Excellent service, very clean , large room, daily room service,nice staff. We didn't use any amenities so I gave a 3 but overall its great and highly recommended.

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. Gave us a run down of where major sites were and good restaurant tips. Breakfast was simple but nice enough.

We stayed one night at Lungomare Suites and Spa and had a really pleasant experience. It’s located a bit outside the city center, but it’s close to the sea and well connected, so getting around was never an issue. The room was fresh and comfortable, with a lovely bed and great air conditioning — a real plus in the summer heat. Breakfast leaned more toward pastries and sweets than we’re typically used to, but it was still a nice spread. What really stood out was the staff — genuinely warm and friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. This is a budget-friendly hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but for the price, it offers excellent value. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base near the sea.

Della SPA non ho visto nemmeno l’ombra e non mi è stata proposta. La colazione buona. Il bagno della camera 401 aveva i seguenti difetti: Asse del wc rotta Porta della doccia non chiudeva Scarico della doccia lentissimo Un asciugamano nuovo arrotolato da loro nel cestino era sporco di rossetto… Tutto il resto ok

I’m going to start by saying this property is definitely nice. It’s in a nice area by the marina / water (does not have any views of the water though) and is convenient to public transportation. The rooms are clean and neat and fresh towels were provided each day. The shower was good (nice water pressure) and all of that was great. But the problem is that the property is exaggerated on Expedia. It says “VIP Access” and I have no idea what that means. It says “Luxury” and it’s not luxury - it’s very simple. The staff (maybe owner) was there the morning we checked in and a staff member was present that evening, but for the rest of the stay there was no staff member present at any time for the next couple of days! We left the room around 7:30 and returned in the afternoon and never saw a single person. Breakfast is from 8-10 and if you leave before then, there is nothing for you. You can’t even get coffee. I intentionally booked a larger room for me and my son and on arrival I was asked to switch to a double. It was cheaper but not what I booked - that was weird. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and there was no one to talk to about that. So on the whole this property is nice enough but I don’t see that it is the quality I would expect based on the listing. I recommend it as a simple 2 star property in a nice enough location, but it isn’t more than that. Don’t expect breakfast if you are leaving before 8:00 and don’t expect a luxury stay.
