Outside of hotel is Beautiful. Lots of parking away from everything crazy with the city. Located next to truck stops so gas was convenient. Rooms are huge lots of space. Lady that helped sorry I don’t remember your name. She had glasses and short curly brown/blonde hair always saw her smiling and would acknowledge us. However, Two things I didn’t like was the bathroom there was facial hair on the toilet lid and everywhere inside the shower I’m not sure why house keeping wasn’t more careful in cleaning the restroom. As well as the beds never being made or vacuuming the rooms not sure if that’s not something they do but it would have been nice to have the room freshened up during our stay. Other than that the price was great and the lady that helped was great.

I made the reservation and when we arrived at the hotel there was a very bad smell outside the hotel. The halls also smelled bad but the room was fine the bed was comfortable.

Location was good, very clean hotel. I would suggest that the day crew be more friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. We were ready for breakfast at 8:30am and there was literally nothing to eat. I had to go look for the receptionist so he could tell the kitchen staff to bring something. Everything they brought was cold. Then the trashcans were erupting, super discusting and no one came to take care of it. Trash was falling out of the trashcans, discusting. Other than that, room was clean, amenities were clean as well.

She didn’t greet us at all and when I asked about the discount for government employees, she just replied, “you have to do that online”, instead of trying to assist us. Then our AC unit made a loud, rattling noise every time it came on, waking us up throughout night.

The tub took over an hour to fill - hoping the water would be warmer, but after waiting that long it was also cold. Never once were we offered to change rooms. We checked in twice a day with staff and messages were not relayed between shifts. After long physical days at work on a business trip, it was just not the way we wanted to end our day with a cold shower.

I didn’t expect much from here- but the room was huge and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Again, not expecting much for breakfast, but it was a hot meal! I had the biscuits and gravy and a pancake. I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels for work and don’t get breakfasts or a huge room. May kit seem important, but the last Marriott I stayed at had no shower door. I was freezing and getting water all over- this hotel had a nice sliding glass door that kept all the water in, very clean shower and very good water pressure. Nice place for a great price!

Just about everything was great. Very clean, spacious, and super comfortable bed! My only complaint is that the shower is flat and doesn’t have a liner so water got everywhere each time we showered. That was frustrating. Other than that, it was great and I’d stay here again. Breakfast was also pretty fresh and yummy.

I loved how spacious the room was — definitely one of my favorite things about the property. The breakfast was great too, with plenty of good options. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It felt comfortable and relaxing the whole time I was there.

Front desk tried to say the hotel wasn’t pet friendly when it clearly says online that they are.The coffee in the morning was terrible and breakfast was late. Seems like a new hotel and staff is not properly trained yet. The room and hotel itself was fine.

We had an awesome stay !!! Great Customer service! It was exciting to say the least. It was so Hot that day even snakes were checking in. We found a little critter chillin in our room. Front desk was very brave to come help remove it from the room.

Did not like the fact that my credit card was charged multiple times for transactions that should have been charged at the end of our stay when we checked out so that way it was approved transaction to pay for my entire stay. Made my credit card go into default and had to use another credit card to pay for one of my night stays. Very inconvenient. Dislike this feature strongly.

Stayed here for a concert I attended at the frost center, it’s about 8 minutes away. This place is amazing, super clean and the personnel were very nice.

Stayed here for a concert I attended at the frost center, it’s about 8 minutes away. This place is amazing, super clean and the personnel were very nice.

Outside of hotel is Beautiful. Lots of parking away from everything crazy with the city. Located next to truck stops so gas was convenient. Rooms are huge lots of space. Lady that helped sorry I don’t remember your name. She had glasses and short curly brown/blonde hair always saw her smiling and would acknowledge us. However, Two things I didn’t like was the bathroom there was facial hair on the toilet lid and everywhere inside the shower I’m not sure why house keeping wasn’t more careful in cleaning the restroom. As well as the beds never being made or vacuuming the rooms not sure if that’s not something they do but it would have been nice to have the room freshened up during our stay. Other than that the price was great and the lady that helped was great.

Location was good, very clean hotel. I would suggest that the day crew be more friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. We were ready for breakfast at 8:30am and there was literally nothing to eat. I had to go look for the receptionist so he could tell the kitchen staff to bring something. Everything they brought was cold. Then the trashcans were erupting, super discusting and no one came to take care of it. Trash was falling out of the trashcans, discusting. Other than that, room was clean, amenities were clean as well.

I loved how spacious the room was — definitely one of my favorite things about the property. The breakfast was great too, with plenty of good options. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It felt comfortable and relaxing the whole time I was there.

Front desk tried to say the hotel wasn’t pet friendly when it clearly says online that they are.The coffee in the morning was terrible and breakfast was late. Seems like a new hotel and staff is not properly trained yet. The room and hotel itself was fine.

I didn’t expect much from here- but the room was huge and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Again, not expecting much for breakfast, but it was a hot meal! I had the biscuits and gravy and a pancake. I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels for work and don’t get breakfasts or a huge room. May kit seem important, but the last Marriott I stayed at had no shower door. I was freezing and getting water all over- this hotel had a nice sliding glass door that kept all the water in, very clean shower and very good water pressure. Nice place for a great price!

The lobby is really nice and lots of places to sit and enjoy a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The room had a strong mildew smell, couch old and worn, and bathroom had mold around shower pan. I hoped for a little more from a Holiday Inn.

Genere un reporte y solicito mi reembolso íntegro porque la experiencia de estar en un hotel donde nunca limpiaron el baño, llegué de noche a dormir y bañarme y percatarme al Otro día por la mañana que estaba escurrida la taza con heces fecales, fue de las cosas más desagradables que me ha pasado en un hotel, y genere el reporte y el encargado solo me Dijo que el mánager regresaba hasta el miércoles y que no podía hacer nada!! En ese momento tomé mis cosas y me Fui del hotel!! Que asco! Y que falta de seguimiento

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express started out well the front desk agent at check in was very friendly and helpful. We initially went into the room and dropped off our bags due to having to leave out to get to my sons basketball tournament when we got back everyone showered and went to bed we had a long day and was very tired. My husband couldn’t sleep and had an uneasy feeling throughout the night. He felt like something was crawling on him and sure enough we discovered several bed bugs on the sheets and pillows. I called down to the front desk to inform them of the situation the agent informed me that the property was fully booked for the evening and they could not accommodate a room move. We decided to pack up everything and find another hotel. We spent several hours in the car trying to find a better hotel room a big inconvenience for my family I wouldn’t recommend this property.
