Property is excellent, host is communicative. It's a rental, there little things. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. It was perfect for my family, we were very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, the pool was great, and it served as an excellent home base for our adventures. Plenty of excellent restaurants and shops near by, I highly recommend nittayas if you enjoy Thai, and the local butcher Featherblade cannot be beat. Albertsons is close by for groceries and Walmarts only a short drive. Don't hesitate to stay here, it's great!

Checking in was easy and the internet connection was perfect. However, the cleaning needs improvement. One of the toilets kept running, and we had to fix the chain ourselves to stop the water from running continuously. There was also black hair all over the couch, and I had to use a lint roller to clean it before we could sit down comfortably.The pool had not been cleaned, although the pool service arrived unexpectedly during our stay. We also had neighbors come over to retrieve trash cans and complain about trash left behind from previous occupants, which was uncomfortable. Grill did not work as well but applied everything you needed for your stay was good.On the positive side, the neighborhood was very quiet at night but backyards so close together.

Nice place

The house is very nice and comfortable for a family. Its location is convenient for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. If you want to spend your time on the strip, this is probably not your best option. But, if you are looking for a central spot outside the strip to enjoy the parks and scenery this neighborhood is perfect.

The place was very well kept and as expected on the description. The host was also a good communicator and the stay was very nice.
