The room was tiny and had we understood how tiny, we would have gone somewhere else. Thumbs down on the bed. Most annoying parts: the door to the room was *so heavy* and the door to the bathroom did not stay open and required a heavy item (aka suitcase) to prop it open…because it seems like the smell in there never got aired out. Breakfast was bad. Room was noisy.

Skimpy furnishing in the room. Most very basic breakfast. Friendly staff.

Location in the Entertainment District was outstanding. We walked to our event at the arena, dinner, etc. A few demerits: Beds are terrible, pillows equally bad, breakfast is great for young folks but not for diet restricted guests, the squeeze bottle soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner are inconvenient as you either get a flood of product or a drop (hard to control) and they smell bad. Bring your own! No in room coffee was a downer. On the plus side, best shower water pressure anywhere. Parking is shared with those who are attending events and gets crowded on weekends. Staff was pleasant. Not a place I would use again due to beds.

It was a great stay. Staff was friendly and we loved being extremely close to the venue. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms were very clean and well maintained.
