Everything was just as it was shown on the website. The manager was easy to get a hold of and very helpful by keeping us informed of all the things that were going on. The plumbing next door was getting fixed so our water went off but the manager was quick to help us get it back on. Unfortunately the couch bed was broken a mattress was provided so that was nice. All the appliances worked great, lots of hot water, free washer and dryer is available.

When you stay in a property for nearly 2 weeks you need some decent furniture to sit in. The sofa (sleeper type) was completely broken down and uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The two chairs were worse. Our host was very responsive. Laundry room was well equipped and clean. The tub shower had weak water pressure so showers took long to finish. The tankless water heater required running water (wasting) for many minutes before it heated up.

Property was clean, well stocked and organized. We are major water drinkers so having the brita pitcher was awesome. Laundry room was easy to use and so were all other appliances in the house. If I could recommend 2 things. Slightly darker window treatments in king bedroom and more comfy furniture to lounge. It was rough to hang in the living area after a long busy day. Other than that it was a great stay.

The owners were very nice and communicated so well. That was the best part of our stay.The two areas I was not pleased with was the quality of the condo and the location. The farmhouse decor was the best part. Most everything else is worn down or cheaply furnished. This is an old place in an old neighborhood with cute decor. Chipped and scratched paint on the walls and doorframes and mostly cheap utensils, kitchen, and bath supplies. The air conditioning in each room did not hold a steady temperature so I was adjusting it throughout the night. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. You had to go to a different area of the condo and use a shared unit with the other neighbors.The biggest struggle was sleeping. Unless you are a very deep sleeper, you will be up throughout the night. This condo is located right off a major intersection and you can hear cars and traffic very clearly through the walls. The owners must know this is an issue because they provide ear plugs by the bedside

We loved staying here! The place was beautifully kept, great amenities, super convenient access to all the things we wanted to see/do (Phuoc Loc Tho, DisneyLand, restaurants in the area, etc.). Thank you!!!

Ample space, good location, quiet neighbors (some nearby street noise). Beds are comfy. Kitchen stocked (even has spices, sugar and coffees). Plenty of hot water for all our group of 6. Covered parking space a plus.

Came in from Idaho for Aunt’s 70th birthday. Was a perfect place to stay. Right size had our own parking spot, which was needed. Not far from my Aunt’s. Everything was very nice. Thank you

We really enjoyed this property! Conveniently located, immaculate inside, and attention to detail was next to none! The owner thought of everything, from quarters and tide pods for the laundromat, to batteries on top of the fridge. We didn't need to use any of the baby equipment as our kids are past that stage, but I was so impressed to see a baby safety gate for the stairs, a baby bath, and a pack n play all stocked in the rental. We loved this place!

Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. The beds were soft but not particularly comfortable and were very loud every time you shifted positions (bed was creaky and comforter was crinkly). The kitchen area was decently stocked with coffee and tea provided, as well as basic kitchen items. We didn’t find any scissors, which would have been helpful. The living room has a reasonably comfortable couch for one person to lounge on to watch TV but the other seat was rickety, seemed half broken and was not meant for lying down. The house itself was very convenient for our needs and had dedicated parking (plus not a very busy street for street parking. I’d stay again in this space.

The property was adequate, the internet was intermittent and constantly dropped out. The hot water had a mind of its own. The one thing that was very disappointing was the front bedroom, the blinds are paper thin and there is an extremely bright light on the street. The whole room is very bright all night...and loud, a lot of road noise, the windows are ancient...the one thing a traveller needs is a decent nights sleep and not having block out blinds is very major oversight. There is an uncovered fuse box in the upstairs bedroom Kitchen was great, but overall it was average, I would not stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended!

Communication with host was great. Close to great mall and not too far driving to beaches. Wish the sofa couch would have worked, they did provide a mattress which was was semi-comfy but did have to rearrange a few things and set it up. Well stocked kitchen and had tea and coffee for us to use. Floor was not cleanest and the shower curtain smell3d spongy. Was well stocked with games.

We love the Farmhouse Getaway! The two bedroom condo was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and check out process, the host was extremely responsive when the needs arise. Someone had mentioned that there weren’t enough pots and pan for cooking but why cook when Little Saigon is just around the corner? For our family cookwares provided was sufficient for our 4 day stay. Would we come back again? Absolutely! Thank you to the Do family for a wonderful stay! Katherine & family

We had a great stay at this property for 3 days in December 2022. The process of checking-in and gaining access to the home was super easy. The owner, Mr. Lan, was highly responsive. The house was immaculately maintained and clean. The layout of the home with 2 separate bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs was very convenient. The presence of an additional bathroom downstairs was key. The home is located close to freeways and is only a 20 minute drive to Disneyland and close to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

I recently stayed at Lan’s condo, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The condo is so spacious and beautifully designed, with everything I needed to feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a perfect stay.Lan was an amazing host, always quick to reply to my needs, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. I had a last-minute addition to my family trio for our Disneyland trip, and Lan had no problem accommodating us. This is what great customer service is all about! I’m so glad my nephew was able to join us—it made the trip even more special.The condo is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I honestly can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much, Lan and the JKL team, for an outstanding experience. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. The kitchen area was decently stocked with coffee and tea provided, as well as basic kitchen items. We didn’t find any scissors, which would have been helpful. The property was adequate, the internet was intermittent and constantly dropped out. The hot water had a mind of its own. The one thing that was very disappointing was the front bedroom, the blinds are paper thin and there is an extremely bright light on the street. The whole room is very bright all night...and loud, a lot of road noise, the windows are ancient...the one thing a traveller needs is a decent nights sleep and not having block out blinds is very major oversight. There is an uncovered fuse box in the upstairs bedroom Kitchen was great, but overall it was average, I would not stay here again

Everything was just as it was shown on the website. The manager was easy to get a hold of and very helpful by keeping us informed of all the things that were going on. The plumbing next door was getting fixed so our water went off but the manager was quick to help us get it back on. Unfortunately the couch bed was broken a mattress was provided so that was nice. All the appliances worked great, lots of hot water, free washer and dryer is available.

The owners were so accommodating and helpful. It was in a great location to what we needed. They had helpful instructions for all appliances and handy hints for supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again if we were in LA.

Communication with host was great. Close to great mall and not too far driving to beaches. Wish the sofa couch would have worked, they did provide a mattress which was was semi-comfy but did have to rearrange a few things and set it up. Well stocked kitchen and had tea and coffee for us to use. Floor was not cleanest and the shower curtain smell3d spongy. Was well stocked with games.

We love the Farmhouse Getaway! The two bedroom condo was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and check out process, the host was extremely responsive when the needs arise. Someone had mentioned that there weren’t enough pots and pan for cooking but why cook when Little Saigon is just around the corner? For our family cookwares provided was sufficient for our 4 day stay. Would we come back again? Absolutely! Thank you to the Do family for a wonderful stay! Katherine & family

Absolutely love our stay here, the proximity to the beach and restaurants is extremely convenient. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and the best part was the Nespresso! Definitely will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended!

Property was clean, well stocked and organized. We are major water drinkers so having the brita pitcher was awesome. Laundry room was easy to use and so were all other appliances in the house. If I could recommend 2 things. Slightly darker window treatments in king bedroom and more comfy furniture to lounge. It was rough to hang in the living area after a long busy day. Other than that it was a great stay.

The living room has a reasonably comfortable couch for one person to lounge on to watch TV but the other seat was rickety, seemed half broken and was not meant for lying down. The house itself was very convenient for our needs and had dedicated parking (plus not a very busy street for street parking. I’d stay again in this space.
Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. My recent two-day stay at this property was exceptional and exceeded expectations. The entire unit has undergone a beautiful, high-quality remodel with every space, including the bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and bathrooms made to feel fresh and modern. The thoughtful design creates a comforting, relaxing vibe that makes it incredibly easy to completely unwind.The central location is a major highlight, providing highly convenient and effortless access to everything in the area. While it is absolutely ideal for a family looking to explore local attractions, beaches and shopping, it is equally perfect as a business retreat for setting up business meetings, accessing the best dining in the area, and easy access to the main freeways in the area. The place allows you to step away from the daily madness and fully recharge.A major benefit is private covered parking. Having a dedicated, private spot offers incredible comfort and peace of mind, allowing you to come and go freely without the stress or safety concerns of searching for street parking. Additionally, everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible is professionally posted throughout the unit. Throughout my stay, the host was exceptionally attentive and accommodating and genuinely cared to resolving every request satisfactorily. Communication via the app was seamless and prompt, ensuring a hassle-free experience.I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!
