Koloa Landing Resort at Po'ipu, Autograph Collection

We booked a garden view and our room backed up to the parking lot of the restaurant on resort grounds….spending time on our balcony was not as peaceful as we would have liked w people and cars coming and going and the noise from the restaurant. Otherwise…our stay was amazing!

Pool is great for young children. Views less of an ocean view, more a few of the parking lot. All parking lot from lower rooms; mix of parking lot and ocean from high rooms

The room was clean and so spacious. Loved having a ground floor room with a patio! The kitchen amenities were great and it was so nice to have our own washer/dryer to take care of clothes while we were there. The pools were beautiful and relaxing, food was delicious and staff super friendly. We feel like we found a gem!

Based on other reviews, we asked for a quiet room away from main area & noise. We were told, “You’re in bldg 10 so...” Bldg 10 is not quiet, it is literally closest to the pool slide. For a week, we heard yelling & screaming from the pool, all day long. Lived in our airpods. Terrible beds that rendered us exhausted with debilitating back pain. We even tried rotating the mattress. USB ports that didn’t work. Electrical outlet unusable with something stuck in it. Visibly slipshod wallpaper seams. Super slippery walkways around pool. Overall design & functional updates needed, verily. Sent management an auditor’s list with pictures; these are just the basic features that we thought a resort at these prices should have dailed in. They credited resort fees & incidentals but we were sorely disappointed. Unless members of your party absolutely need that pool (not The Best in America but nice), there are other, better, more affordable accommodations. We will not be back.
