Bled Rose Hotel

Great hotel but there is only an indoor pool (no outdoor area to hang out during the day) and the parking is an additional 15 euros per day

Bled Rose hotel is uniquely situated on the shore of the stunning Lake Bled and surrounded by mountains. The hotel benefits from a stylish decor, beautiful outside area and a generously sized swimming pool.

From the moment we stepped inside, the inviting aroma at Bled Rose Hotel instantly lifted our spirits. Our Deluxe Room with a lake view was spacious and well-appointed, though the view was slightly obstructed on the first floor. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable and quiet, boasting a range of our favourite amenities from Rituals The spa area offered a relaxing atmosphere, though we were slightly disappointed to find that sauna use required an extra fee which is €18. Thought a bit pricy for 2 saunas and 1 steem room. But you can use swimming pool and jacuzzi for free. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a generous selection of delicious options. Just a bit of warning it's next to a church and the bells begins to chime at 7am, so if you really like to sleep in, maybe stay not at the lake side.

le petit déjeuner bien, chambre bien, jolie piscine mais trop froide pour se baigner le dîner moyen mais surtout parking extérieur 30€ la nuit, il faut savoir que Bled prend ses visiteurs pour des pigeons concernant le stationnement. Globalement déçus de notre visite à Bled il y a mieux et moins touristique dans les environs. Nous avons préféré d'autres endroits en Slovénie.

On the lake Bled Shore close to everything. Room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Parking on the property ( for a fee) was convenient. AC very efficient. Free Champagne delivered on ice to the room in the afternoon of arrival and a bag of cookies and small water bottles handed from reception upon departure were nice touches. We had massage at the hotel ,early check in and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I chose Rose Bled based on prior positive reviews, especially on the breakfast and wellness facilities. Unfortunately, my stay didn’t live up to expectations. The breakfast was very greasy and there was very limited fresh fruit options. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. Surfaces didn’t seem properly cleaned, in the bathroom there were lots of hairs not belonging to me, marks on the mirror that were not removed throughout my stay and it felt like housekeeping was done with minimal effort, the bed sheets merely thrown over as opposed to the bed being properly made.Additionally, the towel heater in my room didn’t work – the plug had a missing prong. I reported this and was given a replacement, but that also had a broken plug. The wellness facilities were one of the main reasons I booked, but they were not up to standard. The outdoor jacuzzi had a wasp or fly nest in the cover. When a guest asked staff to remove the cover, the staff member saw the nest and walked away without addressing it. The nest was still there days later, making the jacuzzi completely unusable. This hotel has potential, but the lack of attention to room cleanliness, wellness facilities and guest service meant it fell far short of the positive reviews. I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

The rooms and bathrooms are nice and the hotel located in a great area. However, there is no common area with a pool outdoors in the hotel to relax or have a drink. The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. We loved the area.

Unser Eindruck vom Hotel ist gemischt, da einiges für ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht so richtig passen wollte. Wir waren mit dem E-Auto unterwegs und haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt, das mit 4 Ladesäulen wirbt. Nur konnten wir das Auto die ersten Tage überhaupt nicht anstecken, da die Ladesäulen durchwegs von normalen Autos zugeparkt waren. Darauf angesprochen hatte das Hotelpersonal nur erwähnt, dass die Ladesäulen von einer Drittfirma betrieben würden und sie nichts tun könnten, dabei befinden sich die Ladesäulen auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Erst nachdem ich meinem Ärger Luft machte, hatte ich dann für den übrigen Aufenthalt keine Probleme mehr. Unser Zimmer war eher klein und der Schrank bot für 2 Personen zu wenig Platz. Die Zimmermädchen mussten vereinzelt auf kleinere Details hingewiesen werden, wie dem Fehlen von Reservetoilettenpapier. Am Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen und die Auswahl an Speisen war gut. Einziges Minus, der im Frühstückspreis angebotene Kaffee war schlicht ungeniessbar und ein guter Cappuccino wurde zusätzlich teuer verrechnet. Fürs Hotel vielleicht ein gutes Geschäftsmodel, aber für ein 4-Sterne Hotel einmal mehr nicht top. Auch nicht wirklich passend war, dass die Tische regelmässig mit einem laut ratternden Kantinenwagen abgeräumt wurden. Fazit: Das Hotel wird den 4 Sternen nicht gerecht, wir stufen es eher als gutes 3 oder 3.5 Sterne Hotel ein. Entsprechend sind die Zimmerpreise auch völlig überteuert und wir werden nicht zurückkommen.

Die Teppichböden müssten nochmal gereinigt werden, ansonsten war alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool und Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet riesig und das Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Das parken könnte billiger sein.

Just loved the location and especially the spa facilities which were immaculate! Didn't really like all the intstagram inspired decoration though. Detracted from a very lovely hotel. Would still highly recommend.

Overall stay was disappointing due to multiple issues including mold in bathroom, could not adjust temperature in room. Room was extremely hot for 2 of our 4 nights. After reporting to staff multiple times they brought us 2 fans on the 3rd day of our stay. When room was cleaned they forgot to replace pillow case and duvet on bed. And the key card periodically didn't work which required us to go back down stairs on 5 different occasions as well as have maintenance come into room to reset multiple times. We expressed our concerns during our stay as well as provided written feedback to Management, but they didn't seem to care.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel , our room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good, lots of options. The hotel was very clean and the location is perfect as it’s right by the lake , we would definitely stay here again

Not very clean, busy "hostel" area, none of the details right, disappointing for the money. All kind of fake luxury. Good breakfast, though. Would not stay again.

We enjoyed a very pleasant week at the Bled Rose hotel. The room was very large and spacious, with a large balcony that overlooked the lake-side (we couldn't quite see the lake but still a great view). Everything was clean and comfortable in the room and the bathroom was very nice with a decent powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was great, there were so many choices including both hot and cold options. We are vegetarian and always found plenty of things to suit our diet - though one small criticism is that not all of the buffet items were labelled so my partner did accidentally eat something with meat in, but he hadn't asked to check before taking it. It was a peaceful location with no night time noise disruption, and was just a few minutes walk to both the lake and the area with restaurants/bars/shops etc. It is right next to the main bus stop and also has a car park. I used the gym each day, which was small but well equipped with modern machines that were in perfect condition. All of the staff we encountered were absolutely lovely and very efficient in helping us with what we needed. We would definitely return to this hotel if we visited Bled again, and I recommend it to any travellers, including families with young children who seemed well catered for by the rainforest themed breakfast bar and large teddy bears dotted around the hotel. Great stay! :)

Cleaning was fairly basic. Balcony was not cleaned at all. TV was broken for entire stay but we were given a free bottle of sparkling wine which was gooc

Clean, quiet, and great amenities. I’ve stayed at Bled Rose several times and it’s always been great.

Hotel muy bonito con habitaciones grandes y limpias. Pero tengo que destacar la suciedad de la terraza. Es verdad que esta en un entorno verde pero habia una cantidad de arañas en el techo de la terraza que indica que no las quitan. En el desayuno si bajas un poco tarde ya no quedan muchas cosas. Deberian reponer mas.

We really enjoyed staying at Bled Rose. We had a lovely warm welcome by the receptionist. The location is perfect for all the local amenities. Cleanliness could be better so I dropped a star. Breakfast was excellent and lovely room but staff were hit and miss. Some were very abrupt. The beds were comfy and rooms quiet. Overall it was an excellent experience.

The Bled Rose Hotel is a stunning property located in the charming village of Bled. Located near the lake and the trail to the castle, my two adult daughters and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The theming of the hotel was extremely detailed, the breakfast options were plentiful and the staff was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the convenient location, which happened to be across the street from the bus station and a bike rental company, both of which we planned to use during our stay. My only negative is that the hotel is next to a church whose bells ring every 15 minutes from early morning until late into the night. The windows are not soundproof so we didn’t sleep as well as we had hoped.

What an amazing stay. I would go back in a heartbeat. Hotel was very clean. Parking is attached to the hotel and fit a van no problem. AC was perfect in both rooms. View of the balcony was beneath the castle. Gorgeous. Easy walk to everything including the swimming hole, ferry to island, and alpine rollercoaster. Right outside the door is the best burger joint I have ever had. Breakfast at the hotel was the most extensive European breakfast I have ever seen (and I travel a lot.) Breakfast incorporated Slovenia cuisine which was nice to try. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were nice - not stiff nor high. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Room was quite large with a desk, recliner, kitchennette area. Someone brought a bottle of Brut up and it was very appreciated. Highly recommend hotel.

Rooms are a bit tight

Fantastic location, practically on the lake. Close to the town for dinner in the evening and eas to access and walk around. The spa is very nice and the hotel decor is fun and quirky. Room was rather small which was the only downside, glad I only had a small suitcase or it would have been a struggle for space.

We had a fantastic stay at Bled Rose Hotel. We were in town for a family wedding at the castle, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s walking distance to all the main sights in the city. If you want to venture out a bit farther, the bus station is conveniently right across the street. Our room faced the lake and had a huge balcony, which I loved stepping out onto each morning to take in the incredible views. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was also a pleasant surprise for my wife and me, with some gluten-free options and plenty of variety even if you don’t have any dietary restrictions.

Tres bel hotel situé tout près du lac, de l'eglise, et des chemins de randonnée, au calme. L'accueil est parfait, le personnel est à l'écoute. Les chambres sont bien, avec un balcon, juste de qu”il faut. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Stayed at Hotel Rose Bled for two nights in late April 2025. It was lovely. We had a lakeview room which was spacious with great views. Staff wete extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffett was very good Great location too.

Staff was amazing at this property, super helpful even with the numerous questions we bombarded them with. Really great location wise, you can't go wrong with Lake Bled literally a stones throw away. Rooms are generally clean but could do with minor upgrading (but that's me nitpicking). Oh and brekkie was excellente.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. They upgraded our room to prevent us from being disturbed by a wedding that was going on when we checked in. It was an excellent stay.

Pur essendo vuoto l'hotel per ben due volte non mi ha dato un upgrade di camera. Sulla annuncio c'era scritto upgrade gratuito per utenti gold ma anche dopo aver chiesto se è possibile averlo non c'è lo hanno dato. Pessimo servizio.

Few things not to like, but all minor. Parking price is on the expensive side for sure, we stayed during low season so breakfast, spa and few other services were limited, but it suited us as we had peace. Location is amazing, 10min walk to Bled Castle (it's a must!), few min walk to any place along the shore of the lake, nice park in front...

Perfect location near the lake and great restaurants!

We had a fantastic stay at Bled Rose Hotel. We were in town for a family wedding at the castle, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s walking distance to all the main sights in the city. If you want to venture out a bit farther, the bus station is conveniently right across the street. Our room faced the lake and had a huge balcony, which I loved stepping out onto each morning to take in the incredible views. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was also a pleasant surprise for my wife and me, with some gluten-free options and plenty of variety even if you don’t have any dietary restrictions.

Perfect location to everything

Perfectly located next to lake and close to good restaurants, great design and decor in communal areas, excellent breakfast, friendly staff (free local jam given on check out) and nice pool, spa and sauna area. Got our free bottle of fizz as an Expedia VIP Access hotel. Standard rooms are definitely on the smaller side but were perfectly OK for us.

Location is amazing with the great views and easily accessible to lake, bus station for Vintgar Gorge and just a few minutes away from restaurants

This hotel is just next to the Lake Bled (5 min walk), we did not have lake view, but if you do, I am sure it is beautiful. Close to and walking distance to the castle, church and lake. Great clean nice hotel with great breakfast

Mooi verzorgd en recent vernieuwd hotel. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, maar meeste zaken zoals spek en eieren waren helaas wel koud.

Extremely upscale, posh hotel! Decor, ambiance, services, amenities are top notch! Restaurant for dinner is almost Michelin-like and breakfast is amazing with tons of options (healthy ones a plus). Must go here just for an amazing hotel experience!!

Great location with a beautiful spa. Easy access to the lake and restaurants in the evening. The hotel had a very good choice for breakfast, but the evening menu was very limited. Great service from the girls at breakfast.
