Nice hotel close to the beach, with all rooms having sea view, but much noise from neighbor rooms. The beach area is walkable in both directions to access restaurants and bars. The hotel organize events in first floor each night, many of them with dance.

Great location at the beach with ok rooms. Gym almost non existent though, the service so so and the breakfast 3/5. Key card stopped working every day so had to get it fixed over and over. Very thin walls, heard the neighbors talk all the time even though they were speaking at a normal volume. Decent stay not more.

This is advertised on Expedia as 4* it is actually a 3* and I am surprised it has 3! Very basic facilities a real throw back from the 80’s The swimming pool was grimey and the steps unsafe. No disabled access. The breakfast was quite apalling thank goodness I did not book for dinner. I would say avoid this place unless you have very low standards!

A nice hotel in the Poniente district of Benidorm which was enjoyable for our short stay The hotel had a car park if you are driving however it is not the best, more of a dirt track, & for our 3 day stay of was 15 euro. Other than that the hotel was well positioned with lovely sea views

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable. Stayed in a B&B basis, expected a continental breakfast it was a full buffet with eggs, bacon etc as well as continental. Was quite a walk to Tapas alley and Levante beach which we didn’t mind. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel. It is dated, but serviceable. Food was nice, nothing outstanding. Beautiful views over Benidorm & pleasant location. For me personally major downside was no tea/coffee facilities. Good budget hotel.

Wszystko było tak jak powinno, bezproblemowy check in, czysty i przestronny pokój z fantastycznym widokiem. Nie wiem jak z obiadem czy kolacją ale śniadania bardzo dobre, duzy wybór, każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Łóżka duże, bardzo wygodne, duża szafa, ktora pomieści napewno wszystkie bagaże. WiFi daje rade, jak już musze znaleźć coś na minus to bedzie troszke słabe ciśnienie wody w prysznicu, do kąpieli ok ale do wypłukania szamponu z długich włosów troche za słabe. Jak ktos przyjedzie autem to za hotelem jest dużo darmowych miejsc parkingowych w bocznych uliczkach. Nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zaparkowaniem. Ogolnie bardzo polecam. My napewno tu wrócimy.

The location is good, near the beach and a nice walk to old town. Quite nice activities especially in the pool area. The hotel is very crowded and noisy but still ok standard. Some of the staff are nice and polite whereas some are rude and not serviceminded at all. Cleaning of the rooms can also be better, inconsequent- sometimes ok and sometimes for example the trash was left. Overall ok hotel.

Jeg bestilte røykfritt rom. Men vi fikk et rom som har sterk sigarett/ røyk lukt. Jeg henvendte dette til resepsjon og fikk ikke byttet rom. Røyklukten ble fikset med et kjempe sterk parfymer lukt. Dette fører til at jeg åpnet balkongsdør hele dagen og jeg fikk trøbbel med soving.

The hotel is in a wonderful location - a feeling of space all around, modern and clean. The rooms are a good size, small balcony with glass panels and all have a sea view and can see Poniente Beach and Benidorm Island. A safe can be rented cheaply and has basic key operation. The bathroom is fully equipped with rainfall shower in some rooms, (ordinary in others) and has inadequate lighting. The wifi is excellent, the buffet breakfasts are good but not great. The pool area is beside the busy sea front road. Most of the reception and cleaning staff are wonderful but I encountered a poor attitude from a security official who was called to my floor to investigate issues with neighbouring rooms. He did all he could to resolve the matter but accused me of losing my cool whilst I was trying to explain the problem to him around the language barrier. He was raising his voice to louder than mine..indeed he shouted down the corridor needlessly disturbing other guests! The walls in the building are shockingly thin, on the whole it is the least soundproofed building both I and a fellow traveller have stayed in.

Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm but right opposite the beach with an uninterrupted view of the beach from all rooms. Lovely to wake up with the sun on your balcony. Staff were really good and helpful. Only had breakfast but found that they had everything you could want and very tasty. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway! Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!

Boede på hotellet i en uge . Alt fungerede på hotellet, venlig personale. Morgen- og aften buffet var der et meget stort udvalg som burde kunne tilfreds stille alle smage. Hotellet ligger med den bedste udsigt til havet.
