Edinburgh condo This condo is beautiful and was able to accomodate our group of 10 surprisingly well. The indoor pool (located on the first floor) is phenomenal and such a treat after spending a day walking in the cool, drizzly Scottish weather. The host was very responsive, meeting us there to walk us through how to use the appliances, the checkout process, and any questions we had. They even provided coffee pods, bread, milk, and marmalade to start us off. We would happily stay here again!

The kitchen had excellent provision of crockery and was extremely well provided for cooking. Excellent location just a short bus ride from city centre, which suited us extremely well. Fantastic to have a swimming pool which was an added bonus. A bit of difficulty in accessing one side of the double bed in the master bedroom, which might be a problem if you are very large! Very much appreciated generous provision of flowers, fruit, and groceries to welcome us. A lovely stay!

Agnes was super responsive/friendly. The flat was very nice with enough space for 7, good light, and hot showers. Nice having a clothes washer and dryer, just be prepared to double the drying time. We made good use of the kitchen for most meals our 4 days, with a coop grocery store a short walk at the end of the street, and the dishwasher made easy work of cleanup. Kids enjoyed the pool. You’ll need to open up the windows at night to let in cool air, and it was never too loud or buggy outside to make that a problem. However, there is a room by the front door with 2 beds that has no window, so bring a fan if you’ll need that 4th bedroom. Our kids tried the pull out sofa by the open windows, but it was not comfortable pulled out to a bed. It was great just sleeping on it as a couch for one person, though. All beds were very firm and we all had sore backs the entire stay, even our teenagers. The kitchen is well stocked. However, it has instant coffee. There’s a nespresso machine but no instructions or pods, so I just bought ground coffee and used the French press I found in their kitchen. I should’ve just walked to the corner coffee shop each morning to make it easier on myself. Note it’s 12ish minutes via Uber to Royal Mile. There’s a dedicated parking spot. When someone was in it, she answered our call and helped us without delay. Great stay overall, with sore backs.

Absolutely lovely! From the minute we walked in the door we wished we could have stayed longer. Great layout, beautiful finishes, loved the pool and the ease of getting to the tram (and the Co-op for groceries). We didn’t have time to check out the awesome smelling Italian places that were a block or so away but wish we could have. We did enjoy a nearby pub, bakery and coffee shop though. Will definitely stay here on any return trip!!!!

Perfect for families or groups, the apartment is to a great standard, very well equipped, comfortable beds, perfect upkeep and very cosy too. Hard to believe you are so close to Edinburgh city centre - 1.5 miles - walkable, easy bus or train or only £8 in an Uber. Definitely recommend and would go again. Never used the pool but it looked lovely. Finallly, welcome pack was a godsend - Thank you.

Visited with friends over a weekend & definitely would recommend the apartment. Fab location, spacious accommodation & overall first class! Make sure you take advantage of all the facilities, the rooftop terrace views are simply wow!! Taxi to centre on £12-15 Lots of amenities right next door, shopping, cafes, restaurants & cinema! Perfect home from home for both the sightseeing or quiet downtime days We’ll be back!

Lovely flat spotlessly clean. Ten minutes walk from Haymarket station which is great because you can then catch the train to Waverley right in the centre of Edinburgh. Pretty well all the trains to Edinburgh stop at Haymarket as well . Also the restaurants nearby are therefore a little more budget friendly including a fantastic Nepalese restaurant. Good starter pack with the essentials for toast and a brew on arrival. 2 full bathrooms . Swimming pool.and sauna , roof terrace for fresh air what more do you need !

My family of 9 were so impressed when we stepped inside this accommodation. The condo was clean, spacious, and overall just a fun place to spend our holiday. The location is great, walk or bus easily into the heart of Edinburgh. We got use out of the pool, as well as the rooftop views of the castle.

We had an amazing stay in Edinburgh. We enjoyed relaxing in the clean and comfortable apartment. We were treated very kindly and were accommodating us upon arrival. Would recommend a great place for a family.

We couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay at the apartment. It was so much better than we expected and cleanliness and location was brilliant. Communication throughout was amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.

All of the VRBOs we’ve been in have been good to great, but this was the best yet! We were 7 adults but didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Very clean and well appointed, and a great location for us to get the local “feel” that we enjoy. Communication with the owner and her team was perfect and very helpful. We arrived early and they arranged for us to meet with the cleaners (who were exceptionally nice and helpful with local recommendations) to get into the flat and store our luggage. Added bonus!

51/18 Caledonian Crescent was the perfect place for our stay in Edinburgh. The location is great, close to the tram/buses to get to a from the airport and city centre and with in easy walking distance to the city centre for days when we felt like walking. There were grocery stores nearby and cafes/restaurants. I felt safe and secure in this area. The apartment itself was very spacious with large bathrooms, bedrooms and living area. The kitchen was amazingly kitted out with everything you could possibly need. We were just four people but we could have been very comfortable with 6 people. Would highly recommend this apartment as a great base for a trip to Edinburgh.

The location is great, close to the tram/buses to get to a from the airport and city centre and with in easy walking distance to the city centre for days when we felt like walking. Excellent location and facilities with the exception of the showers which had lttle power and it proved impossible to get a good hot consistent spray.Otherwise everything was superb.

Had a really great stay. The apartment is lovely and in a really good location just a short bus ride from Princes Street. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has everything you need. Would stay here again and recommend for groups 5-6 people.

I think this is a great apartment in an excellent location and the use of the swimming pool is fab. However when I stayed with 9 friends it was too cramped. There aren't even enough dining chairs for that many people. The tiny room near the entrance is not suitable for a bedroom, unfortunately it was like sleeping in a cupboard. Also I think 2 bathrooms for 10 people is not sufficient. This is a great apartment for 6 but anymore than that is too small.

Very nice flat perfect for a family or small group. It is just a few minutes walk from Haymarket Station where you can get a tram into town but it is easily walkable, too. The apartment is bright and roomy with comfortable beds and all amenities.

Edinburgh condo This condo is beautiful and was able to accomodate our group of 10 surprisingly well. The indoor pool (located on the first floor) is phenomenal and such a treat after spending a day walking in the cool, drizzly Scottish weather. The host was very responsive, meeting us there to walk us through how to use the appliances, the checkout process, and any questions we had. They even provided coffee pods, bread, milk, and marmalade to start us off. We would happily stay here again!

The kitchen had excellent provision of crockery and was extremely well provided for cooking. Excellent location just a short bus ride from city centre, which suited us extremely well. Fantastic to have a swimming pool which was an added bonus. A bit of difficulty in accessing one side of the double bed in the master bedroom, which might be a problem if you are very large! Very much appreciated generous provision of flowers, fruit, and groceries to welcome us. A lovely stay!

We couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay at the apartment. It was so much better than we expected and cleanliness and location was brilliant. Communication throughout was amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.

All of the VRBOs we’ve been in have been good to great, but this was the best yet! We were 7 adults but didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Very clean and well appointed, and a great location for us to get the local “feel” that we enjoy. Communication with the owner and her team was perfect and very helpful. We arrived early and they arranged for us to meet with the cleaners (who were exceptionally nice and helpful with local recommendations) to get into the flat and store our luggage. Added bonus!

Perfect for families or groups, the apartment is to a great standard, very well equipped, comfortable beds, perfect upkeep and very cosy too. Hard to believe you are so close to Edinburgh city centre - 1.5 miles - walkable, easy bus or train or only £8 in an Uber. Definitely recommend and would go again. Never used the pool but it looked lovely. Finallly, welcome pack was a godsend - Thank you.

51/18 Caledonian Crescent was the perfect place for our stay in Edinburgh. The location is great, close to the tram/buses to get to a from the airport and city centre and with in easy walking distance to the city centre for days when we felt like walking. There were grocery stores nearby and cafes/restaurants. I felt safe and secure in this area. The apartment itself was very spacious with large bathrooms, bedrooms and living area. The kitchen was amazingly kitted out with everything you could possibly need. We were just four people but we could have been very comfortable with 6 people. Would highly recommend this apartment as a great base for a trip to Edinburgh.

Make sure you take advantage of all the facilities, the rooftop terrace views are simply wow!! Taxi to centre on £12-15 Lots of amenities right next door, shopping, cafes, restaurants & cinema! Perfect home from home for both the sightseeing or quiet downtime days We’ll be back!

Lovely flat spotlessly clean. Ten minutes walk from Haymarket station which is great because you can then catch the train to Waverley right in the centre of Edinburgh. Pretty well all the trains to Edinburgh stop at Haymarket as well . Also the restaurants nearby are therefore a little more budget friendly including a fantastic Nepalese restaurant. Good starter pack with the essentials for toast and a brew on arrival. 2 full bathrooms . Swimming pool.and sauna , roof terrace for fresh air what more do you need !

An great apartment in easy access to city centre in a short bus/tram ride or it’s walkable. Some really nice restaurants close to apartment so you don’t always need to go into city centre. Would recommend this apartment, very well equipped if you don’t want to eat out with everyhing you need to cook a feast.

Absolutely lovely! From the minute we walked in the door we wished we could have stayed longer. Great layout, beautiful finishes, loved the pool and the ease of getting to the tram (and the Co-op for groceries). We didn’t have time to check out the awesome smelling Italian places that were a block or so away but wish we could have. We did enjoy a nearby pub, bakery and coffee shop though. Will definitely stay here on any return trip!!!!

We had updates from our host prior to check in. The apt was just as described and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked to feed an army!! The only downside was the Wi-Fi was slow Close to Haymarket station, groceries a block away

Beautiful, clean apartment, kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Shops including takeaways nearby. Station and trams nearby. Trains are cheaper than the trams and more frequent taking you to centre of Edinburgh. If pool out of action, beautiful Victorian pool 3 minutes in same road with good sauna, and good showering facilities. Roof terrace a wonderful place to enjoy sundowners!

Our party of seven adults had a wonderful time at this apartment in Edinburgh. It is in a lovely location, near shops, restaurants and bus stops. It was very clean and well styled as well. Agnes & Fredrika were excellent hosts and offered excellent communication and were ready to help us if needed. I highly recommend this property and the hosts. 10/10 would highly recommend!
