Walk to Beach • Relaxing, Fully Equipped Home!

We had a great time for our first time in the area! Three couples fit nicely with beds to spare. All the amenities were new and useful. We hung out in the backyard, the kitchen and living room. We prepared sandwiches for the beach days and went out to dinners. Everything was pretty close, though we chose to drive most places, not easy walking for us oldsters. The provided beach passes work at most beaches, not all. The beach chairs and cooler were helpful(didnt use umbrella). We grilled out one day and there was a spare propane in garage. Communication was great and Carolina was ready for any questions or if something came up! We would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Couldn’t have had a better experience at this property, it was spacious and clean and comfortable for all of us. The backyard was amazing, check in was super easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating!

This house is fantastic for a family stay. More than enough room for parents, the children and even the grand parents to sleep comfortably. With a fenced in backyard to run around in, and a sizable kitchen/tv room this one is a keeper. The host really takes it above and beyond with her hospitality and level of communication. The modern decor and renovations make this a luxury stay close enough to walk to the beach and even the famous Strollo’s lighthouse for ice cream for a treat. If you want more, less than 5 minutes down the road is pier village with everything you could need or want. Shopping, food, games, live music and more beach front! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice clean and convenient beach vacation in long branch!

This house was well above our expectations. They had everything we needed right at the house. It has a huge back yard that we were able to use to play games with friends. It was a couple minute walk to the beach and they had chairs for all of us with an umbrella at the house. Couldn't reccommend a better house to spend the weekend at. Will definitely go back again soon.

Overall very clean and modern beach house to stay at. Owner is extremely responsive to our needs, an example comes to mind is that I asked if they had night lights and within the same 1-2 hours, a nightlight was delivered to the door. Same with the grill - only one burner was on and immediately she delivered a lighter to light the other burners. Great location to the beach and owner had ample beach passes, umbrellas, and chairs. The house is more for 1-2 families. Would stay there again!

House was exactly as pictured, beautiful new home. Caroline was a great host and the process was super simple. The walk to the beach isn't bad and the parking in the neighbor was easy peasy. We were already talking about booking for next year before we even checked out.

If you have a family and want to visit Long Branch, Monmouth beach, etc then this house is a MUST STAY! Absolutely beautiful home. Amazing location. Host is sooo incredible and responsive. We were there for a wedding and my family loved this home and back yard! We had 3 kids (5, 3, and 18 months) and it was perfect for them. There was a pack n play, yard to play in, open concept living room. We will be staying here again when we visit NJ again.

The location was perfect for us to get around to where we needed and the host was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The house itself was perfect with its open floor plan, fenced in back yard, and quiet street.

We had a wonderful weekend reunion for 5 friends (ladies in their 40s/50s) here in mid-March. The house is BEAUTIFUL. We had seen the photos but it was even more spectacular in person. There are 4 generously sized bedrooms, one with two beds. Between that and two baths upstairs and one downstairs (that even included a shower!) we had way more than enough private space for everyone. The master bath is like out of a magazine. The kitchen is stunning and very well appointed. There wasn't a 'regular' coffee pot so we brought one along for our use since we were home for awhile each morning and didn't want only KCups. It was still chilly weather so we weren't out in the yard but for a minute to look around but its quite spacious. Plenty of parking. A couple of us parked in the driveway and then there was easy and ample on-street parking. It was a very low/no traffic street. While not exactly 'steps away' a few of our party walked over to the beach. It's definitely very nearby. And it was an easy jaunt to several other nearby beach locations and boardwalks. The host was wonderful! We had a little issue getting in and she was SUPER responsive. And everything was resolved quickly. There is a large tv in the great room area adjacent to the kitchen with a huge comfortable sectional so we had some great movie night time together. Decent wifi. The house is perfect - so deserves to be treated with love and care - there's not a ding or a scratch. Everything is beautiful and new. We loved it--and we can tell the owners love it too! I could imagine this being a great spot for a family or even two families to have some great fun in the summer! Thanks!

The home was lovely, in excellent condition and had a great kitchen, backyard and the rooms were spacious. The host was very responsive when we had a problem with the grill, they actually replaced it for us the next morning so our evening dinner barbecue could happen. They had all the beach and kitchen accessories we could think of. A great place to stay!

This was a beautiful home to stay at while having our daughters wedding. We did pictures the morning of with her bridesmaids and it was big enough for all as well as camera crew to get some absolutely gorgeous pics. The house is very clean and the kitchen is large with two sinks (love that)! The bedrooms are upstairs and a great size with large closet space. The bathrooms were very clean and bright and big! This house completed all we had planned for for this magical wedding day! Amazing!

The location was perfect because we needed something close to our daughter's wedding reception. We loooved the house when we stayed for Thanksgiving with our family. It was very clean, spacious, close to the beach and communication with the owner was really great. We would stay there every time, if we could.

The property inside and out is well maintained. The home is immaculate and is able to accommodate larger groups also. Location is within minutes to beach and Pier Village which has great restaurants and shops. The owner is always accessible and happy to assist with anything to make your stay even more pleasurable. The house is beautiful and looks as good as the pictures. The owner is responsive to every message and super helpful. The area felt safe. The house location was an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the area stores.
