This townhouse was amazing! Plenty of room for 5 of us to stay. Extremely clean, well decorated! All the furniture and beds were very comfortable ( even the murphy bed in the basement). The kitchen was well stocked and had great appliances. Parking was close and convenient. The location was easy to get to downtown and the Naval Academy, but still in a very quiet area. Easy check in!

The property is in a great location and having a parking space nearby was key! The only issues we had were bees under the front porch that we called the owner about and no hot water in the upstairs bathroom sink that we didn’t really use due to mineral buildup .. we had a great stay.

I love Annapolis and try to stay in town as often as I can. This house was renovated nicely and they did a great job with the decor. And the location was excellent. I didn’t bother with the parking spot that was offered because it seemed too complicated. And too far from the house. I was a little disappointed that the listing description and details of the sleeping arrangements stated that there were two futons in the unit. There were zero futons. There was one king size bed, one queen, size bed, and two small twin beds. Not exactly what I had planned with friends sleeping over while I was in town. But, The beds were very comfortable. Otherwise, The patio outback was awesome and I wish I had more time to use that space. Overall, the house is great and I would definitely rent again. I look forward to my next stay!

This charming home is in a wonderful neighborhood. Met many neighbors while walking the four legged traveler to the dog park at the end of the street!! We felt very welcome and safe. Walking distance to town so leave your car parked n the assigned parking about 1 block away. Very convenient. Kitchen is a very well appointed. Bath essentials also provided. Will stay again if I find myself in Annapolis. Only wish it was available for the Annapolis boat shows.

Stayed here with our family for my son's wedding weekend. One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! Beautiful, spacious, comfy, well-stocked home. Perfect location to enjoy Annapolis (on foot or with Uber, which were readily available). Having the parking pass was a huge plus. Cathie, the owner was so gracious and helpful. Excellent communication with us. We would love to come back and stay longer. It was just perfect!

We had a great time at Megan’s property. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect to explore Annapolis on foot- we walked everywhere. Parking was easy to find and convenient enough. The property could be a little cleaner. The rugs on the first floor appeared worn and dirty. One of the quilts had stains on it and there were dust bunnies throughout the second floor. Overall we had a great stay!

Wish I could give it 10 starts. Beds and bedding were comfortable, location was perfect, and Cathie was one of the best host I ever had, I use Vrbo a lot. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Annapolis!! Oh, and so clean!!

The house was spotless, convenient, located and comfortably fitted everyone. Great kitchen and living room to get everyone together and the house has everything we needed. Bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen were all great. The hosts were communicative and responsive and gave us great information to make us easy and convenient. Will definitely stay here again

The home’s location was perfect for our group. Small changes would help very much to make the stay even better. The curb appeal needed a refresh. Mildewed pillow on bench, dead flowers in pot, holiday decorations part of window boxes and paint needed on stairs -greet a renter. The rugs ,which surely get much wear, felt dirty. Sofa needed a cleaning too. The kitchen had all we wanted. It and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The outdoor rugs and cushions were mildewed which made the deck uninviting. We face all these same challenges in our home climate. We mention it only to let you know what we saw as guests.

The house is really nice. It is well laid-out and has nice furniture, beds, ceiling fans, etc. The house stays warm even in frigid temps.The house is a short walk to coffee and dinners, and is a short drive to a number of supermarkets. I would highly recommend staying here.

When we entered the home my wife immediately said “I could live here”. It’s a beautiful renovation with tons of comfortable space. It was also extremely well stocked. The best part was it’s perfectly located to walk everywhere in Annapolis. It’s a great base for a lovely 3 day stay.

The place is tastefully decorated with great quality sheets/towels, comfortable beds, and a great open layout for relaxing and entertaining with friends. The house is a very close walk to restaurants and shops, but tucked away on a quiet side street. Cathie was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. I'd highly recommend this house for a group of friends or family.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The location was super convenient, the host was wonderful to work with, and the home was everything we could have hoped for. We had 7 people and there was plenty of space. The host is clearly very experienced and had thought of everything. One of the best stays that I've had anywhere.

Cathie’s property was wonderful! The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Her communication was quick and clear. She made traveling out of state a breeze for us. We would absolutely book her place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home has been renovated and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is very convenient, a short walk to downtown. Parking was close by with the parking pass provided. Our host Cathie was great about communicating everything we needed. She was also quick to respond to an issue we had with one of the bathrooms and had a plumber come and fix it the same day. She even came and cleaned the whole bathroom top to bottom after the repairs were done. We were very impressed with the high level of service. We highly recommend this wonderful property!

We had a great stay, and had the opportunity to walk through downtown Annapolis. The house was extremely comfortable, great location, and 5 star communication and responsiveness from the host. Fantastic experience, and would certainly stay here again on future trips to Annapolis.

Perfect stay in Annapolis! Lovely home, well-stocked, clean, beautiful decor. Wonderful communication. Walked everywhere. Fun West Street, downtown shopping, delicious seafood. Our new favorite rental. We will be back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over last week while taking our son to Plebe Summer. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Perfect location...quick walk to downtown and USNA and water. Will be back. Thank you

Super location close to downtown and Naval Academy! Cute place and nice for 6 adults (3 couples.) Kitchen is fully stocked but there are so many coffee shops and restaurants close by that we never used it.

This townhouse was amazing! Plenty of room for 5 of us to stay. Extremely clean, well decorated! All the furniture and beds were very comfortable ( even the murphy bed in the basement). The kitchen was well stocked and had great appliances. Parking was close and convenient. The location was easy to get to downtown and the Naval Academy, but still in a very quiet area. Easy check in!

The house is really nice. It is well laid-out and has nice furniture, beds, ceiling fans, etc. The house stays warm even in frigid temps.The house is a short walk to coffee and dinners, and is a short drive to a number of supermarkets. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a very nice stay at this home in Annapolis. Very convenient and short walk to the village, everything promised on the web site was delivered. Would return here again as its a great alternative to staying in DC. We drove to the Metro station in Landover and took the subway from there. In Annapolis, try the Pork Ossobuco at Dry 85. AMAZING!!!!

Location was great. Good space, well-stocked kitchen with pots/pans. Only complaint was I wish bathrooms were a little bigger and beds/sofa was a little more comfortable.

This charming home is in a wonderful neighborhood. Met many neighbors while walking the four legged traveler to the dog park at the end of the street!! We felt very welcome and safe. Walking distance to town so leave your car parked n the assigned parking about 1 block away. Very convenient. Kitchen is a very well appointed. Bath essentials also provided. Will stay again if I find myself in Annapolis. Only wish it was available for the Annapolis boat shows.

The house was spotless, convenient, located and comfortably fitted everyone. Great kitchen and living room to get everyone together and the house has everything we needed. Bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen were all great. The hosts were communicative and responsive and gave us great information to make us easy and convenient. Will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful townhouse. The place is tastefully decorated with great quality sheets/towels, comfortable beds, and a great open layout for relaxing and entertaining with friends. The house is a very close walk to restaurants and shops, but tucked away on a quiet side street. Cathie was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. I'd highly recommend this house for a group of friends or family.

When we entered the home my wife immediately said “I could live here”. It’s a beautiful renovation with tons of comfortable space. It was also extremely well stocked. The best part was it’s perfectly located to walk everywhere in Annapolis. It’s a great base for a lovely 3 day stay.

We had a great time at Megan’s property. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect to explore Annapolis on foot- we walked everywhere. Parking was easy to find and convenient enough. The property could be a little cleaner. The rugs on the first floor appeared worn and dirty. One of the quilts had stains on it and there were dust bunnies throughout the second floor. Overall we had a great stay!

The historic row house was beautifully appointed and maintained; the perfect location to explore downtown Annapolis on foot. The waterfront park just down the street was a wonderful surprise to enjoy the sunset or sunrise. Megan the host was easily accessible and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Be advised this is an 1886 historic home with steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and claw feet tub/showers that can be challenging to get in and out of. Three "very mature" ladies managed but we were very careful and cautious with our footing.

I love Annapolis and try to stay in town as often as I can. This house was renovated nicely and they did a great job with the decor. And the location was excellent. I didn’t bother with the parking spot that was offered because it seemed too complicated. And too far from the house. I was a little disappointed that the listing description and details of the sleeping arrangements stated that there were two futons in the unit. There were zero futons. There was one king size bed, one queen, size bed, and two small twin beds. Not exactly what I had planned with friends sleeping over while I was in town. But, The beds were very comfortable. Otherwise, The patio outback was awesome and I wish I had more time to use that space. Overall, the house is great and I would definitely rent again. I look forward to my next stay!
