Comfortable, roomy space with a nice deck overlooking a stream. Had breakfast out there and watched the birds a bit. Convenient to everywhere we planned to go and great to return to an easy, comfy place at the end of the hikes and wine tasting.

Comfortable place. Didn’t know the washer and dryer were coin op. Would recommend adding that to property description so guest can bring quarters.

The creek deck was nice and relaxing. Enough privacy for a couple. Easy parking and close proximity to restaurants and vineyards. Only downside was the bed was firmer than mine and my partner's liking. House was clean and nice. Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was as advertised and the bikes were an awesome addition for us to use to bike into downtown Sonoma. Kitchen could use some more accessories and cooking utensils, but we perhaps cooked much more than typical. Check in and check out was straight forward and easy.

Pros: Located above a nice river with a charming meadow view. Updated kitchen. Warm gas fireplace. Cons: Washer and dryer are not only located outside, but they are also coin operated… and one of the dryers was duct taped shut. I had to clean the windows to enjoy the view. The bathroom lights are motion censored. So getting up during the night did not only disrupt my partner, but it was like being in an airport runway light show. The threshold between the living room and kitchen was missing, so you could see screws and bare floor. The blanket at the foot of the bed, and the one in the living room were not washed. There were only about five adult hangers and 20 children hangers. We would not stay here again.

The bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood and perfect location to access the plaza, wineries, hiking and biking trails. The interior was very clean with great amenities and well represented in the listing. The updated bathroom was a highlight. However, the outdoor space and bicycles - which were the main selling points (and one of the reasons we chose this property), did not appear well maintained. The deck wasn't clean or nearly as beautiful as the photos. It appeared as though it hadn't been used in a while - lots of cobwebs, lichen and mildew on the furniture. It needs a good pressure washing. I spent about 30 minutes sweeping cobwebs, leaves and bugs, then wiping down all of the furniture before we could use it - not what I want to do on my vacation. The bikes need a tune up and the tires were quite worn. We took them for a short trip and had no issues, but it was just a disappointment. I will say Mike was quite responsive when I contacted him about the bike tires. I would imagine those will be serviced before the next renters. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. I just would have expected a more inviting area outside based on the pictures and description. It was definitely a good value. Easy check in, clear instructions, good communication and wonderful location.

We came to the area for the NASCAR Xfinity race, wineries and to visit family. We loved the downtown area of Sonoma and it’s location for everything we were doing the 5 days we stayed at this bungalow. The deck was private and looked over a small stream. The galley kitchen was very nice and had everything two people needed. Lots of little niceties such as ice packs in the freezer and insulated totes to borrow when out sightseeing. Updated bathroom with corner shower, heated bidet toilet, and a variety of toiletries if needed. This place is small but it is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved that this property offered bikes for us to explore Sonoma in a unique way. The fire pit inside and outside made for a nice, cozy visit when we were taking a break from the wineries.

My wife and I spent a few enjoyable days at this property. The unit is clean and as described. The kitchen is well equipped and includes basic condiments. Location is in a quiet neighborhood backing into a pretty big stream, and we saw plenty of birds and a few deer. Also convenient to Sonoma town, Napa, Redwood National Forest and the coast. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

This was our 3rd stay at this property. It is immaculate and has everything you could want. The deck overlooking the woods and babbling brook is the highlight of the property. We normally go when it is warmer so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much this time because it was chilly. It is very peaceful, relaxing and close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.

We loved Sonoma and all that it offers. The first impression as we drove into the neighborhood was a little suspect, but we had no issues. The property needed a little last-minute clean as there were crumbs on the floor and the carpet/couch. We did not cook or eat while at the Airbnb so cant comment on the appliances or anything like that. The back deck is awesome although really needs to be power washed and swept..lots of spider webs. We also had some 8 legged visitors but just let them free outside. The shower has a spot that is rusting through and is patched but maybe not totally waterproofed. We could not figure out how to keep the lights on while in the shower or in the bathroom as they are motion-detected lighting.. minor problem The place is super cute but just needs a little TLC.

My husband and I needed a break from the city and our crazy work schedules. This was the perfect spot. Our bungalow was clean, comfy, cozy and close enough to easily get anywhere we wanted to go, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We both can’t wait to go back and hope we get to stay here again. It was fantastic!

We stayed at this charming unit for 2 nights while visiting Family for Thanksgiving. The unit is small, but perfect for the 2 of us. The deck overlooking the creek is lovely and we really wish that we would have had time to sit by the fire, sipping a glass of wine and watch for wildlife. Our only snag was the unit had not been cleaned when we checked in. When we finally reached Michael, he got right on it and the housekeeper over. Otherwise our stay was great.

This VRBO was just okay. We are avid VRBO visitors and I gotta say… this one was probably our least favorite. We were very excited about the deck but once we went onto the deck our excitement was gone. The deck was really dirty! The floor was covered in a layer of dirt and the deck was full of spiderwebs and a black widow landed on my spouses hand. There was several other spiders as well during our stay. More than average.I’ve lived in the mountains and never dealt with this many spiders. The view would have been nice but they don’t upkeep their property. Dead brush was all over the hill leading to the creek and it was an ugly site. They also require you to keep on the light at the front door and the light shines directly in your face while you’re trying to sleep. It’s not ideal at all. Additionally the cottage is connected to another cottage and it’s not private AT ALL! At night we could hear the people snoring that stayed in the cottage next to ours. Then when they would wake up in the morning, we could hear their entire conversation. We knew their plans everyday. This place is not ideal if you are looking for a clean, peaceful, private stay.

Very clean, private end unit overlooking a creek. Hosts warned the bedroom was small, but we found it quite adequate. Unit contained everything one could need - except no wine bottle opener in wine country! We left one for future guests. Instructions were very easy to understand. Would recommend some soundproofing between the 2 units, as our neighbors were pretty noisy upon arrival. Thankfully, they were more considerate when they realized they had neighbors. I highly recommend and will look into renting this unit in the future!

Beautiful location - easy check-in, adorable cottage! I would stay here simply to sit on the back deck… sweet little creek bubbling by, serene view, great trees & bird watching. The cottage has everything you need - the shower could use a refresh - it looked like it had been damaged & patched back together. As they mention on the website - the mattress isn’t for everyone,& it was tooo hard for us… It would have been nice to have extra pillows available - we drove to Napa to buy an extra one. All in all it was a positive experience - & we enjoyed our stay :-)

The bungalow is just as described. I have no complaints! Spacious enough for my husband and I and had all the necessary amenities. Great porch but unable to take advantage of it due to the rain. Stayed 2 nights as we were attending a wedding and it was great driving distance to the wedding venue in Sonoma. Would def stay again for the great price, cute home and great location to Sonoma plaza and all the wonderful wineries.

This VRBO was just okay. We are avid VRBO visitors and I gotta say… this one was probably our least favorite. We were very excited about the deck but once we went onto the deck our excitement was gone. The deck was really dirty! The floor was covered in a layer of dirt and the deck was full of spiderwebs and a black widow landed on my spouses hand. There was several other spiders as well during our stay. More than average.I’ve lived in the mountains and never dealt with this many spiders. The view would have been nice but they don’t upkeep their property. Dead brush was all over the hill leading to the creek and it was an ugly site. They also require you to keep on the light at the front door and the light shines directly in your face while you’re trying to sleep. It’s not ideal at all. Additionally the cottage is connected to another cottage and it’s not private AT ALL! At night we could hear the people snoring that stayed in the cottage next to ours. Then when they would wake up in the morning, we could hear their entire conversation. We knew their plans everyday. This place is not ideal if you are looking for a clean, peaceful, private stay.

We came to the area for the NASCAR Xfinity race, wineries and to visit family. We loved the downtown area of Sonoma and it’s location for everything we were doing the 5 days we stayed at this bungalow. The deck was private and looked over a small stream. The galley kitchen was very nice and had everything two people needed. Lots of little niceties such as ice packs in the freezer and insulated totes to borrow when out sightseeing. Updated bathroom with corner shower, heated bidet toilet, and a variety of toiletries if needed. This place is small but it is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little bungalow tucked back on a property right on the creek. Has its own deck with seating. The rushing water was so relaxing to listen to! Appliances could use a little update, but they work, so that’s all that matters. Wood floors are creaky.in places, and you can hear the people in bungalow 3 walking around - this didn’t bother us much at all, I just hope we didn’t bother them!!! Overall this place was perfect for what we were looking for. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Cute little spot to enjoy some peace and quiet. The patio was wonderful and you could listen to the creek and even get to see some deer walking around from time to time.

My wife and I spent a few enjoyable days at this property. The unit is clean and as described. The kitchen is well equipped and includes basic condiments. Location is in a quiet neighborhood backing into a pretty big stream, and we saw plenty of birds and a few deer. Also convenient to Sonoma town, Napa, Redwood National Forest and the coast. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
My wife and I spent a few enjoyable days at this property. The unit is clean and as described. The kitchen is well equipped and includes basic condiments. Location is in a quiet neighborhood backing into a pretty big stream, and we saw plenty of birds and a few deer. Also convenient to Sonoma town, Napa, Redwood National Forest and the coast. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately we did not get to stay here, the host would not accommodate our move to the next weekend which was available on their calender. Due to medical reasons I could not fly that weekend, but the host only cared about their mortgage payments and would not move the dates, even though they were available. Unfortunately this bad experience means we will not book again.

Overall the residence was nice. Communication was a bit delayed, possibly due to time differences. Check in was easy. The location appeared safe. Close to wineries! My only complaint was lack of hot water in the shower. We only had hot water about 5 minutes.

Our stay was very enjoyable Loved the location and the creek and trees off the deck. The squirrels, woodpeckers and the lone deer that we saw provided enjoyment. Only 2 small critical comments: First of all we didn't know that there would be 4 units. We had to try the entry code in all of the doors to figure out we were in unit 4. Secondly, we didn't receive a reply from the owners when we sent a message about ants in the kitchen. Overall, we would recommend this cottage. It is small but sufficient for 2 people. Thankyou Mike and Theresa!

We stayed at this charming unit for 2 nights while visiting Family for Thanksgiving. The unit is small, but perfect for the 2 of us. The deck overlooking the creek is lovely and we really wish that we would have had time to sit by the fire, sipping a glass of wine and watch for wildlife. Our only snag was the unit had not been cleaned when we checked in. When we finally reached Michael, he got right on it and the housekeeper over. Otherwise our stay was great.

The bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood and perfect location to access the plaza, wineries, hiking and biking trails. The interior was very clean with great amenities and well represented in the listing. The updated bathroom was a highlight. However, the outdoor space and bicycles - which were the main selling points (and one of the reasons we chose this property), did not appear well maintained. The deck wasn't clean or nearly as beautiful as the photos. It appeared as though it hadn't been used in a while - lots of cobwebs, lichen and mildew on the furniture. It needs a good pressure washing. I spent about 30 minutes sweeping cobwebs, leaves and bugs, then wiping down all of the furniture before we could use it - not what I want to do on my vacation. The bikes need a tune up and the tires were quite worn. We took them for a short trip and had no issues, but it was just a disappointment. I will say Mike was quite responsive when I contacted him about the bike tires. I would imagine those will be serviced before the next renters. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. I just would have expected a more inviting area outside based on the pictures and description. It was definitely a good value. Easy check in, clear instructions, good communication and wonderful location.

We tried to contact the host…left two messages within 1 hour of leaving the property after we realized we left a pair of hearing aids and have not heard back. We are desperate to get them back and cannot figure out another way to reach them.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very close to downtown Sonoma and of course still accessible to Napa and the other towns nearby. It was very peaceful sitting on the deck hearing the creek and enjoying the quiet mornings. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We loved sitting out on the deck and hearing the stream below while drinking coffee/tea and reading. It was really central to a lot of wineries and we found several great hiking spots within 10-20 minutes of here. The location is close to Sonoma square also where there are a ton of restaurants and shops! Would love to return here soon!!

The cabin was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped and bright and easy to use. We loved that you could sit at the table and open the kitchen door and look beyond to the creek It was quiet, private and deck was such a nice refuge There were good instructions for use of the place. It was close enough to vetting we wanted to do.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with quickly after a message to the host. The place is cozy, perfect for 2 people and no more than that. I enjoyed sitting outside by the creek in mornings and evenings. It was nice and peaceful. The unit had basic necessities. However, if you're a coffee drinker, make sure to bring your own coffee.

Perfectly laid back accommodation for visiting from the east coast for my cousin’s wedding weekend in nearby Glen Ellen. We especially enjoyed breakfast/ brunch on the deck with the sounds of the Sonoma Creek just below us. Even invited our adult children for brunch on the deck on Saturday. Short drive to everywhere in Sonoma. It checked all the boxes for us.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was as advertised and the bikes were an awesome addition for us to use to bike into downtown Sonoma. Kitchen could use some more accessories and cooking utensils, but we perhaps cooked much more than typical. Check in and check out was straight forward and easy.

Charming, comfortable bungalow with all modern conveniences including an excellent kitchen to prepare meals with nice appliances, dishes and cooking accessories. It is a quiet area with a comfortable private deck with view on the creek. We enjoyed our time and recommend this rental. We would only suggest to look at replacing the shower who starting to show its age but still has a good water pressure.

The bungalow was a secluded gem in a very cool neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze, and the running creek truly relaxing. One morning we walked about a mile to the Verano Cafe and had a delicious breakfast. I did have a question for Michael, and emailed/messaged him. His response seemed a bit extended but he explained that he was out of country/different time zone. Strongly recommend!
