Bungalows on the Bay

Roach, roof leak and damage.

No staff everything virtual. It went well No restaurant. An event was going on that was enjoyable. But I think guest should know in advance that place was packed with local entertainment. Rooms ok. Deck rotting in need of maintenance. No table next to bed, a table inside to eat at would have been nice

Wasn’t the bungalow we paid for, was not clean. Tv in bedroom wasn’t connected to anything, pool was shut down , no restaurant as advertised. Only good was Nicole the bartender!

Esta propiedad es lo más deprimente que hay en todo St Croix. No hay nadie en el front desk para recibirte. No aparece tu reservación y no te devuelven el dinero. El recibidor un asco todo lleno de pelos de gatos. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Estoy esperando mi devolución de dinero ya NUNCA ME QUEDÉ NO ESTABA MI RESERVACIÓN

Property was a good price, but then the hot water didn't work, the shower didn't work. Decking was kinda falling apart. Bath towel was askew when I arrived, take that for what it is. Management was unavailable at check in 3 pm and in the morning when trying to work out the water 8 am. I left a day early, hopefully the will use the money they didn't refund me to fix the shower, and a few other things.
