O hotel é extremamente confortável, espaçoso e muito próximo ao Parque da Ferrari e o PortAventura. Eu estive hospedado na semana da Semana Santa em 2025 e era período de férias na Europa, logo, o hotel estava lotado de crianças e excursões. Eles corriam por todo lado, uma gritaria, uma bagunça, uma falta de educação. Chamei atenção várias vezes e notifiquei à recepção mas nada fizeram. Sabemos que são crianças, que estavam de férias se divertindo, mas a situação estava muito fora do normal, nem aqui no Brasil acontece isso, inclusive as gritarias e barulho foram até quase meia-noite. Por fim, conseguimos dormir. Quando foi 07h40 da manhã, um barulho de marreta batendo na nossa parede. Levantei e fui até a varanda, era um funcionário do hotel fazendo manutenção na porta. Mais uma vez fui até a recepção reclamar. O hotel era tão maravilhoso, luxuoso, parecia que iria ser a melhor noite de descanso da viagem, e infelizmente, foi a pior. Não quero desqualificar o hotel, eu voltaria com certeza, mas me informaria muito antes sobre excursões e temporadas escolares na hospedagem.

Bom custo benefício, porem cafe da manhã muito bagunçado, com limite de tempo para permanecer e muito americano. Falta um frigobar no quarto.

We’ve stayed at all of the hotels and this one twice previously over the past ten years and it just needs updating. The air con is none existent and after a few days complaining about the lack of no sleep we were finally given a fan but not great in such hot temperatures and for a ten night stay. The pool areas need cleaning and the sand taken away as it just wasn’t clean with gag bits empty ice cream cartons . It felt scruffy. Such a shame as the pool is beautiful but the sun loungers need a good jet washing etc. The queue waiting times haven’t improved either. Twenty mins at least to get a drink and it’s almost like the staff are asked to go really slow and chat to each other on purpose. I really for the bar staff at night trying to work in conditions s with no air con - sweat dripping off them just makes it a miserable experience for them and customers. We didn’t choose all inclusive this time for this exact reason. Only one bar and excessive lines every day and night. I’ve never understood why they don’t serve ice cream in a different kiosk. We chose the half board option but also were not allowed to change to lunch on the days we wanted to go into the park for the evening. Just seems silly when we have paid for it . You should have the option to change . Also no where to buy snacks during the day unless you want to pay -€23 euro each at the cafe maya for some measly pizza and dried up burger. I feel that the attention to detail has really gone downhill unfortunately.

Great theming in the resort, great to get park tickets included in our stay, but the resort was under staffed and staff often came across as rude and unhelpful, checkin was over 40 minute wait, poor ac throughout the complex, especially in the rooms - we did pick this up on resort and were told maintenance would be sent, they never arrived. Minimal info provided at checkin, €2 per towel for hire plus €15 euro deposit which we had to collect from reception, again over 10 minutes wait for this. We booked bed and breakfast board, had to make a reservation for breakfast. Pool area was great, large pool, bar and restaurant but no pool service for drinks, and it was normal to wait over 30 minutes to be served, we only ordered soft drinks which were flat so not great. As expected normal inflated hotel prices. Minimal cleaning took place through the day around the pool so by the end of the day there was a lot of rubbish everywhere. Food was dire at the hotel, breakfast managed to have boiled egg and bread, poor quality fruit on offer. The children tried the lunch offering by the pool, again poor quality food, we ended up going into Salou for evening meals which was a 30 minute walk. Found the food at Amazon the secret jungle fantastic. We stayed 2 nights - this was enough for us. I wouldn’t return, it’s a shame as the resort has huge potential but is not being reached.

The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it.
