CARIBBEAN 181 - Modern Beachfront House

The owners were incredibly accommodating and the property was stunning. The beach is secluded and great for snorkeling. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was an added treat.

Excellent private place to enjoyed family and friends. The swimming pool area is pleasant and comfortable for every one.

Wonderful, open-floor-plan home right on the beach with a fabulous, well-maintained pool. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and provided us with suggestions for nearby bakeries and anything else we asked about. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is nice and strong in the bedrooms. The towels are plentiful and they were happy to swap them out for us mid-week after lots of use at the pool. Aside from the beach in front of the property, there are also two public swimming beaches (although the whole coast is essentially public-access) that are a short drive away. There are a number of restaurants with Puerto Rican specialties right down the street, and Rex Cream, our favorite ice cream shop, is a short drive away in Guayama. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this listing. You will have a amazing stay here!

The property needs an AC in the area that covers the kitchen, dinning and living room since it was extremely hot when cooking. Real barbecue grill needed. Overall we had an excellent time. Best manager ever.
