The Grizzly Den Cabin Warrens WI

Check in was smooth. Communication was great. The golf cart was a huge bonus as we had some family staying at the campground. Everything as advertised.

The cabin is pacious and clean with comfortable beds. The board games and electronic games are a nice addition. The dual coffee machine and coffee/k-cups available were well used.

Golf cart did not work-messaged asking owner to call to trouble shoot no response for the entire weekend ended up renting a different golf cart from a local business. Washer/dryer not hooked up as listed.

We went during the week and had our pick of any cabins there whether private or resort owned. We chose this one bc of the price AND the included golf cart. After check in Jason never answered any of our emails. He never gave us the code to get the key to the golf cart. After numerous attempts to get in touch with him I gave up. I was sent an automated message regarding check out and have never heard from the owner since. Very upsetting bc the cart would have been very nice to have to get around the property especially for my elderly parents. The rate was 150.00 extra for the use of the cart if not included. His lack of communication was concerning in case there would have been an actual emergency with the cabin. I'm not sure why he couldn't respond to my emails , had we had the cart I would have given a better review. Aside from not getting what we paid for the actual cabin was nice, we really appreciated that it included toilet paper, paper towels, linens, towels and the coffee selection was an extra bonus. A fly swatter would have been very helpful. The stray cats running around the resort, ( I know not Jason's fault) were a problem with our dogs. The fire pit needed to be emptied really bad, the ashes would blow around all the time. The resort was nice. Most stuff was closed. Nice little water park, the water was so warm.. warmest I've ever been. The mini golf was fun. I couldn't imagine staying there on a busy weekend but during the week was great.

Very clean Cabin with everything we needed and more. The owners were top notch. I mean they even provided us with great coffee selections, a clean grill, and board games. My family and I highly recommend!!!

My family and I have been staying in Warrens for 20 years, this has by far been the best cabin we’ve stayed in. The hosts even had a golf cart for rent which came in very handy. So clean and well stocked. And the hosts were super easy to get in touch with. Can’t wait for next year!

This cabin was exactly how it was described and we had a great time. The kids enjoyed staying in the loft, and we made use of the games provided. The TV's, coffee pot, towels, pots and pans etc were all new or in great shape. The cabin was a close walk to the waterpark and mini golf which was nice. The only recommendation I can give and it's not a big deal but marshmallow roasting sticks would have been a fun addition for the fire pit (we found some sticks and made it work!). Oh and the upstairs shower sprays right at the shower door which leaks at the bottom. No complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Overall clean cabin. Smart TVs were great, nice big one in main space to watch movies. Plenty of kids space upstairs. Nice having the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in showers. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Game system was not hooked up, thankfully my husband is tech savvy and was about to get it going. Fireplace was also not plugged in but we got that going. Washer dryer old. Drier does not tumble so had to hang dry towels. Vinyl cushion toilet seat downstairs is dated and does not give me clean vibes. Family of four nearly ran out of toilet paper for a 3 day weekend. Would love some wine glasses.

this was very clean. I should have inquired but the golf cart could not go on jelly stone property. The water park was also extra. The stay was great. The place very clean and out host was very receptive and helpful. It was well stocked. I typically bring paper supplies and cooking utensils/pans but none of that was needed.

We stayed in the villa as we could not get a room in the Tgree Bears Lodge. We are thankful it worked out this way! They villa was very comfortable, clean, convenient, and roomy ! It had everything that we could have thought of and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! We had family staying at the hotel but they came over by us in the villa for meals and to play games…. We stayed in the villa as we could not get a room in the Tgree Bears Lodge. We are thankful it worked out this way! They villa was very comfortable, clean, convenient, and roomy ! It had everything that we could have thought of and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! We had family staying at the hotel but they came over by us in the villa for meals and to play games…. Our group included two families - 4 adults and our 9 children ages 2-16. The property is just as described. Plenty of space for everyone to get a good night of sleep. When we had questions Jason responded within minutes and even came to make a minor repair to make our stay more comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable, extra supplies were available as advertised, and we enjoyed the waterpark right down the road. Thanks for being a great host, Jason! We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here in February. Jason was super responsive, helpful and has a beautiful place. I loved that it was right across from 3 bears so it was an easy walk to the water park.

I asked Jason if there was a pool and hot tub at the house. He said yes. There is not a pool or hot tub. Wouldn’t let me cancel with refund so we had no choice but to stay. 12,10,5year old and infant along with their parents all in this tiny cabin with nothing to do. “Games” as mentioned do not have all the pieces-super fun to play. Lawn was 8 inches long, couldn’t even enjoy the rickety ass picnic table because you were attacked by all the gnats and mosquitoes from the tall grass. VRBO will do nothing, we have been back and forth with them since the first night we were there. They offered me 100 credit. I had to spend an addition 800 to give my family something to do for two days so I bought passes for jellystone-they were amazing!!!! Three bears park- water park also not included- was closed. No lifeguards. Thank goodness yogi jellystone was there or we would have had to leave. No air the first day and a half. Jason also tried to tell me that the air conditioner unit was not outside when I told him after the 5th time if I was SURE that it was on cool and turned on. 49years old-I got this-I told him the condenser isn’t even clicking on to spin-he said that it was on the inside, not outside so how would I know that. Anyway, if your within your 14 days of cancelling-I urge you very strongly to do so. If you are looking to book, scroll to the next one and save yourself a lot of hassle.
