Silk Road Kokand Hotel

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service aller Mitarbeiter ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns 2 Transfers und einen Tagesausflug vom Hotel organisieren lassen. Die Kommunikation vorab ist sehr freundlich und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.Das Bett ist das bequemste was wir in ganz Usbekistan hatten. Das Superior Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und der Blick in den Garten sehr schön. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war unglaublich nett und wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

just one small comment: coffees not included in the breakfast are extremely expensive, unfair price.

Fantastic hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. They seemed very keen to make sure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend this hotel as appeared very new and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The room was very large and well equipped. Would have liked a table by the bed on each side by the plugs rather than one in the middle where there was no plug. We dined outside and the food was of a high standard and very reasonably priced. Within a 10 minute walk of the Khan's Palace and a 10 min very cheap taxi ride from the station. Can't imagine that there's a better place to stay in Kokand.
