This was not a hotel, it was someone's dirty roach infested condo. It had no tv cable, no pool as advertised. Towels were nothing more than dirty rags with tattered holes. The shower door was broke off and water pressure was limited. Do not make this mistake, stay clear.

Our stay is not so good because the elevator is often times out of Service ! It’s very inconvenient to walk to the other wing of the Building so that we can get to the only elevator that’s working ( 3 of the 4 elevators are out of Service )!

Very nice place for the evening. Great value with just enough around to get what you need for travels. The pool area didn’t catch much sun and the room wasn’t super clean, but good enough. I’ll stay again when getting in late to MNL.

My stay was OK. The location is very good and the sole reason for my rating. Plenty of food and shopping near. The lobby was nice and has a doorman. The room was poor and had tons of wear. No towels or toilet paper upon arriving, although they delivered them to my door when I requested which was nice. Was told the pool was broken for my entire stay, which should have been made clear upon booking. This is one of the hottest cities.... So I chose this place because of the pool. If you want a nice location close to the airport, this is fine. But maybe look elsewhere for just a few dollars more.

The location was very good. The staff provided prompt service. The room we were assigned to had cockroaches. The shower drain was clogged and easily flooded the whole bathroom floor. The overall condition of the property looked old and need new furniture, linens, blankets and towels.

Buena ubicación cerca del aeropuerto si necesitas pasar una noche (unos 10-15 minutos andando). La zona está llena de restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios. La atención para el check-in fue correcta y agradable. Pero el apartamento en sí deja bastante que desear. En primer lugar, se anuncia como hotel pero en realidad son apartamentos independientes en un edificio de apartamentos, y el que me asignaron a mi no se parecía en nada al que seleccioné en la reserva. El apartemento es muy básico y la limpieza era bastante deficiente: el techo estaba lleno de mosquitos muertos pegados, y los armarios de las cocinas parece que nunca se hayan limpiado por dentro. El armario sobre la zona de cocinar estaba lleno de grasa y tenía dos cucarachas muertas. Las ventanas no son aisladas y dan a una calle con mucho tráfico, así que había mucho ruido y era imposible dormir sin tapones. También entraba mucha luz a través de las cortinas. Yo no volvería y no lo recomiendo.

The room was ok. But I found cockroaches. There were 2 double beds, but 1 bed creaked and was quite unstable. The TV ditn't work - no programmes. But it was nice to have a microwave and a whashing machine.

Staff are very Friendly, they open the door for you all the time and always greet you with a smile. However the room i had for 3 nights had cockroaches , even walking in the hallway to the room had cockroaches. The light in the washroom wasnt very good either. However the room was clean minus the cockroaches everywhere. Also very very loud because youre right beside the Skyway. This place would be awesome if it wasnt for the cockroaches and if you can handle the noises.

The staff was not accommodating. The room was filthy, over-abundance of cockroaches, walls,shower, ceilings, mirrors, kitchen area were all completely unkempt. Many itemsin the room like the washer and dryer, shelving, lights, and much more were broken and did not work. When we asked the staff to clean the room... the caretaker laughed and walked away. Beyond the convenience to dining, shopping and the airport... do not stay here.

Great location surrounded by all levels of restaurants. Walking distance to Terminal 3 over the Sky Bridge. Check-in was a bit of a pain with duplicate paperwork and found it unnecessary to verify on the touch screen that I was a human and not a bot… had to do the whole “check all the bicycles and crosswalks puzzle” Bed was comfy, AC worked well and was quiet. Netflix available and great stable WiFi. The condo needs some TLC and some nicer touches. Curtain rail was broken, kitchen cabinet door hinge broken, headboard broken on the bed and cut my head on it. Shower light fused and kitchen needs a trashcan and at least 2 coffee mugs. All in all I will return again.

The bed was very uncomfortable for me. It has a very thin 2” or possibly 3” mattress on wooden planks. It is an older property that needs some maintenance. The aircon leaked a big puddle, I slipped and fell but luckily did not get hurt. I messaged the property and they were quick to get housekeeping with some pads and a bucket to catch the water so I could use the aircon. Check-in was awkward. I had to go to one property and check in, then wait for a person to come get me and take me to a different location for the room. But the property is convenient to the airport.

It was a good place (especially if you just want a place to rest for a night or two) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. But the WiFi was really really crappy. It's 2G and it's very intermittent. Couldn't communicate with people back home and do some work without getting frustrated with the Wifi. The router was probably there for display purposes.

Very convenient location. We just noticed that the receptionist and the guards were not as friendly. The lady who assisted us on the other hand has a very nice and warm smiling face and is very attentive to our needs. Thank you! But for that receptionist who was a bit rude and the security guard who don’t greet the guests, maybe a bit more training in hospitality will do them good

The customer service is above and beyond! Henry and his staff are such a joy to work with in our vacation. They made sure that all our needs are taken care of and was always going beyond what is expected. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and will definitely be back!

The host, Henry was very accommodating and took care of us. Our flight landed early morning and used their airport shuttle service. The staff took care of us from the airport till we got to our rooms.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Ray is an awesome guy. Highly recommend you hire his shuttle bus to travel to and from the airport. I walked out of the hotel for dinner in a rainstorm and didn't even get wet. All in all it's a decent hotel to spend the night for a low price. I'd stay again.

Cockroaches galore. Managed to kill roughly 12 during our two-night stay, which made it very uncomfortable. That said, the location is good and convenient — unfortunately, that’s the only real positive.

Easy location to find and within walking distance from airport. Check in went very smooth. Room was nothing special, it was fine for one night. Lots of places to eat nearby.

You can walk to the property if you take the overpass from terminal 3 (‘The Runway’) and than walk towards Newport Boulevard. It is essential to communicate with the Manager on forehand about te location because it is a bit tricky to find.

Basement bar The Dungeon and lobby restaurant were perfect. Nice on the outside, dilapidated on the inside, filthy carpets and stinky bedding, need new mattresses and pillows and carpets for sure. Great staff, owner needs to pony up n finish remodel that looks like is started, bedding wise anyway. My feet were black from the linited walking I did in the room. Had to go across street and buy glade to spray the room so fiance could stay there. Luckiky, the bar and restaurant saved an otherwise poor experience.

The location was ideal for my needs, and very near the terminal 3, plus food , spa massage and salon. The property was not well maintained, and the building old. ( The elevator push button actually went inside the wall when we used it) Here are the things that made my stay stressful: 1) There was no heater for the shower as advertised. 2) Toilet paper was not avaliable- upon request from the property manager, they were provided BUT was not brought to our room. Instead, we had to claim it from the front desk. 3) The remote for the AC didn't sync with the AC itself. It became hot in the room, and we had to experiment with the temperature settings. 4) The couch or futon, was super old - it sagged, and was almost too the floor. 5) NO WIFI WAS PROVIDED - THERE WAS NO VISIBLE wifi information and their QR code didn't work. 6) Their trash can was only a bucket - not even covered. No toothbrush provided, as advertised. The upside was that Henry accommodated my luggages and put them in storage for the two days I requested. Overall, very disappointed and won't recommend this place.
