Very lovely hotel, quiet in the rooms, helpful staff but very expensive. Lobby is nice but no seating area. Unable to take a break and sit in the lobby. Went for coffee/tea in the day time restaurant with friends. Little did we know that the price of a tea was $15.00 U.S.!

スタッフの方々が一生懸命日本語で話しかけてくれる姿が印象的でした。タクシーの手配や荷物の預かり、全て丁寧で安心出来ました！ホテルも綺麗で、宮殿のような佇まいに感動しました。

日本語は全く通じない。英語か韓国語が必須。設備は最高でした。スタッフの方もコネクティングルームに変更してくれたりと、対応はとてもよかったです。
