Perfect for an overnight stay on a long road trip. The exterior may look dated but I liked the opportunity to park right outside your room. My room was very nice. The surfaces and furniture appeared to be fairly new. All was well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from the traffic on I-25 but I did not find it objectionable.

This motel was very clean and comfortable. The person that checked us in was very polite.The beds were nice and so were the pillows. the rooms were quiet, the only thing to be aware of is limited parking for oversize vehicles. I would stay again if in area.

Floors near bathroom uneven and pulling up . Parking lot needed work. Staff was great. Would stay again. Quiet even tho it was near hiway.

I stay at this property every time I come to Trinidad and I love the owners. They are so personable and have done extensive remodeling.

This location is excellent. The hospitality was friendly and attentive. The clerk, Luan Doan, was very welcoming. We felt safe with all the lights on property.

There are only two hotel options for staying in town in Trinidad and I really wanted to be able to park and wonder around town. Although some of the reviews are less than desirable, I decided to take a chance and am happy that I did. The outside and lobby appearance is a bit run down and dated; however, my room, itself, was updated, clean and comfortable. Good bed, good linens, marble counters on two sinks, fridge, micro wave, and toiletries in sustainable containers all get points from me. The only thing that I missed was not having a coffee maker in the room; but, somehow I managed to get some coffee in the lobby.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean enough but could use detail cleaning. Overall the stay was comfortable

The AC unit was compromised, as a result we became ill from the highly toxic air quailty in the room. Floor was dirty, no fan in Bathroom.

The floor was dirty. The furniture deplorable. I won't stay in another Travelodge.

Fast check in, clean rooms.

The staff was very polite and helpful the entire stay. They were clearly doing their best- but our room was disgusting. Long black hairs around sink shower, bug corpses littered on floor and window sill, patio had bird poop all over it. Just underwhelming in comparison to some of the other hotels in the area.

The staff that checked us in was engaging, welcoming and friendly. The room was clean.

I didn’t even stay because the room had bugs and the floor was a filthy mess I couldn’t believe it and then the lady wouldn’t even try to give me a different room to accommodate the room being in such ways! Never again will I even give that town money

You can tell it is an older hotel, our door had some gaps between our room and the outdoor. But other than that, staff and amenities were great, the bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean.

The rooms were big and clean, the owner even brought in a new refrigerator because mine wasn’t cooling. Gave us wonderful breakfast bags in the morning full of all kinds of goodies. Professional, clean, kind, and close to just about everything.

You had to sit sideways on toilet, curtain rod prevented door from opening all the way. Mislead in that I thought coffee pot in room and a breakfast, not a to go bagged breakfast and coffee in the lobby after 6:30am

The first room smelled but the staff was so polite as they put us into a different room which was fine. Unfortunately the hotel sits just off the highway and a very busy street so it was very noisy at times.

The front desk check in super friendly, the sweetest person ever! I went in and talked to her, and I was thinking 'she is so sweet;, then my husband went in and said out loud 'she is so sweet. The next morning my daughter went for the to-go breakfast and came back and said "she was so sweet!" The room is large and comfy.

Patricia ( manager) is sooo professional and friendly. She has decorated the lobby with wonderful planters of plants and goes out of her way to help. The room was very clean and the location is right off the freeway and walkable to grocery and main st.

Pictures were deceiving. When we got there we were given a room someone was already in and while the apologized I feel more should have done. The next room we were given was dirty. Not swept or mopped. There were crumbs in and on the night stands. The only plugs are behind the night stand so we had to move them to charge our phone. The bathroom was awful. The door won't open all the way. It ends up banging against the shower curtain rod. The toilet paper is next to the toilets tank so you have to reach back. The floor sunk in and even though we were on 1st floor it felt like you would fall thru to whatever space is under it. Our rolling suite cases literally rolleded towards the door then towards the window. The bed was decent but that was it. The grab and go breakfast was a small muffin, Graham cracker and a piece of fruit. When someone was parking their headlights went right through all the cracks since the door did not seal properly and the curtains didn't do anything. The walls had old hooks that had been painted over like someone was too busy or lazy to remove them first. The eye hole on the door had paint on it from the door so could barely see out of it. The tV remote wouldn't work. The parking lot was dirty and all I can say is I paid the same as a nice hotel so it was upsetting. Lodge means motel and even though on the website I saw somewhere it said hotel it is nnot.Do not stay here. The pictures seemed so pretty but were all a lie.

Staff was absolutely amazing! Got quite a bit of snow the night we stayed and they were genuinely worried about us (Texans). Hotel was quiet and you can tell that they are doing a lot of work to make it even more amazing than it already is! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again! Thank you so much for the hospitality and kindness!!!

Power was out, no one in office. No one answered phone or messages. Had to book another hotel. Demand a full refund

Like the price. Breakfast was a “bag breakfast”. Television was small, but adequate.

Price is good for the room that you get. The grab and go breakfast bag is not to good. Very cheap food items in the bag.

Conveniently located off the Interstate. The room was clean. Plenty of pillows and towels. The desk person was very friendly and helpful. The only real complain was the "breakfast". It was a grab and go bag with a banana, a fruit bar, some saltine crackers and a jelly packet...... Not great.

The place is pretty run down, but staff was wonderful and the mattresses were excellent. Disappointed that there was no breakfast, especially for the price we paid. But they did have good coffee.

it was clean and the beds were comfortable. facilities were up to date and the price was fair. Breakfast was extremely lacking for saying they offer free breakfast. A sack was offered with a muffin, graham cracker, banana, and packaged cinnamon bun. Well, if you are a diabetic this snack breakfast is a recipe for disaster, and my son is allergic to bananas and is gluten free. We paid extra in order to save time and money on eating breakfast on the road, so we totally lost out on that gamble. usually, we can at least grab a yogurt when the options are slim, but we didn't even have the option of swapping an apple for the banana.
