Clean room, staff was nice, and breakfast had healthy options and choices. Pool was clean.

Good breakfast options; variety of coffee available 24/7. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fitness room needs exercise ball and foam roller. If possible, allow room key to activate washer/dryer in laundry room; it’s inconvenient having to search for coins. Thank you!

Amazing experience. It was clean. The pool was warm to 85° in the winter. Also, everything shopping wise was near. It’s a very newly high middle class area.

Holy cow 👍👍👍 I travel a lot, but this Hampton was hands down the very best I’ve ever stayed at. Immaculate, over and above service, the gym was clean and really well equipped to lift heavy for leg day. Can’t say enough positive things about my travel here. Also very close to UWMSC, for volleyball coaches and teams it makes life easier.

Everything was good but the swimming pool was not heated, the only reason we booked this hotel is to swim but the water was freezing.

The Parking area was safe and breakfast was amazing.

I likes the fitness room, enough equipment and weights. I did not like the cleanliness of the washer provided for guests: I have found this to be true at many hotels because no one regularly cleans the seal area inside the wash or the drum (very nasty things found there). I really don\'t like that they do not have any visible recycling bins in the public area or smaller ones in the rooms. This is really needed in this day and age! They make a big deal of using recycled material plates and bowls in the breakfast area, but don\'t seem to provided any place to recycle plastic beverage bottles or any paper products. I also think the "pantry" area that sells food and beverages should have at least a couple of "sugar-free" options (only one plain water available).

Wish the indoor pool was heated!

No accomodation at breakfast for me (vegan) or my granddaughter (GF). It would be easy to add non-dairy milk so I could have cereal & vegan margarine. Easy to add rice cakes for GF. No dessert I could eat and the same apples everyday. no mats or free weights in the gym.

The room’s poorly equipped no body wash , the pool is cold and kinda dirty

Shower looked as though it had not been cleaned and there was a stain on front of the toilet as though the outside of the bowl had not been cleaned.

The hotel is poorly managed They charge me an extra fee for checking in 2 hours before 3pm. In the 2 days I was there the room was never cleaned and the bed not made towels not replaced Breakfast is tasteless the Eggs cold and the place filthy

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean. The floors are clean. The common areas are clean. Everything smells great. All the locks on the doors worked and the hotel is secured at night requiring a key card to get it. The staff was very pleasant and they checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. If we ever come back to Pontiac, we will stay here.

My daughter and I stayed here when we drove eight hours from Philadelphia for our cousin’s baby shower. We got there around 11:30 in the morning. The young man that was at the front desk was very helpful in finding us an available room to check in. Upon entering the room, it looked pretty clean. We always bring our own cleaning supplies. Upon entering the bathroom, I was appalled! The sink was dirty, the shower had all kinds of pubic looking hairs and other kind of hairs all on the shower floor and stuck to the walls. It was disgusting!!hesitant on even putting my bare feet in that shower. I scrubbed the shower floor and walls until I felt comfortable enough for us to put our feet down to shower. I was very upset that we had to deal with that. Upon checkout, we told the young ladies at the front desk about our experience in the hotel room and she was very apologetic. I have no idea what that amount was for, but that wasn’t the amount of the room. We stayed in room 310. I also took a video of what the shower looked like when we first got there and offered to show the staff, but they didn’t want to see it. One of the main reasons why I picked this hotel, was because I’ve stayed in Hampton Inn in the past was for the free breakfast. That was absolutely terrible. Nothing appetizing at all. They only offered chicken apple sausage, who eats that?The eggs looked dry, and the only other thing they offered was cereal and a waffle maker. No potatoes, bacon, regular sausage.

Very new hotel with large rooms and nice layout in the King which I booked. I’d stay at this Hampton anytime.

Everything was great about the location. The building was in great condition. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The morning breakfast provided was delicious. The king suite we were given was awesome. The bathroom and shower were amazing. The one problem was noise. Noise from above, below and in the room. The acoustics in the room were crazy. Put down a phone one one side sounds like you dropped a pan on the other. They seriously should consider noise dampening material on one or wo walls to bring the issue down a little. The floors allow all noise to go through to the room below. This was evident from the family above us with kids screaming and jumping off their bed at 1am. Noise was out issue. Everything else was incredible. Especially for such a great price. We will stay here again...but bring some earplugs.

The hotel has an excellent location, with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The hotel is relatively new; everything looks impeccable. The room was dreamy, very spacious, and with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was very varied. The only negative aspect for those who need to connect their devices to Wi-Fi is that the signal could be better.

Our room's air conditioning was not working and our stay was in the middle of summer. This meant the room was muggy and warm at all times. We asked to change rooms but none were available. By the second day, they sent someone to fix the A/C but there wasn't much he could do according to him. We were never comfortable throughout our stay. The towels were another situation, apparently the washer/dryer in the hotel was not working so we were given pool towels that were in bad shape. I spoke to the front desk attendant about these problems and he promised to give me a partial refund, this has not happened. I have an event that brings me to the area annually, but I will not return to this property.

Our suite was very roomy and well arranged and clean! Breakfast was nice! Very happy with our stay and location with shopping and some food options nearby!

Overall, it’s a good hotel. Staff were nice. And rooms were also nice. In my room, it looks like there was some water damage to the wallpaper. The TV in my room didn’t work for some reason. The front desk person made a valiant attempt to get it working. I learned that this was a problem in several rooms at the time.

I specifically requested an accessible room with a roll in shower and when I got there to check in, they were giving me just a regular room. I explained that I needed this accessible room for my boyfriend who is a wheelchair user and after 10 minutes of them trying to figure something out, they explained that the room was out of order. Come to find out that they don’t even look at third party reservations until somebody comes to check in, which is why I was told that I was not notified of the room being out of order. I was also told to call ahead to make sure that room was available next time, which is crazy. I would not have to worry about this if it was just a regular room. The lady at reception was very nice throughout this whole process, but the whole ordeal was ridiculous. We had to end up getting a refund and finding a new hotel for that night.

Enjoyed our stay. Darius, at the front desk was kind and professional. He always had a smile and very pleasant. He answered all our questions. Great customer service. We also enjoyed the breakfast. I didn’t get her name but she was also kind and professional. Everything was tidy and clean. She was present and available to speak to. We didn’t have any concerns. She still had a smile with excellent customer service. We would stay here again if we were in the area. We stayed for three nights. I’d also like to commend the custodian. He was cleaning up a big mess out front ( a huge pile of cigarette butts had been dumped). He was also friendly, kind and professional. A very nice man with very positive customer service.

My cards were charged three additional times after I checked out. I did not receive my security deposit back for either night I stayed. I would not recommend them to anyone if they don't want to be over charged. Also staff have been no help when I call and the manager ALWAYS seems to not be there at all times.

The front desk clerk was helpful suggesting a restaurant in the area.

Sade told me that they were sold out of my room. She forced me to call Expedia and play a game of telephone trying to get it figured out. It took an hour to get checked in after traveling all day.

My room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a convenient location and within walking distance of a few stores and restaurants. There is an Aldi within 3 min walk and a couple of small restaurants within 5 min.

Went for a concert and hotel was close to the venue. Easy to access and parking was easy to find.

Loved everything except it was difficult to find behind an office building and no signage visible out near the road that I could see at night.

The location was convenient for me. There were a variety of coffee choices available in the lobby and while I’m not a coffee drinker, I found that welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was very nice with many choices for every taste. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

It’s all previously frozen processed food. The individually wrapped mini- apples were shriveled. Offer some boiled ages, I’ll warm them with hot water, Skip the hash browns all together! Very good coffee.

We had an awesome stay! We were going to see a stay at the Crowfoot and decided to spend the night at this hotel given how close it was to the venue. The hotel was incredibly clean and looked brand new. The staff was incredibly helpful and it was very well decorated for Christmas. The continental breakfast was great with tons of options. Typically, we skip the free breakfast but this one was awesome.

With half an hour left for breakfast, there were only 3 slices if whit bread left - no other bread. There was 1 sorry small cinnamon roll. When asked if there was more wheat bread, the answer was no. So, breakfast was not good!! No orange juice either!!!!!
