Could be cleaner. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool was nice - hot tub needed cleaning and more water. Breakfast was eggs sausage biscuit and gravy and waffles, cereal yogurt, breads. Fruit only on weekends. Like coffee was available all day. Bathrooms needed cleaning to be finished with repair in pool area. Carpet needed vacuuming but room was clean. Appreciated clean towels sheets etc-

I stayed here for 6 nights. These rooms are cheap and yet you won’t get what you paid for. “Daily housekeeping” is listed on their page. Not once was my bed made or sheets changed, there was also a large tear in the blanket . The air unit in the first room I checked into was incredibly loud so I asked for maintenance to fix it or for the front desk to provide me with another room. The air unit in the second room was quiet but couldn’t produce warm air. The air unit in the third room was incredibly loud. Then they asked me to downgrade to a lesser room. After politely explaining I preferred not to I was put in a 4th room that finally had a working air unit. No apologies from the front desk worker, not a thank you for my patience. The staff was actually quite rude anytime I talked to them. I’m not expecting the royal treatment, but I am expecting hospitality and a room with functional amenities. The mini-fridge freezes everything you put in it no matter how low you set it. There page also claims a “top rated breakfast”. This is a lie. Every morning is the same food. Powdered eggs, small sausages, biscuits, gravy. And they are not appetizing. There were other things that sucked but it’s a cheap room, so it’s to be expected. If all you expect is the bare minimum you will be disappointed here. If you take what they say on their page at face value you will be disappointed here.
