Nemesis was the perfect spot to visit Fira! You can reach it by car, no hassle with the luggage and still only 8min walk from the city center! Nice greeting, staff is excellent and nice Great breakfast Nothing fancy but it got all you need I would stay there again!

The hotel was comfortable and clean and the location was fairly decent especially close to the bus station. Staff was wonderful and helpful. It is definitely a three star hotel as far as amenities but that doesn’t mean the my stay was not pleasant. Depends what is important to you and I wanted something close to the bus station.

Clean property and room, with comfortable beds. Not loud during the night. Very friendly staff that was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The choice from the breakfast menu was great. Certain aspects like the property itself and the breakfast buffet were on the more basic side, but this was expected from a 2-star hotel. Overall, it was great and I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a budget friendly option.

Our stay at Hotel Nemesis in Santorini was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, Lia and Jacob went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. Their hospitality was truly above and beyond, especially when they prepared a special vegan breakfast for me every morning. This personal touch made us feel so welcome and cared for. The hotel is in an ideal location—right at the entrance of Thira, just a short walk from the bustling streets of the city, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It's perfectly positioned near the bus terminal, grocery stores, and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. Plus, it's only a 20-minute drive from the airport and 25 minutes from the ferry port, making travel a breeze. Our room was impeccably clean every single day, with attention to detail that made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony view—watching the sea and the stunning sunsets from the comfort of our room was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in Santorini with excellent service and great location, Hotel Nemesis is the perfect choice. I can't recommend it enough!

The 5-10 minute walk to the square was great. Very easy access to restaurants etc. I had the sea view, and being so far from the water, it was just okay. It wasn't the highlight for me at all. Wifi was spotty as well, it kept connecting and disconnecting. The hotel was clean, and the room was nice. The water pressure was okay. The hotel was completely booked but I only ever saw one couple at any given time, it was really quiet and usually I felt alone. The stay didn't contribute to the cultural experience of the trip at all. It was a place to rest, and that was it really. The hotel seemed very sterile, white. I would have chosen a different hotel especially as a culture-driven solo traveler.

It gives me a great pleasure to share of how lucky I was to choose the Nemesis hotel for my stay in Santorini. Lia and Jacob, the hosts, provided me with the exceptional customer service - always smiling and willing to help and provide the advice on travel around the island, visiting the most iconic places and recommendations for dining etc. Huge thank you to Lia and Jacob for making my stay so enjoyable. The location of the hotel was just perfect - a walking distance from the centre of Thira, the bus station (that is super helpful if you plan to travel around the island) and supermarket. Also you have an amazing view from the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and the Thira - Oia hike starts nearby. The hosts will be able to assist you with pre-booking the taxi transfer from the airport. I enjoyed the breakfast and my room which was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. I recommend this hotel and I would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to this beautiful island.

The hotel was very close to town, maybe a minute walking. A pharmacy and a mini market marked the beginning of town. Jacob was very helpful and cheery. We needed USB cable plug because ours didn't fit without a converter plug which we only had one of. Breakfast was included. Jacob called a taxi for us when we needed it, and set up a sunset catamaran cruise for us. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend. One negative, and that may have to do with the price we paid for our room, we had a view of a parking lot. We would have loved a sea view..

Foi muito boa nossa hospedagem. O quarto era um pouco pequeno, mas estava bem especificado na reserva. Localização excelente, muito perto do centro. Recebemos ótimo atendimento por parte de todos. Com mitas informações que fizeram diferença na nossa estada. O que nao gostamos é da rigidez de horário para o cafe da manhã. Entendemos que era para estar tudo quentinho quando chegássemos, mas estávamos de férias. Também o pão oferecido poderia ser melhor e variado. Acho que um pouco mais de flexibilidade, inclusive do que se refere ao menu da manhã, deixaria muito melhor e mais acolhedor o hotel.

Lia and Jacob, the hosts, provided me with the exceptional customer service - always smiling and willing to help and provide the advice on travel around the island, visiting the most iconic places and recommendations for dining etc. Huge thank you to Lia and Jacob for making my stay so enjoyable. The location of the hotel was just perfect - a walking distance from the centre of Thira, the bus station (that is super helpful if you plan to travel around the island) and supermarket. Also you have an amazing view from the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and the Thira - Oia hike starts nearby. Our stay at Hotel Nemesis in Santorini was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, Lia and Jacob went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. Their hospitality was truly above and beyond, especially when they prepared a special vegan breakfast for me every morning. This personal touch made us feel so welcome and cared for. The hotel is in an ideal location—right at the entrance of Thira, just a short walk from the bustling streets of the city, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It's perfectly positioned near the bus terminal, grocery stores, and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. Plus, it's only a 20-minute drive from the airport and 25 minutes from the ferry port, making travel a breeze. The hotel was very close to town, maybe a minute walking. A pharmacy and a mini market marked the beginning of town. Jacob was very helpful and cheery. We needed USB cable plug because ours didn't fit without a converter plug which we only had one of. Breakfast was included. Jacob called a taxi for us when we needed it, and set up a sunset catamaran cruise for us. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend. One negative, and that may have to do with the price we paid for our room, we had a view of a parking lot. We would have loved a sea view..

This property is at the doorstep of Fira town square, food, shopping, bus station....and yet away from the crowds. Lovely place. Family run business snd the brother and sister team attending to us is genuinely warmth and helpful. Toi cannot go wrong choosing this hotel.

Nemesis was the perfect spot to visit Fira! You can reach it by car, no hassle with the luggage and still only 8min walk from the city center! Nice greeting, staff is excellent and nice Great breakfast Nothing fancy but it got all you need I would stay there again!

Letztes Jahr habe ich eine Woche in Santorini verbracht und dieses Hotel war die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens. -Ruhe: Dieses Erwachsenenhotel ist sehr ruhig. -Ich bin eine alleinreisende Single-Frau und wurde nicht schief angesehen :) -Freundlichkeit&Service: Lia und Jacob (Besitzer des Hotels) sind herzensgute Menschen. Lia hat mich jeden Morgen mit einem "Kalimera" begrüßt und mich gefragt, wie es mir geht. Jacob hat mir immer, wenn er mein Frühstück serviert hat, guten Appetit gewünscht. Wenn ich Fragen hatte, wurde mir schnell geholfen. -Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch gehalten, aber ausreichend und lecker. -Das Hotel und allgemein war mein Zimmer sehr sauber.Ich konnte gut schlafen. -Das Hotel ist nahe Buszentrale (so ungefähr 5min Laufweg). Man bezahlt nur 2 Euro -Ich wurde vom Flughafen abgeholt. Das war echt angenehm (dafür hab ich 30 Euro bezahlt) Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und hab gut Zeit verbracht. Das einzig ärgerliche war, dass die Duschkabine soo eng war und die Strände waren nicht fußläufig weit weg. Man musste immer mit dem Bus fahren, um baden/schwimmen zu können.

Clean property and room, with comfortable beds. Not loud during the night. Very friendly staff that was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The choice from the breakfast menu was great. The hotel’s location is excellent for getting around Fira on foot. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the AC worked perfectly. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; they were always happy to answer my questions and offer suggestions. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

予約して早速メッセージをくださり、夜遅くの到着でしたが、写真付のチェックイン方法を伝えてくれたり、2日目の朝の出発が早かったため朝食の調整をお願いしたら、事前に作って冷蔵庫に入れてくれました。メッセージもレスポンス良く返信してくれ、夜遅くにチェックアウト方法の質問をしたときも、早々に返信をくださり、とても助かりました。施設は全く申し分なく、清潔で、部屋に入った瞬間から良い香りがしていました。ロケーションはバスステーションから7,8分くらいだったと思います。とにかくスタッフの方のおかげで、良いｻﾝﾄﾘｰﾆを過ごせました。ありがとうございました！

Letztes Jahr habe ich eine Woche in Santorini verbracht und dieses Hotel war die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens. -Ruhe: Dieses Erwachsenenhotel ist sehr ruhig. -Ich bin eine alleinreisende Single-Frau und wurde nicht schief angesehen :) -Freundlichkeit&Service: Lia und Jacob (Besitzer des Hotels) sind herzensgute Menschen. Lia hat mich jeden Morgen mit einem "Kalimera" begrüßt und mich gefragt, wie es mir geht. Jacob hat mir immer, wenn er mein Frühstück serviert hat, guten Appetit gewünscht. Wenn ich Fragen hatte, wurde mir schnell geholfen. -Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch gehalten, aber ausreichend und lecker. -Das Hotel und allgemein war mein Zimmer sehr sauber.Ich konnte gut schlafen. -Das Hotel ist nahe Buszentrale (so ungefähr 5min Laufweg). Man bezahlt nur 2 Euro -Ich wurde vom Flughafen abgeholt. Das war echt angenehm (dafür hab ich 30 Euro bezahlt) Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und hab gut Zeit verbracht. Das einzig ärgerliche war, dass die Duschkabine soo eng war und die Strände waren nicht fußläufig weit weg. Man musste immer mit dem Bus fahren, um baden/schwimmen zu können.
