Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fourth floor views provided beautiful views of the coast from sunrise to sunset. The pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs, hot tub and saunas. Good reading library too; no need to bring a book. Good location for water sport activities, walking and jogging. Short ride to Duval St restaurants and shops.

Property was amazing with full wrap around ocean balcony. Great 3 bedroom condo with all needs provided for. Pool, hottub and beach was beautiful. Thank you for prompt responses to all our needs. Sorry to leave but we will be back. Paradise with family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tom's Oceanfront Penthouse was wonderful! The place is spacious, clean, and well-equipped and stocked. It is far enough away from the hustle of the party scene and you can relax on the beach or on the AMAZING balcony! It is also close enough that an affordable, quick Uber trip gets you anywhere you want to go in Key West. Julia, in the property management office, was helping each step of the way ..from booking, through our stay, to the emergency lockout situation we had! Security at the townhouse was reassuring, the grounds were well-kept and beautiful, pool and beach were nice( a place to access the water without climbing through rocks would be nice), proximity to the elevator and a reserved parking spot in the garage is great if you have a car.I would highly recommend the townhouse and would definitely stay there again!

This has been our go to place to stay while in the keys. We love the pool, hot tub and beach. My boys can walk right out into the beach and start fishing. It is out of the hustle and bustle but not too far out. Highly recommend!

Great property in a great location. Easy to get anywhere around Key West. Pool was lovely and the sand beach was a great addition. 5 minute walk to Smathers Beach. The huge, wraparound deck was an absolute joy - we spent a ton of time out there with coffee or drinks. You can see sunrise and sunset from the deck. The unit is well stocked, in the kitchen and throughout, including beach chairs and towels, washer dryer with detergent, blender and coffee maker that uses ground coffee or K pods. There’s tons of storage, and the primary bathroom had enough room for my spouse and I and our teenagers; we left the other bathroom for my mother in law. The parking space is in a garage which is really nice and is close to the correct elevator. Recommend you don’t unload your bags until you’ve parked in the garage to save yourself a lot of lugging. Only things that could make this unit better are some labeling of the many, many light switches - we were constantly trying them all over the unit to try to find the right one, and never could figure out how to turn off the laundry room closet light. Only other suggestion would be to provide a few beach cruiser bikes! Otherwise it was excellent and I highly recommend!

This condo is gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows throughout giving you stunning views of the ocean from every room. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and also has huge living area. The unit is peaceful. All you hear with the doors open is the surf and sea birds. Huge outdoor pool with small beach area but 1 min walk to huge beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We're going back same time next year!

Unfortunately, the freezer was out of order all week, with no prior notice given. The management company did deliver ice when requested. Getting to Smathers beach was a bit cumbersome. Overall, we had a great stay and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts.

The condo was fantastic! Even better than in the pictures. Very spacious with an amazing deck and nearly unobstructed views (palm trees blocked a little) of the Atlantic. Lovely pool and hot tub. Condo was very close to elevator and the parking spot. The only drawback was we rented a golf cart and there wasn’t enough clearance to be able to park in the garage. Otherwise was a perfect stay! I would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy check in, unfortunately we could not get a early check in. Once we arrived we found out the electric blind, so happen to be in my room, was broken and could not be fixed until Monday the day we were leaving. Therefore the blind was down the whole time obstructing my view the entire time. The kitchen was not stocked very well there was only one kitchen towels/dishcloth, no baking sheets no storage containers. We ordered from instacart mostly everything we needed. The water temp in the showers fluctuated from cold to hot. The wrap around porch was awesome you can sit on the porch and see the sunrise. All in all it is in a great location and the condo was clean but the blind was very unfortunate that it could not be fixed while we were there

The property sits on the ocean and the views are gorgeous from all sides. The condo was quiet and very peaceful. The host was easy to work with. The condo’s decor was somewhat dated but the beds were all very comfortable and the space was more than adequate. We had a pool day and the pool area is lovely. Icemaker in the fridge wasn’t working, but you could just remove the reservoir in the freezer and grab some ice so really no problem. We loved that there were beach towels available and we appreciated the parking space so close to the unit. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th time at 1800 Atlantic, but first time in this unit. We had 6 adults in our group and this unit offered plenty of sleeping and social space. We loved the views of the ocean and the proximity to the pool. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and hope to be back next year!

The location is fine, we rented a golf cart and could get places without any issues. There was a terrible "musty" odor in the hallway, but that did not affect our place at all, just kind of hit ya when you walked out of the condo.

Late night arrival and property management had sent email information a week prior to arrival with all pertinent information provided. A little confusion about the proper door to get into the mailbox but once we obtained the key paperwork we were good to go. Parking for a Chevy Suburban was tight but doable. 3 BR / 2BA property was as advertised and beautiful. A slightly dated decor but overall the VIEW made up for it. H2O pressure in one shower was awesome and the other could use more pressure. We had a great time and Tom does a a fantastic job of providing everything you will need for a great vacation! Great location and close to Southernmost Point, a few blocks! Check out Butterfly Conservation, great place! Quite resort area. Thank you. We would definitely stay here again!

Once we arrived we found out the electric blind, so happen to be in my room, was broken and could not be fixed until Monday the day we were leaving. Therefore the blind was down the whole time obstructing my view the entire time. The kitchen was not stocked very well there was only one kitchen towels/dishcloth, no baking sheets no storage containers. We ordered from instacart mostly everything we needed. The water temp in the showers fluctuated from cold to hot. The wrap around porch was awesome you can sit on the porch and see the sunrise. All in all it is in a great location and the condo was clean but the blind was very unfortunate that it could not be fixed while we were there

This place was amazing! We started out our FL Keys vacation in Key Largo and made our way down over a few days knowing this would be our last stay. We were NOT disappointed! The location overlooks the water, the pool was amazing, and the space was more than enough for my family of 4. Everything you need in a stay - all well stocked with everything you could need. We cooked a few meals while there as well. Our girls are already asking when we can go back! Worth the price for sure!

The stay was great and we really enjoyed the views and the neighborhood. Key West was spectacular and had a lot to offer. Beach was close and we could walk there in 5min. Unit had spectacular views however lacked in other areas. On arrival at 4.15 unit was still being cleaned, blind was not working in second bedroom, wires where hanging out ceiling in living room missing smoke detector, freezer was not working and melted ice cream within 24 hours. Very sparsely furnished, 3 wine glasses, few utensils, had to constantly run dishwasher. Property manager responded quickly to issues and new about freezer problem. For the price paid this unit needs some attention. Some nice glasses, plates and utensils would be a start? We have rented homes and condos in this price range all around the country through VRBO and I would have to say this property was not up to standard.

Great property in a great location. Easy to get anywhere around Key West. Pool was lovely and the sand beach was a great addition. 5 minute walk to Smathers Beach. The huge, wraparound deck was an absolute joy - we spent a ton of time out there with coffee or drinks. You can see sunrise and sunset from the deck. The unit is well stocked, in the kitchen and throughout, including beach chairs and towels, washer dryer with detergent, blender and coffee maker that uses ground coffee or K pods. There’s tons of storage, and the primary bathroom had enough room for my spouse and I and our teenagers; we left the other bathroom for my mother in law. The parking space is in a garage which is really nice and is close to the correct elevator. Recommend you don’t unload your bags until you’ve parked in the garage to save yourself a lot of lugging. Only things that could make this unit better are some labeling of the many, many light switches - we were constantly trying them all over the unit to try to find the right one, and never could figure out how to turn off the laundry room closet light. Only other suggestion would be to provide a few beach cruiser bikes! Otherwise it was excellent and I highly recommend!

We were back again as a family, the location and views are unmatched. The pool and beachfront location is perfect. Maintenance calls responses were fantastic for a couple of simple issues. We would recommend adding a few more items to the kitchen such as glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. Also more comfort to patio furniture would add to the experience.

Let's talk about that amazing balcony! Deserving of the 5 star reviews! Much better than the pictures online. It's impossible to describe the massive balcony and the views from it. You literally could not get any closer unless you were in the water. And the balcony is MASSIVE! Every room has access to it. And, because it's on a corner, it's very private - even from the other rooms in the unit! Kitchen is fully stocked. New appliances and everything you need to grill, stay in for meals or just have snacks and drinks in hand. This is our first time in Key West and despite loving Duval Street, it is very hard to leave the condo on a beautiful evening to go out. The entire family is really loving to be together and enjoying the amenities, views, and large living room/kitchen to gather. Having the kids (15-18 years) actually wanting to hang with us and us all be together is priceless! Washer and dryer were sooooo convenient. Because we knew there was one in the unit, our family of six traveled with carry-on only for a week in Florida. And, we still overpacked! That's saying a lot coming from a family who usually looks like Lampoons family vacation when we go to Europe with all of our oversized, overstuffed bags! The location is awesome. A bit too far to walk into town if it's crazy hot (and it is!). So, we rented a golf cart and we are just far enough from the crazy downtown but close enough to go back-and-forth whenever we would like. Also, close to Publix to stock up whe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tom's Oceanfront Penthouse was wonderful! The place is spacious, clean, and well-equipped and stocked. It is far enough away from the hustle of the party scene and you can relax on the beach or on the AMAZING balcony! It is also close enough that an affordable, quick Uber trip gets you anywhere you want to go in Key West. Julia, in the property management office, was helping each step of the way ..from booking, through our stay, to the emergency lockout situation we had! Security at the townhouse was reassuring, the grounds were well-kept and beautiful, pool and beach were nice( a place to access the water without climbing through rocks would be nice), proximity to the elevator and a reserved parking spot in the garage is great if you have a car.I would highly recommend the townhouse and would definitely stay there again!

Icemaker in the fridge wasn’t working, but you could just remove the reservoir in the freezer and grab some ice so really no problem. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to American Airlines we never made it. Super bummed. All the excursions refunded our money. When I talked to management about at least a partial refund for not using the place I was informed there was a zero refund policy. I get it.. just sucked they couldn't refund anything.

Lived up to all expectations and more! Very clean and easy check in and check out process. We had a family vacation, and everyone enjoyed the views, the pool and easy access to the beach. Convenient to all Keys activities, we'll surely be back...

This place was amazing! We started out our FL Keys vacation in Key Largo and made our way down over a few days knowing this would be our last stay. We were NOT disappointed! The location overlooks the water, the pool was amazing, and the space was more than enough for my family of 4. Everything you need in a stay - all well stocked with everything you could need. We cooked a few meals while there as well. Our girls are already asking when we can go back! Worth the price for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was awesome! The place was beautiful and had so much space! Had everything we needed there. Kirk, the property manager was great! He helped us with all our needs. We were stunned with all the views from the balconies! If we visit Key West again we would definitely book here again! Just mins from the airport.

Great property in a great location. Easy to get anywhere around Key West. Pool was lovely and the sand beach was a great addition. 5 minute walk to Smathers Beach. The huge, wraparound deck was an absolute joy - we spent a ton of time out there with coffee or drinks. You can see sunrise and sunset from the deck. The unit is well stocked, in the kitchen and throughout, including beach chairs and towels, washer dryer with detergent, blender and coffee maker that uses ground coffee or K pods. There’s tons of storage, and the primary bathroom had enough room for my spouse and I and our teenagers; we left the other bathroom for my mother in law. The parking space is in a garage which is really nice and is close to the correct elevator. Recommend you don’t unload your bags until you’ve parked in the garage to save yourself a lot of lugging. Only things that could make this unit better are some labeling of the many, many light switches - we were constantly trying them all over the unit to try to find the right one, and never could figure out how to turn off the laundry room closet light. Only other suggestion would be to provide a few beach cruiser bikes! Otherwise it was excellent and I highly recommend!

This condo is gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows throughout giving you stunning views of the ocean from every room. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and also has huge living area. The unit is peaceful. All you hear with the doors open is the surf and sea birds. Huge outdoor pool with small beach area but 1 min walk to huge beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We're going back same time next year!

The location was five minutes from the wedding venue (Casa Marina), the airport, and 10 minutes from Duval Street and old town. Very convenient. Loved the water view, it was beautiful.

We had 6 adults in our group and this unit offered plenty of sleeping and social space. We loved the views of the ocean and the proximity to the pool. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and hope to be back next year!

This unit is likely the best in the complex. The view cannot be beat. I spent many heavenly hours enjoying the breeze and watching osprey, ibis, and egrets from the balcony. It is super spacious and has every amenity I can imagine, even for families with very young children. The property management was very gracious about allowing us to stay in the unit well past checkout time as our flight didn't leave until late afternoon. The pool was just the right temperature and very clean. There were plentiful chairs and umbrellas, and even a resident cat that lives in the lush courtyard. We simply did not want to leave.

As the name says, spectacular views. Perfect for our needs, 4 adults and 1 child. Pool area is excellent with hot tub. Pretty walkway to the pool through lush tropical plants. There were a few glitches, non working elevator at our end of the building and running toilet. We would definitely stay again.
