Apartment was well equipped and very well presented. We loved it and will be back in future. Super Close to shops, supermarkets and even a playground. Can be a bit difficult in peak traffic to go in and out, just need to be careful. Lift is a bit small but may be it’s the usual size. Thanks for having us.

Check in experience was terrible. I follow the instruction to download the app to do the check-in but its not work... Contacted the accommodation for assistance. The staff requested me to drive 25 mins to their office to handle it!??? What? I rejected and the problem was solved finally (used more than 30 mins to fix it!!!) The room was clean and tidy. The facility was poor. The only lift in the accommodation was broken on my check out date. I have to carry the luggage all the way from my room (1/F) to the car park... Terrible

The staff requested me to drive 25 mins to their office to handle it!??? What? I rejected and the problem was solved finally (used more than 30 mins to fix it!!!) The room was clean and tidy. Everything was good nice clean rooms comfy beds. A very affordable rate. Would thoroughly recommend even though I was extremely apprehensive about there not being a check-in desk and having key access on phone. It was really easy and would definitely book again.

It’s a great place for a short time stay however there were a few issues. The spare towels provided had someone else’s eyelash extension and there was tumbleweeds of previous patrons hair on the ground. We expected there will be housekeeping but there was none throughout our stay (that might be our issue for not reading the information in detail). The only potential dining seating option was a table that was slanted and was very unstable. The toilet roll was not replaced we were just lucky there was one extra roll left. There wasn’t much cleaning detergent for the dishes left and the expectation was to leave no dishes unclean or else we have it taken out of bond. The positives were the communication prior to check-in and the areas surrounding the accomodation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not great.

It’s a shame. The room is beautiful, but I had an interconnecting door to another apartment. The light comes through the surround of the interconnecting door and the sound was like they were in the room with me. I felt like I had to not make a noise as they were having a D&M and felt so rude.

We stayed at this property as we had a 3 day festival at the Showgrounds which was a straight 10min walk away. Great property easy access. Huge apartment. Cafes and restaurants nearby. We had breakfast each day at Ginger’s cafe right across road. Was perfect. Will stay here again.

The property is in a fantastic area with easy access to the tram for the City or Glenelg. The only thing I didn’t like is how we could hear every word the couple said who were staying in the apartment next door.

Adjacent rooms have a connecting door, with no sound proofing. I heard every word the neighbours said, all weekend, even when they were talking quietly. When they watched TV (American football), it was louder than the TV in my own room. On Sunday morning I was woken up by their phone conversation, which was so close to my bed that I could clearly hear the person on the other end of the conversation through their phone.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking Goodwood Rd. Close the city. Great spot! Although, I did not receive a confirmation email with details in regards to the app you need to download for the key, but receptionists were quick with replies and pointed me in the right direction!

Tiny room with no space for luggage. Tiny table in kitchen folds against the wall for space. Only seats inside low, concrete, stools. Only way in is with a smart phone e-key. My wife could not leave room because she doesn’t have a smartphone. We were locked out the day before checkout because e-key expired early. Difficult to reach customer service. If this happened after hours we would have been locked out on the street all night.

Unfortunately, this stay was appalling. My virtual key didn't work and I was locked out of my Apartment at 10.45pm, called after hours and was advised I had to wait for 25 minutes for security to arrive and give me access. Security was great, however the follow up with a staff member called Harry, was unacceptable. He came down to the property the following morning as I wanted to pop out of the apartment and wanted to ensure i could get back in. He blatantly insisted that there was nothing wrong with my digital access and that i wasn't holding it correctly. I was able to access the building entry as well as lift entry, holding my phone the same way that I attempted room entry. Both times i was given remote access (It also happened upon arrival) my digital key worked fine straight afterwards but after a few hours it stopped working and said "No locks found' Harry insisted that it would say "access denied" if it wasn't working properly, but i repeatedly expressed to him that even security attempted entry with my digital key and it didn't work for him either. Extremely disappointing managemet

Loved the property and location but would’ve loved a working phone number to talk to someone about the electronic key ap for check in as it wasn’t the smoothest, mainly because after a full day of traveling my phone was nearly flat, but would definitely stay again and recommend as the unit was very nice.

L’appartement était vraiment très bien et très propre, rien à redire ! Cependant le check in (uniquement faisable en ligne)m, pas de réception physique sur place)est catastrophique et il m’a fallu leur téléphoner 3 fois. We stayed at this property as we had a 3 day festival at the Showgrounds which was a straight 10min walk away. Great property easy access. Huge apartment. Cafes and restaurants nearby. We had breakfast each day at Ginger’s cafe right across road. Was perfect. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay with lots pf room and great value walking distance to trams & buses heaps of restaurants at your finger tips. The only down fall was the noise from the main road if you shut place up it was quite good

The property is in a fantastic area with easy access to the tram for the City or Glenelg. The only thing I didn’t like is how we could hear every word the couple said who were staying in the apartment next door.

Lovely, clean room. Spacious with plenty of storage. Coffee machine was a bonus! Great location, with tram stop, supermarket, cafes & restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommend

L’appartement était vraiment très bien et très propre, rien à redire ! Cependant le check in (uniquement faisable en ligne)m, pas de réception physique sur place)est catastrophique et il m’a fallu leur téléphoner 3 fois. Ayant réserver pour 2 nuits, en voulant rentrer dans l’appartement le lendemain, l’accès avait été désactivé, j’ai dû rappeler une 4e fois.

L’appartement était vraiment très bien et très propre, rien à redire ! Close to a lot. Great location. Local pub, cafes, restaurants and IGA. Light rail right there to jump on and go to city. Local cellar across the road was really helpful with wine information. Beds were comfy, shower was good. Checking in as other guests have wrote, was a little stressful due to communication and not dealing with a person face to face. We got there early and sent a message to property manager asking if we could checking early, they came back to my message quite fast stating they would let us know if it was ready, which we were happy with so we went across the road to the cafe to have lunch. To get into the apartment block, you need to download an app in which a digital key is sent. Once the key is sent it’s easy to operate. I never heard from the property mangers again in the messages, even though I sent through a couple of messages about the key. 2.00pm check in time there was still no key sent, and my message asking where it was did not get answered, so I searched for phone number..called and surprise surprise the key come through as they were on phone. 2.07pm to be exact. So that was the only thing that really bothered me. I would stay there again knowing the process. Key worked fine once loaded but only I could have key. Bad luck if anyone went out without me they needed my phone to get back in as you need the key to get in lobby, the go up elevator and to get in apartment
