- sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal - winzige Zimmer, man kann nicht mal ums Bett rumgehen, mMn nur für 1 Person geeignet - bei Hitze eigentlich nicht zumutbar. Winzige Zimmer heizen komplett auf und Lüften hilft kaum. Ventilator hat geholfen, hab es aber erst auf Nachfrage. - Lift war die komplette Zeit kaputt, scheint häufiger zu passieren - Fazit: bei Hitze und mehr als 1 Person nicht empfehlenswert

Alles tiptop - wie das in Paris so ist, kleines Zimmer mit kleinem Bad aber sauber und gute Lage. Super Bett! Preis/Leistung ist perfekt

The worst service is a lack of service, the worst communication is the lack of communication. Do not, under any circumstances, book a room with this hotel. There was absolutely no communication what so ever. A person trying to reach this hotel is bound to take full risk and responsibility that under any incident, problem or claim he will not be answered. I've booked this hotel monthes in advance and have reached them with an inquiry to make a late check in. They did not respond to my recurring pleas to late check in and furthermore did not even have the human decency to contact me at all. An AI prompt was sent as if there is no flesh and blood behind the screen and the coldness of ignoring any way of communication is unbearable and unbelievable. I was left stranded outside of this hotel and had to find a different accomodation that night after 8 and a half hours of driving. I do not recommend this even for guest who know that they will attend at the exact time specified because a lack of communication is the llack of humanity. Thank you very much for nothing.

Very friendly welcome very clean room and minimal look. Shower was open plan which was quirky great location for metro station and loads of good food spots
