O hotel vale pela localização e pela vista. O serviço deixa a desejar. As gavetas estavam sujas. Encontramos roupas de outros hóspedes em uma das gavetas. Tinha formigas no quarto. O Café é um corneto, um capuccino e um iogurte. Só servem depois das 08:30. Não tem serviço. Apenas trocaram as toalhas. Quando chegamos a chave estava no quarto. Ninguém nos recebeu. Quando saímos, também não tivemos contato com a administradora, deixamos a chave no quarto.

Carla was very nice. She’s happy to bring breakfast in the morning, and even provide recommendations to restaurants or even coordinate excursions. My wife and I didn’t know this prior to our trip so we already had our days planned out during our stay. However, it’s nice to know that’s an option. The views and location of the property is great. Very close to good places to eat and is an easy walk down to the beach and not a bad hike back up compared to other places. Where things fell short was our room was very small. There wasn’t a lot of space to move around or even to place our luggage. Additionally, there seemed to be a pest problem. We found many ants throughout our room and my wife even found a roach underneath her bag as we were checking out. We specifically stayed in the Double Room, Sea View. So, I can’t say if the others rooms are just as small or have the same pest problems. Aside from these issues that came up for us, our stay was very pleasant.

Staying at Villa Dalu was a beautiful experience for us. Our family travelled in late June-early July 2026. The property is located in an area very accessible to everything; easy walk/climb down to the beach and ferries, walking distance to restaurants, shops and gelato parlors. The property was magnificent. We had breakfast every morning on a beautiful patio filled with lemon and tangerine trees, overlooking the sea and the picturesque mountain views that make Positano such a prime location in the Amalfi Coast. The suite was very clean and accommodating. The host Carla was amazing! She was very helpful, kind, and friendly. We’re looking forward to booking again in the future.
