This property is in a perfect location, within walking distance to downtown Snohomish and walking trails.. Separate heating and cooling units in each living space meant that the indoor temp was perfect! The gas fireplace was great in the cool evenings. It was the best apportioned VRBO we have stayed at. The pans and cooking utensils were very high quality. The property was very quiet. The property was well maintained and looked brand new.

This is one of the best properties that we have stayed in. The amenities provided by the owner are very generous and the space was perfect for our group of three adults. Highly recommend this stay, and I will definitely retrun when I'm in the area again. Thank you!

This is a sweet little old house that has been completely refurbished inside and is very comfortable. Furnishings were all way above average, a great fireplace, good temperature control for each room and every possible amenity was provided! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Wonderful 3 bed home close to shops and restaurants. Snohomish is such a cute town. We loved the fireplace, beautifully stocked kitchen with Coffee maker, coffee pods and tea. Home was spotless! Memory foam beds and temperature control in each bedroom. We will be back!! Love, love, love!!

Jen's home was perfect for our family. It is beautifully decorated and everything feels brand new. It is well stocked with everything one could need, including supplies for a baby or toddler. The home was immaculate. We would love to stay there again.

Everything was thought of- from coffee to toothpaste to baby gates. The space was created with love and thoughtfulness and you can feel it. The closeness to the trail is amazing- walking into town was a joy, and there are fun places nearby as well. This is the kind of place you want to give a five star review of- but are tempted to keep a secret so it will be available for return visits. We hope to return!

We had a lovely stay in Snohomish for a family wedding. The house was very clean and nicely updated. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quaint and we enjoyed our morning walks to town. We would stay here again.

Immaculate place to stay had everything we needed and more. The one suggestion I would make would be to put black out curtains in the master bedroom. I prefer it a little darker when I’m sleeping. Overall a great place and I would highly recommend it. The hosts were very clear and check-in was very easy.

This is probably my favorite rental property ever. The house was the perfect home base as we travelled from Olympic National Park to the Northern Cascades. My family of four enjoyed the stay and it could have easily accommodated two more. The home is situated right on a walking trail, across from a great green space with playground and an easy walk into the adorable town and riverfront. I only wish we had more time to spend in this quaint, family friendly town. I highly recommend!

This is a lovely remodeled cottage, with beautiful decor. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom and bath are spacious. There is even a gas fireplace for cold days. The upstairs has two bedrooms but be aware that the second bath is on the main floor- not upstairs. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The location is convienenly close to restaurants and there is a walking path and playground near by.

Great property! Jen was terrific and prompt with any inquiries. House is ideally situated near downtown Snohomish. The property is very well maintained and lots of fun little amenities made the stay enjoyable. Two bedrooms upstairs, but no bathroom, so those upstairs need to be prepared to use one of the bathrooms on the main floor. Two very nice full bathrooms and a good sized master. Really nice place. Highly recommend.

This property is amazing. We could live there. My wife and daughter loved the decorating and the lay out. If we need again we would not hesitate to book. Host Jen was very responsive to all questions. She asked if we would make any changes to home to help future guests staying. We did but we’re all minor additions if they chose to do so. Thanks again Jen for a great stay and hope to stay again in future.

The pans and cooking utensils were very high quality. The property was very quiet. The property was well maintained and looked brand new.
This property is in a perfect location, within walking distance to downtown Snohomish and walking trails.. Separate heating and cooling units in each living space meant that the indoor temp was perfect! The gas fireplace was great in the cool evenings. It was the best apportioned VRBO we have stayed at. This is probably my favorite rental property ever. The house was the perfect home base as we travelled from Olympic National Park to the Northern Cascades. My family of four enjoyed the stay and it could have easily accommodated two more. The home is situated right on a walking trail, across from a great green space with playground and an easy walk into the adorable town and riverfront. I only wish we had more time to spend in this quaint, family friendly town. I highly recommend!

This is a lovely remodeled cottage, with beautiful decor. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom and bath are spacious. There is even a gas fireplace for cold days. The upstairs has two bedrooms but be aware that the second bath is on the main floor- not upstairs. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The location is convienenly close to restaurants and there is a walking path and playground near by.

Very clean, cute house in a nice location next to a clean and well kept park. Many little shops and coffee stores around. Communication with the owner was amazing and ever worked out seamlessly. If you are looking for a nice place to rest, this is it!

Excellent in all categories! Don’t bypass this if you’re planning on enjoying Snohomish. Btw, if you’re planning to visit Woodinville wine scene, this is an excellent home base for that also.

This house is perfectly located for daily trips into Snohomish or Everett or even on Seattle.We had breakfast every day in Snohomish and wandered around the town before we had to head off to Everett. One of our favorite places is the tavern which is within walking distance of the house. Made some new friends there.!

We had a lovely stay in Snohomish for a family wedding. The house was very clean and nicely updated. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quaint and we enjoyed our morning walks to town. We would stay here again.

Stayed due to son’s lacrosse game in Snohomish. House is wonderful and running/walk path right out front door was super nice…beautiful scenery. Has fireplace was a hit. Town of Snohomish was super cute

Great property! Jen was terrific and prompt with any inquiries. House is ideally situated near downtown Snohomish. The property is very well maintained and lots of fun little amenities made the stay enjoyable. Two bedrooms upstairs, but no bathroom, so those upstairs need to be prepared to use one of the bathrooms on the main floor. Two very nice full bathrooms and a good sized master. Really nice place. Highly recommend.

We just checked out of our second visit here. It will certainly not be our last! Jen was incredibly responsive and the house was clean, beautiful and lovely. Beautiful neighborhood and a quick walk to downtown Snohomish. Five stars all around!

Jen is very quick to respond to messages. The home was the cleanest rental I’ve been in. Location was super, however the did hold a half marathon the Sunday we were there and that set up began about 5:00 AM. Just something to be aware of. A fun place to stay in Snohomish. It was our first visit.

This property is exceptionally clean, very well laid out, and the host has provided everything you could possibly need (if not, there’s a CVS within walking distance). Communication is great, we didn’t have any issues, we were able to park two cars (suv and sedan) comfortably. The upstairs rooms were large and comfortable, as were the beds, the third bedroom has a trundle bed which worked perfectly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are up this away again.
