Loved the house. Rooms are large and clean with a king sized bed on which I slept great. The house is just across the street from downtown Beaufort and the waterfront. Wonderful restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Easy parking.

Parking was easy and instructions were good. The room was small but cute, bathroom nicely renovated. Comfort, however, was another matter. At this price level I expect cotton sheets, not plastic (microfiber)…they do not breathe. Our room desperately needs blackout curtains! (Light from hotel’s exterior comes in all night.) The bed was very firm, the “blanket” thin and flimsy, and all in all, unfortunately, we slept very poorly. This hotel is advertised as “luxury”, but it definitely does not fall in that category, in our humble opinion. I leave this extensive review not as a gripe, but to offer ideas for improvement; I’d start with the curtains! I often host guests (free of charge) at our home, and their comfort is very important to me.

They have a large private parking lot immediately behind the hotel. We arrived at about 7 PM and dropped off our luggage the night manager, Guy, was very helpful. We then went to the Breakwater restaurant, which is a one minute walk away from the hotel. Both the service and the food was excellent. We had coffee on the upper balcony in the morning, and the view towards the bridge was spectacular. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Our only minor distraction was a fairly stiff mattress.

This cute little hotel was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, well appointed, plenty of private parking, a lovely little shared kitchen area, very nice bathroom, plush bed - I would definitely stay here again if visiting Beaufort. It's right next to everything but very quiet and safe with a lovely view of the water. A gem!

In an ideal location. The property was is great condition and the rooms were nice. The bathroom was big and roomy with marble floors in the shower. Parking on site was convenient and plentiful. The best dinner options were and in close walking distance.

Location is everything and this hotel has it. Smack within walking distance of all of Bay Street restaurants, bars and shops. Ample and easy parking, which is a a godsend for being downtown. Lovely communication and check in is a breeze. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic house and gorgeous.

We loved this place! We were greeted by a very courteous gentleman who showed us to our room. The entire hotel, including our room was in excellent shape. Everything looked new and well taken care of. We had a great view from our room as well. We parked in a secure parking lot in back. The hotel is a few minutes walk from various restaurants and shops.

This Inn is a gem! The rooms are beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Wonderful B&B! Great location with beautiful view of the water and walkable distance to all of downtown Beaufort. Our room was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. The property manager was attentive and helpful. We used our breakfast vouchers to eat at the local bagel place and it was delicious!

We were welcomed and place was very clean. Area around was clean and well maintained. The area was very safe and quiet. We had a great stay well worth the money. Must visit the island, fish amp and the state park and beach. Well worth the ride to the park. River front park was outstanding. The area around the property was clean and felt very safe throughout the downtown area. Blacksone cafe is a must to visit for breakfast before 8 am

The accommodations are convenient, but I would recommend a sound machine for each room. In the middle of the night, cars were drag racing very near 607 Bay. This drag racing lasted several hours. I turned on the bathroom vent, but it was connected to a light so I had to shut the door; therefore, the vent did not cover up the sound.

This was a great stay. The person who lives onsite was wonderful - explained everything wonderfully. The room was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better. Great stay, and I will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, views from the porch and so quiet!!! We were welcomed and shown around the property which was nice. Received texts giving us all info we needed which was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful B&B! Great location with beautiful view of the water and walkable distance to all of downtown Beaufort. Our room was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. The property manager was attentive and helpful. We used our breakfast vouchers to eat at the local bagel place and it was delicious!

Location is everything and this hotel has it. Smack within walking distance of all of Bay Street restaurants, bars and shops. Ample and easy parking, which is a a godsend for being downtown. Lovely communication and check in is a breeze. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic house and gorgeous.

I liked how the GM texted us a welcome note including the codes for the inn and our inn. The building was very clean. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved the house. Rooms are large and clean with a king sized bed on which I slept great. The house is just across the street from downtown Beaufort and the waterfront. Wonderful restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Easy parking.

This cute little hotel was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, well appointed, plenty of private parking, a lovely little shared kitchen area, very nice bathroom, plush bed - I would definitely stay here again if visiting Beaufort. It's right next to everything but very quiet and safe with a lovely view of the water. A gem!

We loved this place! We were greeted by a very courteous gentleman who showed us to our room. The entire hotel, including our room was in excellent shape. Everything looked new and well taken care of. We had a great view from our room as well. We parked in a secure parking lot in back. The hotel is a few minutes walk from various restaurants and shops.

This Inn is a gem! The rooms are beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The views of the water and bridge were beautiful and the location is convenient to local dining, shopping and the waterfront park.

This is a great place to stay. Only thing you need to know is that you don't get breakfast here. All the staff is so very nice and friendly.

They have a large private parking lot immediately behind the hotel. We arrived at about 7 PM and dropped off our luggage the night manager, Guy, was very helpful. We then went to the Breakwater restaurant, which is a one minute walk away from the hotel. Both the service and the food was excellent. We had coffee on the upper balcony in the morning, and the view towards the bridge was spectacular. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Our only minor distraction was a fairly stiff mattress.

The property was kept very clean. What surprised us was the lack of innkeeper presence while we were there or an interior community space for travelers. The evening we arrived we were met by a very nice gentlemen who showed us around, then never saw anyone again. All we received in lieu of a breakfast served was a one time ticket to go to a local bakery for 1 breakfast. We were there for 3 mornings and received 1 coupon for 1 breakfast. For this reason we feel it should not be advertised under bed & breakfasts.

Chris, the owner greeted us! He made great suggestions where to eat and sightsee. He gave us a pass to the parks and beaches which were beautiful! “The Boneyard Beach was great for shelling! I highly recommend the Saltus and Wren restaurants.

Too much cost for too little. The bed room was average size. There was too much security with 7 digit codes required on each the outside and the room doors. This place should reduce its fees.

This place was the perfect stop on my way to Hilton head. I absolutely love Beaufort and the Inn is right on Bay St across from the river. My room was airy, and comfortable. The deep porch provided a lovely place to just chill, read and sip a cocktail before I turned in for the night. I will definitely stay again.
