Commercial Hotel

my experience did not meet my expectations compared to the cost

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

There was no fan in the hotel and it was a hot day. Staff is friendly , a nice strolling creek by the hotel.

Whilst the hotel does warn you about music noise at a weekend, room 3 was a single room above the bar and the music went on till 12😬.

Booked for 2 nights bed & breakfast, on arrival we were told there is no breakfast but we could get tea and toast we never had this and just went elsewhere for breakfast in the morning.We were also told on our arrival that the room was at the top of the building as they had entertainment on so have moved residents to the top floor as I am 81 year old and have bad knees I. Found this a big struggle to get up and down these stairs.on the Friday night we ordered ateak pie for eve meal it was served with burnt pastry and driied up burnt veg.we tried again on the Saturday night and ordered 6oz beef burger meal that was served with the burger still raw and pink in the middle of it would never stay or eat there again.
