This lovely home is one of only a handful of rental homes advertised with a hot tub. Although it only fits four, the charm of the house, and nicely redone backyard is a do but miss! We will 100% be staying here again! Highly recommend for Navy games and for visiting the Annapolis area in general!

We stay in a lot of VRBOs...several hear for the last 15 years. This house was very nice...great location, tons of fun in the backyard, and well equipped. The kids had fun with sleepovers in the upstairs attic/bedroom. This place would be so fun in the fall or spring as temps would be perfect to maximize use the backyard. Wonderful rental!

Loved our 3rd stay at the Goat Locker!! You can’t find a better location if you have an event at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The team has quick communication. Larry has thought every detail to make the home great for your stay! Mids loved the hot tub after game, the new hammock in the back yard and the close proximity to DTA and The Yard! Go Navy!

We stayed at the Goat Locker this April! The decorations of the house were beautiful and we loved every second of staying there. The house was amazing and in a great location, where you could see the Navy Stadium. Linens were provided, there was even a little wine and snacks left there for us, and such an amazing backyard! iTrip responded to all of our texts immediately and we would definitely stay with this company and property again.

We enjoyed our stay very much - perfect location. Very comfortable beds, good towels, very clean house. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk outside the backyard gate and having access to a great walking path that goes around the football stadium.

If you are going to a Navy Football game this is a great house for friends and family. You literally walk out the back gate and you are on the stadium grounds. The house was very nice - clean and comfortable. One thing to note- on the listing at the bottom, it says the backyard will be used for parking for games and some other events. I did not see this and was unpleasantly surprised when I was told this the afternoon before the game. I had my dogs with me and was very worried about them getting upset with all the commotion. But it all turned out fine. The owner was very nice about it. Overall a great house. Would rent again.

This property worked great for our family. We came from Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida. The home fit our family of 11 perfectly ages 1-76. It was large enough to have a lot of fun in doors and out. The decor was delightful and very appropriate for Annapolis. Our nephew who got married was an academy grad!

This house is a great place for a large group of people to stay. Room to spread out and also gather, although dining was a little tight. Easy walk to downtown Annapolis. Enjoyed very much!

The Goat Locker is a fantastic property! We were visiting our Mid for 2/C Parents Weekend and the location is perfect for accessing the stadium, USNA shuttle, driving to the Academy, or other locations in and around Annapolis.The house is very comfortable with everything you need and the backyard is fantastic. Larry and team were very communicative and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying here and will definitely book again!

We stayed for the boat show at City Dock and it was a very convenient location. Owners have added a nice wall in front of the property that adds privacy. This house is steps away from the Navy stadium so it would be a short walk to the game. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. There were a lot of nice touches throughout the house which made it comfortable for us too. Text support was very responsive even on the weekend.

We stayed for the boat show at City Dock and it was a very convenient location. Owners have added a nice wall in front of the property that adds privacy. This house is steps away from the Navy stadium so it would be a short walk to the game. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. There were a lot of nice touches throughout the house which made it comfortable for us too. Text support was very responsive even on the weekend.

Great property very close to football stadium short walk/drive to Annapolis and Naval Academy. Accurately described in listing, ample linens, dishes and kitchen equipment. Outdoor space amazing for get together before the game. Great communication with property managers before and during stay.

The space was wonderful for our group! We appreciated the variety of spaces to sit and hang out. The outdoor space was particularly great! The house was walkable to places to grab coffee and eat.

Our stay at The GOAT Locker was more than a 5 star! What a perfect house on location, service, cleanliness, and amenities. iTrip was amazing in every possible way. We cannot wait for our next stay.

This home is well stocked and in a great spot. We were comfortable. Some small cleaning was overlooked but the management was very responsive.

If you are going to a Navy Football game this is a great house for friends and family. You literally walk out the back gate and you are on the stadium grounds. The house was very nice - clean and comfortable. One thing to note- on the listing at the bottom, it says the backyard will be used for parking for games and some other events. I did not see this and was unpleasantly surprised when I was told this the afternoon before the game. I had my dogs with me and was very worried about them getting upset with all the commotion. But it all turned out fine. The owner was very nice about it. Overall a great house. Would rent again.
