This is a cute little apartment. Very close to everything in Helen, which is a fun little town. The second bedroom advertised a Queen, but it doesn't look like a Queen. No dresser or any furniture to place things in the Master bedroom. The patio had a hot tub (which was not shown in pics) so that couldn't be used to sit on. It was very hot the week we were there so the patio smelled a little musty. No tables in the living room. It is perfect for 2 adults or a family of 3. The decor and kitchen items are very cute. Everything we needed was supplied. Very close to town, yet in a quiet area. We enjoyed it.

Very nice and well located property, not in town but still walking distance to riverside park and downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities of a hotel room and four times the space, plus a kitchen and a hot tub.

Condo was so cute and comfortable. My only complaint is the we couldn’t get the shower to work so we had to take baths. The hot tub was a nice touch. We didn’t see it in the listing. Would have been nice if there was a curtain or something to provide a little privacy for the patio though. Overall, we were very happy with this place!

Cute place but musty to a point we had to go buy room deodorizers and a candle to try and make the place habitable to sleep in. Nice hot tub on the front porch thats not advertised and no directions to run it . Owner was quick to respond. Clean place otherwise

The condo was very clean. The couch and beds were pretty comfortable. We were able to maintain a comfortable temperature during our stay. We reported a minor issue and the host was very responsive with a quick reply. The picture showed a table and chairs but it now has a jacuzzi. You could technically walk to the main shops but it would have been a hike. It probably took us a minute to get to free parking or paid parking. 10 a day. Not bad unless you just want to go to a restaurant.There was only one negative. If someone staying upstairs is a heavy walker or has a few kids you can sometimes hear them. Late at night lite sleepers may get agitated. It was not a problem for most of us.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The location is great too. Quiet location and close to downtown. If we ever find ourselves back in Helen we will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking!

It is a simple condo that was very clean and close to everything. We had beautiful weather, so we walked everywhere. There were a couple of things that needed some attention, but overall it was great! We couldn't have asked for a better place for the price.

We had a very good experience staying in the apartment. Easy to get to with directions and check in was easy. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and the layout was great. The proximity to downtown Helen was excellent. The one item that might be considered is that we would hear a lot of noise from the apartment upstairs that also hosts guests. It is not anyone’s fault, but maybe suggesting the upstairs neighbor could purchase thicker rugs to dampen the noise or encouraging guests upstairs to remove their shoes when entering. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the host’s kindness and communications. Would stay there again.

Great location. Only complaint was furniture in dining/living room. High top table and sofa with deep seats not comfortable for seniors. And no lamps in living area to read Beds were great and storage was good.

We wanted to have a place that was close to town and had a full kitchen so we can cook our own food instead of going out to eat. Location is good. Space worked well for us. Now it was during Christmas so temperature was cold. There is a wall mounted unit in the living room that provides AC and heat. There is no ventilation ducts to move the heat throughout the apartment. To heat the bedrooms there is a space heater in the back bedroom and a small table top space heater for the front bedroom. The space heaters were as high as they could go and we had to shut the bedroom doors to hold the heat in. They don't heat a room that fast. Cold air came through the front door and the windows in the front bedroom. Bathroom was always cold. There was a long extension cord across the floor for the TV that was mounted and the cord didn't reach the outlet. Possible hazard if not paying attention.We had a family above us and we could hear everything that was going on. Seemed like they were stomping all day and night and didn't stop till about midnight. It's an older builing that was updated inside but still had some short commings.

The condo is great and located within walking distance to waterpark, Helen tubing and food. On the riverside. I would drive and park if you want downtown Helen.Bathroom has some water damage from the unit upstairs. Owner is working that out. Great stay. Will book again. If you don’t like noisy upstairs guest, rent a single cabin. That was the only down fall of our stay.

Loved the property, very clean, cute decor. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the heat. Needs updated heating. Front door needs replaced and exhaust fan on bath. Really liked it tho.

The place was nice but next time we won't get the bottom apt . You can hear everything from upstairs apartment.My husband had to go upstairs to tell them that we can hear everything. But the next day they checked out . Thank God we could sleep . Lol. Helen GA was beautiful but very high prices on everything. Better bring your own food .But other then the crazy guest upstairs it was nice for the money.

The place was immaculate. We are a tad technically challenged and had trouble getting the TV to work. Property manager Lyn walked me through how to get it to work. Also had trouble in the shower but once again Lyn was there to help. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was close to downtown Helen, GA.

The condo is a short drive to downtown Helen. Area is quiet. James, the property manager, was very accommodating! Living area is spacious, full size fridge and oven. Easy access from the parking lot. Would stay again!

Weekend stay to view some Christmas Lights and enjoy Helen. Apartment was immaculately clean. Enjoyed the complementary coffee pods, creamer and sugars. Retro decorations were adorable as well. Our host Lynn was on point and even provided us with an Uber driver number to drive us to town. Highly recommend and definitely would return.

What a fantastic little condo—everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. It was super close to everything and super clean. The decor was really nice, bedrooms were really spacious. Stayed here for an overnight getaway after a wedding we attended and loved it. The property manager went above and beyond for us. Very clean and convenient to down town Helen and surrounding areas. Would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks!

This is a cute little apartment. Very close to everything in Helen, which is a fun little town. The second bedroom advertised a Queen, but it doesn't look like a Queen. No dresser or any furniture to place things in the Master bedroom. The patio had a hot tub (which was not shown in pics) so that couldn't be used to sit on. It was very hot the week we were there so the patio smelled a little musty. No tables in the living room. It is perfect for 2 adults or a family of 3. The decor and kitchen items are very cute. Everything we needed was supplied. Very close to town, yet in a quiet area. We enjoyed it.

The condo is a short drive to downtown Helen. Area is quiet. James, the property manager, was very accommodating! Living area is spacious, full size fridge and oven. Easy access from the parking lot. Would stay again!

Very nice and well located property, not in town but still walking distance to riverside park and downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities of a hotel room and four times the space, plus a kitchen and a hot tub.

My mom and I took a trip to Helen and decided to stay here. We had a great time and the property was perfect for our needs. Within walking distance to all the fun, downtown stuff.

Had a great time at this location, it was perfect for my wife and myself. Far away from the main street at night and close enough where we could walk to plenty of things.

The condo is great and located within walking distance to waterpark, Helen tubing and food. On the riverside. I would drive and park if you want downtown Helen.Bathroom has some water damage from the unit upstairs. Owner is working that out. Great stay. Will book again. If you don’t like noisy upstairs guest, rent a single cabin. That was the only down fall of our stay.

The accommodations were just right! The only downside I could think of would just be that it's not closer to downtown; but that's actually a plus when you think about it, since it's not right in the middle of downtown traffic.

Great apartment for a quick trip to Helen! Had everything we needed. Very clean! And located on a quiet back street but still close enough to walk to town if you wanted to. Enjoyed our quick trip!

unit is small, but clean. Check in needs to be updated as there is no lockbox and key any more, just a keypad.Be sure to find and understand the refund policy.

Older unit with a very tiny kitchenette and bathroom (only 1 in unit) Do not come here if you want to use the Hot tub or relax at all. The upstairs neighbors sound like they are coming through the floor (wish I was exaggerating). Just them walking in their unit sounded like they were moving furniture. They kept us up till around 2 am. The hot tub was 78 degrees when we checked in and despite turning it up as much as possible as soon as we arrived 82 was the most it raised over night. So absolutely no way to enjoy! The air conditioning unit was a window unit that ran non stop, so watching TV in the living room was difficult. The owner stopped communicating immediately after we checked in. Had to go through VRBO to even be able to get him to respond. He said we should have turned up the temperature…..which he knows we did as VRBO informed him of this already. I was very disappointed in the owners lack of communication and not being able to enjoy the main reason I picked the unit-hot tub! But being kept awake made it even worse. VRBO could not get him to refund me even at least a small amount. There are many rentals close by so pick wisely.
