20 minutes it comes through during main hours then every 30 min during slower times like midday.

We were in town overnight for a young relative's graduation from Plymouth State University. This condo was close enough to Plymouth and very reasonably priced. We found the place easily, it was very clean and well maintained. The information from the owners was accurate and well communicated. The public spaces were safe and also well kept. It was perfect for what we expected.

Perfect location near everything in Lincoln area; indoor/outdoor pool and river outback. The kids had a blast! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the bed - it was only a full size and extremely soft and droopy in the middle. Tough for anyone with a bad back or in my case, being 8 months pregnant. Other than that, it was a great stay! Would book again in the future.

The place was centrally located and pleasant. One possible glitch would be that the unit would be quite hot in the peak of summer. We basically lucked out with cool night temperatures. There is one sunny slider and one window side by side so no cross breeze if the evenings were not cool, the fans might not be enough. But fine if temperature is right.

This was perfect for a night stay while leaf peeping. We had all we needed. Bed was comfortable but up a flight of stairs from bathroom so be careful if you have to get up in middle of night. Coffee and creamer was provided! Within walking distance to restaurant and convenience stores.

This condo met all of our needs: the queen bed in the loft was super comfortable and we were able to use a very comfy air mattress as well as the sofa bed so our teens each got their own place to sleep. The condo was immaculate, updated and decorated really cute. The a/c unit worked well and there were ceiling fans that helped keep us cool. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We used some of the amenities onsite like the ping pong table and indoor pool/hot tub. The owner provided check in information several days prior so I didn't have to reach out to her and was super responsive. We'd love to stay here again when we are back in the area!

Thanks for a nice stay; I’d stay here again if in the area. The only thing folks that need to get up in the middle of the night need to know, is that the bedroom is up and the bathroom down. We managed fine.

Lovely condo with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Great place for a couple. Could be cozy for more than 2 but manageable. BUT the BEST part is the gorgeous view of the river and mountain from the living area!!! Nice location to the slopes (with a shuttle, if needed) and easy walking to everything downtown Lincoln. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend staying here.

This condo looks out on the beautiful mountains and you can hear the river below. It would have been helpful to know pool hours as nothing was posted. The unit isn’t air conditioned but the fans made it feel comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Easy access, convenient to Franconia Ridge hiking and everything in Lincoln. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked. Peaceful views out over the woods and river. Sofa bed surprisingly comfortable. A little stuffy on a hot/humid weekend, but ceiling and floor fans helped cool it down.

Upon arriving to our condo, the bathroom door had unfortunately been locked on accident from the inside and shut. Property management and staff did a great job coming down and resolving the issue despite limited staff being available on the weekends. I highly recommend staying here - the rooms are very clean and the atmosphere is wonderful :)

I arrived early on my check-in and Pat responded quickly to my query and was able to access the unit a few hours early. The process for check-in was simple and the condo was airy, spotless and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with quality plates, cutlery, miscellaneous condiments. The view to the river and mountain trails was bonus. I loved the overhead fans and spaciousness of the deck and quiet from no air conditioner compressor. It was high 80s during my stay, but always comfortable in the unit with the sliders open and quiet overhead fans. Bed was comfortable, as was all of the furniture. Location is central and though I did not use the indoor/outdoor pools, they were clean and well maintained. Thank you for the telaxing stay!

Lovely condo! Enjoyed our stay, it’s just as pictured. We didn’t spend a lot of time in it as we were out and about, but it has everything you need. Hosts were great!!! They replied quickly when I had questions. I would stay again!
Lovely condo! Enjoyed our stay, it’s just as pictured. We didn’t spend a lot of time in it as we were out and about, but it has everything you need. Hosts were great!!! They replied quickly when I had questions. I would stay again!

We were in town overnight for a young relative's graduation from Plymouth State University. This condo was close enough to Plymouth and very reasonably priced. We found the place easily, it was very clean and well maintained. The information from the owners was accurate and well communicated. The public spaces were safe and also well kept. It was perfect for what we expected.

Amazing value for price. Very clean & spacious. Good location. Had a some difficulty opening case even with correct code to get access to key card upon arrival. The box stuck a local was able to help. Other than the key card box sticking, amazing value.

This is our 4th trip to The Lodge at Lincoln Station and our second year in this room and it is by far our favorite room! Well stocked, beautiful view! We can’t wait to come back again next year!!

My partner and I came to stay for two nights to hike locally. Check in was super easy, lots of parking and the unit is easily accessible. Everything was freshly cleaned when we arrived. The condo was well stocked and the view from the deck had amazing views of the mountain and the river. The unit itself was homey and spacious. The location was extremely convenient being walking distance to several restaurants. Communication was great from the time we booked through the time we checked out. We are looking forward to coming back for another trip! 10/10 absolutely recommend

This is a great spot for Loon skiing. We took advantage of the shuttle to the mountain, hot tub / pool post-skiing, and the restaurants that were walkable from the condo. The unit had everything we needed - toiletries, coffee, towels, linens. It was clean and comfortable for four of us - thought we didn't spend a lot of time in the room because we had so much fun skiing!

Centrally located in Lincoln Center, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and less than 2 miles from Loon Mtn. About 4 miles from stunning Franconia Notch State Park. The unit was very cute, and perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. We were able to easily cook meals and watch Netflix. The only thing we were disappointed by was the pool area. The indoor pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t get over about 75 degrees. There was some construction going on, so hopefully they will repair this area.

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit as listed. We found the stairs to the loft more than we wanted to tackle overnight and slept instead on the pull out couch. The "support" for the couch noted in the owners manual was not found in the closet. Also, the mattress was heavily soiled and really needs replacement.
