This is a lovely hotel in a nice location. It’s very fun, with a coffee bar and regular bar on the first level open to the public. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is great. I like the modern feel to everything.

Parking was easy and secure. Room was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I think the fan in the room with the toilet is not working. the pillows on the bed were the only bad thing about the room. They were wildly unsupportive and uncomfortable. The pillows should be rethought. Otherwise it was a really great experience.

Hotel was overall very nice and inviting, but our room seemed a little beat up. Trim and pain was chipped, drywall by the blinds was damaged, tub drain plug was broken, minor details but noticeable. This did not affect our stay, but the hotel is starting to show it’s age.

The bedding had holes in it like a mouse had chewed several parts. The shower Temperature handle fell off in my hand and was unable to regulate water. Had to pull the knob off and shove it back on several times to get it to work. The manager agreed that the bedding should have never made it to a room. She apologized and asked if there was anything she could do At checkout. She said she was not able to give me a discount on the room rate because I booked through Expedia.

Small room. Reminded me of dorm room living. Terrible cheap faucet in bathroom, because of improper install I had to use two hands to hold faucet in place to change water temperature. No closet to hang clothes. No carpet in room. Cheap mattress. Heat did not work in room. Staff prioritized phone calls over in person customers. First room electronic entrance lock did not work, therefore could not get into first room. I would pass on this property in the future.

Great location. Very friendly. The room was a little noisy due to the air conditioning going on and off at night. The beds are a little soft. No carpeting on the floor. Unable to raise the temperature on the thermostat. Web excess is great. TV has lots of choices. Good breakfast.

Got in around 8:30 for check in and had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk worker to deal with some people who wanted a drink from the Starbucks that is attached to the front desk? Probably need two people if that’s going to be open. Room was cool and unique but bathroom fan didn’t work and shower had broken(ish) showerhead which is a bummer in that expensive of a room. Overall nice though!

Seemed very short-staffed. Waited almost 15 minutes for someone to show up at the lobby coffee bar. Another guest and I walked all over the first floor area at 6:45 and didn’t find anyone. Also Saturday evening bartenders at the lobby bar were very slow and appeared to be very inexperienced.

Everything about this stay was amazing: the location, the cleanliness, the modern room. But what I loved the most was the kindness and effort of the staff to make our time here special. They really went out of their way to make it memorable, and at a time when it’s difficult to find good service, it was a breath of fresh air.

Super friendly and helpful at the reception desk. Hotel is in a great spot, one block off the main drag of downtown Holland; everything within walking distance. Room was clean and modern. Our bathroom sink was a bit wonky but that's the only criticism I can muster. Food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent.

It would have been nice to know what this location was under construction. Also the ATM was broke, in the afternoon evening gentleman was not very helpful and didn't seem willing to even get out of his chair to answer my questions.

Location is great for downtown access. Soft close doors typical of most hilton properties (which I appreciate). Beds and bath all good. Nothing particularly special about the room. For the price, I was expecting a little more, but this hotel is more of a plastic glass and paper cup sort of place. There's construction going on so the parking lot is a little torn up and you can get some noise during the week. Our room was 2nd floor facing 7h street, and I don't recommend. 7th street is busy and noisy during the week. The gym was a bit of a disappointment with 2 treads (one out of order), a peloton bike (pointless w/o a subscription) and a recumbent bike for cardio...we ended up going to an anytime fitness across town. Check in was ok tho' it seems parking may cost if you're not a honors member? We are so no issue, but the hotels.com reservation states that parking is free so watch out for that.
