The room was not clean and fell well below expectations. There was dust on the side table and in the shower nook, hair in the bathroom corners, soap scum on the shower walls, and a stained, foul-smelling shower curtain that appeared not to have been laundered. The kitchen walls were also dirty. The towels smelled old and stale, and the room had a strong old-carpet odor, likely due to the age of the building. When we went to the front desk the next day to raise our concerns, no staff were present. We stayed for two nights and did not receive housekeeping service on the second day. For the price charged, spending an additional $20–30 would get a much cleaner room and significantly better service at a larger hotel chain.

Comfortable room and bed for this guy flying solo to ski Red Mountain. The lifts are about 10 minutes up the road … so this location is perfect.

The staff was very nice and courteous.
