Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis inkl. Frühstück, sehr gute zentrale Lage mitten in der City. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Genau so wünsche ich mir ein Hotel: ehrlicher Preis - ehrliche Leistung!

The hotel was centrally located just a short walk from the Bochum train station. it was impressively clean and the staff were uniformly courteous and helpful. The included breakfast had a nice selection of cold cuts, scrambled eggs (I did not taste) soft boiled eggs cereals, breads, juices and an individual cup coffee brewer with the range from espresso to latte. The rooms were clean, WiFi was fast and I'd definitely stay there again

Riktigt bra AC på rummet. Hotellet i övrigt modernt och hade alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig behövas. Riktigt bra läge också nära järnvägsstationen och nära till övrig kollektivtrafik i staden

Check in easy. Hotel in great location, easy parking, lovely rooms. We pre paid, was told of this when we checked in. I had 2 rooms on the booking, the first room checked out no problem. When I came to check out I was told I needed to pay, he had already tried to charge the card linked on the payment. After explaining it was pre paid he doubled down saying ‘the system says it hasn’t’ after asking why the other room had been allowed to check out with out paying, as it was on the same booking, I was told ‘he pre paid’. After again trying to explain it is the SAME booking and how can one be paid and not the other, he still insisted that it needed paying for. He said he needed to get his manager, I showed him the invoice that clearly stated 2 rooms had been pre paid. After about 10 minutes we said we needed to leave to get a ferry to which he said it’s all sorted, without speaking to the manager. As we left he sarcastically said ‘have a great day’ he never spoke to his manager so I presume he made a mistake and wouldn’t accept it even after all the evidence to the contrary. The hotel was great but unfortunately this interaction was a damper on the whole trip, been accused of leaving without paying!
