Hotel was great, good location, good facilities, breakfast was very busy but had a fantastic selection if food. There was 25 of us on a stag doo however I would say the hotel was better catered for families but this didn't cause us any problems

Great location - right next to Sunday Market & under 10 minutes to beach & the Square. Breakfast - great choice, plentiful & tasty. Could do with staying open a bit later, being up for breakfast by 10am is a little early for me! Staff - friendly, helpful & spoke good English. Room - good size & nice balcony. Little bit of noise from surrounding apartments in the hotel but nothing too major. Decor was a little dated but the bed was comfy & the shower had great pressure. Pool - 2 good sized pools & plenty of sunbeds. Key card access to pool so no outside guests could sneak in!

Room plus hotel very clean, pool area could do with a more regular sweeping I was put out that I could not get a kettle had to go out and buy one ( I needed hot water for my medication) other than that I was very impressed staff very good and helpful.

First time in Benidorm and have heard good things about this chain of hotel. Great hotel for the price, in a fantastic location. Stayed for 3 nights on half board which was worth it. Food was lovely, not a huge choice but had everything we needed. Only 1 negative was bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and no toilet roll, but didn’t ruin the stay

I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.

Our room had been refurbished,and was on the first floor The only complaint was we were over a roof on the balcony which needed painting and cleaning ,and made more presentable .

This property is for if your older and want to do nothing but sit around. No activities, further from the strip or old town. No music by the pool etc. we did full board so 2 meals aday… the dinner was gross we didn’t bother again had 2 meals out of 10 we could have had there. 23$ pp if you don’t have it included before hand. Some staff were great but we had one bar tender that was extremely rude to me… until he saw my daughter and was nice to her 🙄 our power blew a fuse in our room after moving to another room and it not working we were updated to a terrace patio room. I felt bad for the guy at the front desk he really didn’t know what to do with the issue and seemed new. The hotel was clean but it doesn’t give me a urge to go back here. Signed. Barbie from Canada

En general todo bien. El baño perdia agua, pero cerrabamos la llave y no se tiraba el agua. Recepción bien. Recomendaria a las camareras q no tengan tanta prisa en quitar platos... a veces tenia q ir a por una cucharilla a otra mesa. Muy majas Rafi y Salome. Recepcion del comedor. Volveria a repetir.

I had to add a person to our group late on and Amanda was so helpful, there was no issues at all and she personally called me to confirm the reservation. The hotel itself and staff are great, we have stayed here several times and have always received a great service. I don’t want to make it sound too good in case it gets booked up and I can’t get it myself next year 😉
