P-Town 2br Beach Beauty on the Bay. Water View!

Quick weekend getaway with family. Lovely, immaculate condo with great view of the bay from the LR/Deck. Every amenity we needed. Description of condo and location were on point. Easy check-in, host reached out to see if everything with our rental was as expected. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Provincetown.

Rob was great to communicate with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. Clean and enough starter supplies (we instacarted upon arrival no problem). Beach was lovely, be careful on the staircase going down. We did not use the hotel next door as we had family in town, drove everywhere too far to walk but ride share available if needed. We would stay there again!

I came to visit my son and his husband who live in Ptown and wanted to cook them a home cooked meal one night. Dishes were dirty even with food stuck on - pans were dirty annd with charred burnt remains of food - and I spent about 45 minutes scrubbing the oven. I also wanted to cook some meals for myself. Since I had to spend some of my vacation cleaning I requested the cleaning fee be refunded and was told that if I wanted to host a dinner party and did not like the cookware and the oven that it was on me. It was not a party but a dinner I cooked to spend time with my son and his husband. I even took pictures of the dirty cookware and oven and sent them to him. Even the cabinet that housed the cookware was dirty. He did have someone drop off used scratched cookware. I have stayed at different places in ptown and never a problem but this experience and his attitude was very disappointing.

The condo was great the owner attentive, truly a lovely few days. We will definitely recommend and use this property again!
