Our room and the hotel in general was spotless. The staff was welcoming and our room had a beautiful view of the ocean as we requested. The hotel is on different levels with 3 pools and plenty sun beds and quiet areas.

Wir waren für knapp 1 Woche hier. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber man merkt, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist und hier und da, eine Modernisierung benötigt. Bspw. schwankte die Wassertemperatur unserer Dusche ständig zwischen warm und extrem heiß. Das Frühstücks- und das Abendbuffet waren dagegen erstklassig. Eine große Auswahl an Speisen, jeden Tag andere Gerichte und ein extrem aufmerksames Personal. Ein Minuspunkt für uns war das Gym. Es ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Geräte sind alt, teilweise kaputt oder funktionieren nicht mehr. Wir sind daher zu einem anderen Gym in der Umgebung gegangen. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung trotz der kleineren Mängel.

Great hotel with good facilities and free keep-fit/yoga/pilates classes provided in the main pool, or on the nearby beach. The local beach-side shops and restaurants were fairly basic/tacky, but the nearby town-side eateries were much better quality fare. The hotel buffet was comprehensive and good, and the a la carte restaurant good value (excellent Lamb Tagine). One negative was that the towels in our bathroom were past their best, perfectly clean but small and thin, whereas the pool towels were much better quality and substantial. Another minor irritation were the paper napkins in the buffet, a decent linen napkin (as in the a la carte restaurant) would have been appreciated. Neither of these minor irritations spoilt a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in an ideally positioned hotel.

Goog location for this hotel by the beach and close to the city center, bus to airport / Las Palmas. Better if the room is located in the upper floors. Good breakfast. Swimming pools too small and too crowded.

Pro: freundliches & zuvorkommendes Personal, Sauberkeit top, tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, direkter Zugang zur Strandpromenade mit diversen Basarläden/Bars/Cafés/Restaurants etc., Dünen von Maspalomas angrenzend, gute Busverbindungen, auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgelegt Kontra: Abends viel zu laute Musik, Fitnesstudio ist stark verbesserungswürdig, etwas wenig Auswahl an Warmspeisen Fazit: Wir waren während unseres Aufenthaltes stets zufrieden. Das Hotel verdient seine vollen 4 Sterne, für 5 Sterne ist noch Luft nach oben! Nicht so gefallen haben uns die viel zu vielen unterschiedlichen Verpflegungsarten. Man wurde ständig gefragt, welche Verpflegung man hatte. Die Gäste waren dadurch gespalten im Hotel, wie eine Klassengesellschaft. Der eine musste zahlen, ob cash oder per Kreditkarte. Der andere Gast, hatte wiederum alles all inklusive. Offenbar scheinen die unterschiedlichen Bändchen, dem Personal nicht allen klar zu sein. Die einen hatten Liegeauflagen, die anderen wiederum nicht. Genauso mit der Nutzung des Whirlpools. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen, jedoch ausschließlich als "Unique-Gast" und All Inklusive-Paket.

Hotel consists of a main building and an annex. Reception is actually at level 7 accessed via calle Helsinki. There is a card access gate at level 1 to go to beach. Hotel facilitated a move from annex to main building after day 1. Loved second room. Good breakfast selection. Elevator did a couple of odd things during our stay and one not in use.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely holiday. Room was incredibly comfortable with great air con. Hotel situated very close to the beach and had multiple pools. The free aqua aerobics class was great fun! Sunbeds were spread throughout the pool area and on multiple levels, which meant you could scope out a more private quiet area if that was desired. Only slight downside was the dinner service was inconsistent for vegetarians - some nights had quite limited options (other than the classic salad bar).

Bel établissement bien placé et bien décoré. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est sympathique, mention particulière aux femmes de chambre qui sont très professionnelles. Le seul point noir : le parking. L’hôtel n’en dispose pas et il est impossible de se garer aux alentours. L’unique possibilité est le parking de la plage à 17€ par jour. Et sur un séjour de deux semaines, la facture est salée…

The property is fresh, clean, modern in a boheme style. The rooms are big and with a nice balcony and there are a lot of cozy outside areas within property grounds. The buffet is also good and Luna has a good program with pilates, yoga, aqua fitness and more than one can join. All staff was really friendly and service minded except some of the male staff in the reception which was not very friendly and made it seem like we were ”in their way“ for asking them very basic things (twice during our week stay). A little weird as all other staff was so forthcoming, sweet and friendly! But all in all we had an amazing time at the hotel 😊 Playa des ingles is a very touristic and quite worn down area but the beach is beautiful and very wide and long.

The hotel was beautiful located with a view to the sea. The breakfast selection was good. We also really enjoyed the Neo. Bar. However, we needs more soap at our room which we never got. At the breakfast the staff was very stressed and seems sloppy in topping up different stuff. It more seemed as 3 star than a four star hotel. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay.

Sehr schönes, sauberes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Befindet sich direkt am Strand. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Garten mit Meerblick, wo man sich auf unterschiedliche Terrassen auf eine Liege legen bzw. im Infinity-Pool schwimmen gehen kann. Das Essen ist auch reichhaltig und auch der Essbereich bietet einen schönen Meerblick. Kleines Manko (bei einem ansonsten Top-Hotel): das Rührei war eher unterdurchschnittlich und die Beschriftungen beim Essen waren etwas verwirrend: wenn dort „Gemüsereis“ steht, dann bedeutet dies nicht unbedingt dass es sich um eine vegetarische Beilage handelt sondern beinhaltet Fisch. Es wäre noch zu verbessern, wenn klarer gekennzeichnet wird was sich genau in den Gerichten befindet bzw. was vegetarisch ist. Dies ist jedoch eine Kleinigkeit im Vergleich zu dem allgemein traumhaften Hotel!

Our room and the hotel in general was spotless. The staff was welcoming and our room had a beautiful view of the ocean as we requested. The hotel is on different levels with 3 pools and plenty sun beds and quiet areas.

Wir waren für knapp 1 Woche hier. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber man merkt, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist und hier und da, eine Modernisierung benötigt. Bspw. schwankte die Wassertemperatur unserer Dusche ständig zwischen warm und extrem heiß. Das Frühstücks- und das Abendbuffet waren dagegen erstklassig. Eine große Auswahl an Speisen, jeden Tag andere Gerichte und ein extrem aufmerksames Personal. Ein Minuspunkt für uns war das Gym. Es ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Geräte sind alt, teilweise kaputt oder funktionieren nicht mehr. Wir sind daher zu einem anderen Gym in der Umgebung gegangen. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung trotz der kleineren Mängel.

The over all experience was not good. Rooms: beds are very hard and uncomfortable. There was no soundproofing and we could hear everything from the guests around us. We woke up in the middle of the night when people were walking around. Clean rooms. Breakfast: hardly any healthy bread/crisp bread.

Heerlijke locatie van het hotel. Dicht bij de zee / strand. Wij hadden een upgrade genomen naar een kamer met zeezicht en dat is mooi maar savond veel lawaai van de clubs die daar zitten. Ook is daar een deur van het hotel waardoor je naar het strand kan lopen en wanneer mensen binnenkomen terug naar het hotel knalt die deur letterlijk keihard dicht. Het lawaai van de deur en van de clubs kan zeker vervelend zijn en zouden wij niet meer kiezen voor een upgrade die voor een week best veel geld kost.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, direct am Sandstrand und central in playa de ingles gelegen. Nur Zimmer hatten keine Heizung und es war kalt in der Nacht, hatte 2 Decken um mich warm zu halten weil die Rezeption keine Heizkörper mehr zum ausleihen hatten. Ansonsten eine schöne Hotelanlage

Lovely hotel with great amenities. The only complaint is that it was very difficult to regulate the water temp in our room. It went back and forth between warm and scalding hot without any warning and it was difficult to get cold water.

This hotel is great! The staff are amazing and the location is perfect… so near the beach but you won’t want to leave your pool side lounger to relax your stress away. Claudio and Christina were very accommodating to our needs. Our room had a great view of the ocean, the beach, the dunes, and property and was very comfortable.

The property is fresh, clean, modern in a boheme style. The rooms are big and with a nice balcony and there are a lot of cozy outside areas within property grounds. The buffet is also good and Luna has a good program with pilates, yoga, aqua fitness and more than one can join. All staff was really friendly and service minded except some of the male staff in the reception which was not very friendly and made it seem like we were ”in their way“ for asking them very basic things (twice during our week stay). A little weird as all other staff was so forthcoming, sweet and friendly! But all in all we had an amazing time at the hotel 😊 Playa des ingles is a very touristic and quite worn down area but the beach is beautiful and very wide and long.

Very friendly, dedicated and professional hotel staff. The food was excellent, they offered a variety of different dishes. There are also vegan options like soy milk for your Cappuccino. Every evening live singers play in the nice hotel bar. We enjoyed that a lot! The location is really good - the beach is just across the streets. I can only recommend the hotel.

Overall, the stay was very good and it’s our third stat in the last four months. The hotel is good, with good ammenaties in a very good location The staff are generally very good especially in the unique breakfast restaurant. There are issues in terms of the delays when ever you go to reception, including check-in or if you require something as simple as a new key, over 15 minutes wait is really not acceptable. The way time is always excessive. They also have a individual checkin desk for unique guests, which in the three times I have been there totalling 25 days, I have only ever seen that desk manned on one occasion.

Fick info om att vårt flyg är försenat och frågade om vi kunde ha kvar rummet några extra timmar vilket inte var några som helst problem. Kan inte annat än att rekommendera detta hotell fullt ut till alla. Fick ett stort fint rum (1221) med otroligt fin havsutsikt. Ser verkligen fram emot att boka nästa vistelse här igen. Har bott mycket inom Lopesan familjen (Baobab, Villa del Conde Meloneras vilka oxå varmt kan rekommenderas men de här var något extra, extra framförallt servicen.

This place is like a fairytale! Everything is perfect and out of this world. The service is more than professional. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is 10 seconds away from the best beach in the island, and literally in the most beautiful region. Special thanks to Paola and Sabrina who made our stay very pleasant and never hesitated to provide all the professional help needed.

It’s nice and the staff is really give. The hotel is well located on the beach. The only problem those cheap merchants across the street (on the beach). If you want to enjoy the hotel explore further from the location. Also it’s more like all-inclusive (which I dislike). It’s not a Club Med and the clientele isn’t either. But I would recommend it because it was cute, clean and the staff was great. I didn’t take the all inclusive option and it was a great decision for me. I took the breakfast option and that was a great decision. In a radius of 1km, it’s the best option. One thing the music is loud.

Good property location. Good food choices for the all inclusive option. Only negative was all inclusive ends at 11pm nightly. The service was very good and the staff and waiters do an excellent job cleaning tables and keeping tables open and ready for customers. The main pool was taken out of service 2 nights. But they have a second pool and because is a walk across the street.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely holiday. Room was incredibly comfortable with great air con. Hotel situated very close to the beach and had multiple pools. The free aqua aerobics class was great fun! Sunbeds were spread throughout the pool area and on multiple levels, which meant you could scope out a more private quiet area if that was desired. Only slight downside was the dinner service was inconsistent for vegetarians - some nights had quite limited options (other than the classic salad bar).

It is a great choice to experience the unique feature of the island, the sand dune along the coast. It is literally right out there for you to explore, so much fun.... The view from the balcony, the largest and best balcony I have seen, is exciting overlooking the ocean, the sand dune, the people, and stars in the sky at night... Our time in this hotel was excellent. It is a stone's throw away from the beach and close to a range of restaurants, shops and bars / clubs. The dinners at the hotel were especially impressive. Elements of the menu changed every day and always left us with pleasant surprises and new delicious food to taste.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es neben den positiven Eindrücken auch einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Vorteile: * Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. * Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. * Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da es sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand befindet. Nachteile: * Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt. Wir haben das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet, und der Hausmeister hat versucht, sie zu reparieren. Leider konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. * Im Zimmer wurde kein Trinkwasser bereitgestellt. * Im Zimmer roch die Luft modrig. * Der Boden war klebrig und wirkte nicht richtig gereinigt. * Die Halterung für das Shampoo in der Dusche war defekt und ist heruntergefallen. Mit einer besseren Zimmerpflege und einer schnelleren Behebung technischer Mängel könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. I was arriving late at night past the opening times for dinner and so the staff had prepared a plate of meats cheeses and salad and put it in my room upon arrival. Such a thoughtful gesture that made such a difference! Jorge from the reception staff was amazing and made me feel welcome explaining all the amenities etc. I was in the annex building which was quiet and really clean which was nice to arrive to. I had booked half board and so was paying for drinks the light my stay which were incredibly well priced and honestly cheap, especially for a hotel bar! Sara from the bar was really friendly and made some custom drinks I found online which tasted incredible! When it was time to leave, because my flight was at night, the staff offered free luggage storage, a free shower room to get ready in, and a key card so I could still access the hotel and beach via access gates until I needed to head to the airport. This made all the difference and is such a nice touch that made travelling so much easier. The friendly reception staff were able to call a taxi for me which only took about 5 minutes to arrive and I was able to pay for everything at the hotel, again, such a nice touch to make everything effortless! I can’t recommend this hotel and its staff enough, I will definitely be back!
