Riktigt bra AC på rummet. Hotellet i övrigt modernt och hade alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig behövas. Riktigt bra läge också nära järnvägsstationen och nära till övrig kollektivtrafik i staden

Check in easy. Hotel in great location, easy parking, lovely rooms. We pre paid, was told of this when we checked in. I had 2 rooms on the booking, the first room checked out no problem. When I came to check out I was told I needed to pay, he had already tried to charge the card linked on the payment. After explaining it was pre paid he doubled down saying ‘the system says it hasn’t’ after asking why the other room had been allowed to check out with out paying, as it was on the same booking, I was told ‘he pre paid’. After again trying to explain it is the SAME booking and how can one be paid and not the other, he still insisted that it needed paying for. He said he needed to get his manager, I showed him the invoice that clearly stated 2 rooms had been pre paid. After about 10 minutes we said we needed to leave to get a ferry to which he said it’s all sorted, without speaking to the manager. As we left he sarcastically said ‘have a great day’ he never spoke to his manager so I presume he made a mistake and wouldn’t accept it even after all the evidence to the contrary. The hotel was great but unfortunately this interaction was a damper on the whole trip, been accused of leaving without paying!

The hotel is very clean, and since it is relatively new, everything is in great condition. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The only downside is the breakfast. Instead of freshly prepared scrambled eggs, they serve pre-packaged scrambled eggs, which was a bit disappointing. If they improved the breakfast by offering freshly made eggs, I would probably give the hotel a full 5-star rating. There is plenty of parking available. It is paid parking, but the parking facilities are convenient and well organized. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
