Wonderful stay at this place, it was clean, easy check in, close to Cruz bay, and owner was very accessible while allowing for privacy. Really professionally done. Would book again!

The property is located on a hill side just east of cruz bay. I read on the description it is on a very steep road being from Colorado i underestimated that. It is one of the steepest roads ive ever seen and is not to be taken lightly. The papaya suite appears to be the cheapest and smallest of the properties. If someone is staying in the honeymoon suite i believe you would be able to hear the guests above you. It was clean cozy ,no washer and dryer. No privacy within but no visible neighbors.

A welcome relief after an unanticipated start, Avis (STT) gave our Jeep away. With our free-wheeling plans dashed, we had to use taxis. In the unit was a list of Taxi contacts along with other useful info. All the taxi drivers we contacted were very helpful, especially Moses. The unit was delightfully quaint and very clean. In the refrigerator we found two “welcoming” St. John Brewery beers, just what we needed. Each night we’d watch the sunset and each morning enjoy breakfast on the lanai. We loved the variety of hummingbirds in the evening around the property and the well-stocked grocery store nearby. Plus local hosts were very responsive to our questions.

As advertised. Small, but cute and functional. The hill that the condo is on is steep, but downhill is walkable. Get a taxi for the return trip. Overall a great place, especially if on a budget. I would stay there again.

Place was as pictured. Thank you for the two beach towels to borrow. However, upon opening the door, we were gassed with all the artificial scents that are used to spray and/or apply/clean the room. What are you trying to cover up? When you walk into a place that smells really bad you cannot not wait to get out. It’s like we paid for a Marriott but got a Motel 6. Fake scents are endocrine disrupters =bad for our health.
