Quiet hotel lobby, friendly staff! My room had a balcony and numerous light options on a touch panel next to the bed! Breakfast was included from a fancy cafe downstairs that was quite elegant and classy. They offered room service, laundry and shuttle service! They even gave me my deposit back when I was ready to check out, would recommend staying here!

Needs improvement. They’re undergoing new management and doing some construction so I do feel there will be big changes to the hotel. Location: it’s a great. Central to many things and it has a lot of restaurants and stores around it. It’s also close to all of the common attractions you’d want to visit in Bangkok. The train is also not too far away if you choose that mode of transport on your trip. The one issue with location is the traffic during rush hour. Be prepared to spend up to an hour to travel less than 1km during the busy times if you’re in a car. Service: everyone was kinda rude except for the val. They always sounded annoyed and if we called for water sometimes they would say they’re charging and other times they wouldn’t. I couldn’t ever figure out what the policy was. The internet wasn’t working in one of our joint rooms and they claimed to fix my just connecting to the other room. We ended up having to insist they fix it since the tv also wasn’t working in that room and we had kids on the trip. Cleanliness: Needs A LOT of improvement. When we checked in, one of the rooms had poop on the toilet that hadn’t been flushed. How is that even possible? My room as a dead lady bug smeared on the wall of the bathroom with blood streaks and house keeping never cleaned it once. It was pretty obvious too, right my the toilet so you couldn’t miss it. We were there 3 nights and 4 days and called housekeeping every day and they still didn’t clean it. Comfort: Beds were

Hotell rom er ren og bra. Litt mindre enn jeg forestilte. Jeg bestilte et familie rom 65kvm, men en lang korridor okkuperer stor plass. Beliggenhet er heller ikke som jeg forventet. Hadde jeg trengt nærhet til sykehuset, da er det perfekt. Hotell er i nærheten av Siam, Nana og flytoget stasjon, men alt er 20 min oppover gåtur. Nærmest BTS og buss stasjon er 10 min unna.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke!!! Very moldy too, bathroom was nasty!! I could not breath inside

The hotel room was dirty. The sheets has curly hair on them. The bathroom was gross. Nothing seems cleaned. The energy felt off and I felt so unsafe here. Towels had stains on them. Very poor kept hotel. I would no recommend this hotel to anyone. The water in the shower got cold fast. You can feel the building move when big cars pasted. Neighborhood felt sketching and unsafe.

The property is very dated and old. The room had not been cleaned in awhile. Dust and dirt and a white powder. The staff was great though.

Great staff and great location; balcony is furnished.

The hotel itself could have some improvements, however their services were great, friendly staff and very helpful in any way they can, very close to city centre where you can reach centre by walk, and amazing receptionists, warm and there to help anytime.

Excellent staff and service.

Lage ist ok. Zur Nana Station nur ca. 10 min Fußweg und zum Kanalboot nur 5 min. Allerdings habe ich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht und nur eines mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Grund: Die Zimmer mit Doppelbett waren ausgebucht. Da ich nur ein paar Nächte da war und keine Lust hatte rumzustreiten, habe ich es hingenommen. Ich würde aber in Zukunft dieses Hotel vermeiden, die sehen mich nicht nochmal.

Lage ist ok. Zur Nana Station nur ca. 10 min Fußweg und zum Kanalboot nur 5 min. Allerdings habe ich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht und nur eines mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Grund: Die Zimmer mit Doppelbett waren ausgebucht. Da ich nur ein paar Nächte da war und keine Lust hatte rumzustreiten, habe ich es hingenommen. Ich würde aber in Zukunft dieses Hotel vermeiden, die sehen mich nicht nochmal.

英語対応になりますが、フロントスタッフの対応がとても親切でした。部屋のキーカードが2枚ありますので外出中でもバッテリーの充電等ができます。立地はBTSのナナ駅から歩くと15分弱かかりますので、遠く感じる方もいるかもしれませんが、1駅サイアム側のPhloen Chit駅からなら近く感じました。セブンイレブンも近くに3軒あって便利でした。また、セーンブーン運河の連絡船のフェリーターミナルも近いから移動するにも都合が良かったです。

從飯店步行到Pholen chit BTS約10分鐘內，到Nana BTS約15分鐘內。算方便。附近雖有吃的，但google評價高的都不在這附近，可以到Nana站附近，美食比較多。附近很多洗衣服務，非自助洗衣店。投幣式自助洗衣要到Asoke站那邊去。

Very close to Bumrungrad International hospital. Breakfast simple but good. Egg station and a selection of 4 other dishes. After 9 had to order 'cause other dishes were gone. Restaurants and 7-11 very close. Aircon in room was noisy and adjusting temp did not affect the coldness. A weird odor in the room.
