The location is convenient to everything. Walkable to top rated bars and Michelin restaurants and a short car ride to everything else.

We were disappointed in the lack of cookware. Family of 4 and there wasn't a pot big enough to cook noodles or bake a meal in the oven. The nightclub next door goes til 4 am with loud music and bass. We had a hard time sleeping. Beds were very comfortable. Yosef was very responsive. Front desk staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Stayed 8 nights

We booked an 8 day stay to this apartment on VRBO and paid in full. I messaged the host three times and got no response so I called VRBO 8 times. Each time I was told that they could not reach him either by phone or email. None of the phone numbers they provided to me were in service. The agents just kept encouraging me to wait a few more hours, until tomorrow, one more hour, until check-in time, etc. I was told the host had not logged into his account since Oct 14, the he had provided a code to someone the day before, then it was actually managed by a company who were a great host. They insisted it could not be a scam listing. Anyway, as I was boarding my flight (literally - my family went on the plane ahead) a supervisor conceded it wasn’t happening and refunded my money. I suspect that someone stole the apartment photos off another platform and made a fake listing because there were no reviews on VRBO just the other platform. It was very stressful and VRBO let it go way too long but in the end they put us up in a decent hotel in Condesa for three nights free and we then found another place in Roma. Lesson learned - don’t rely on external reviews, book refundable and if you don’t have some sort of communication with the host, cancel.

Stayed 28 nights

We booked this place for a month for myself, my husband, and our 10-month-old baby—our first time traveling outside the country. We wanted somewhere clean and safe, and this place was exactly that, with the nicest staff and the best location. The amenities were amazing, and we're already planning to stay for a month again next year. Initially, we were a bit hesitant because the person handling email correspondence was slow to respond, but once we connected with the team over WhatsApp, everything was seamless. The staff was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and kind—we can't say enough great things about them.We had weekly cleanings, convenient laundry in the building that worked perfectly, and we absolutely loved the interior and overall experience. No complaints at all—just a fantastic stay!
