The condo was just as described. There was a view of the ocean from the balcony. Being a “side” unit it was somewhat limited but still it was nice to sit and see the beach and ocean. The pool and hot tubs at the complex were well kept. And it was a short walk to the wide east beach area of the island. There was a very large area with multiple nozzles and hoses for rinsing off when returning back to the condo as well. We used that to help clean up the beach chairs that were provided in the condo. The unit was a good size for 4 adults. We also cooked a couple meals at the condo and were surprised by the quality of the cookware. All in I would say if you are looking for a condo for 4 on the beach at SSI this is a great option.

We gathered for a family reunion and so we got to see a few other units in this same building. Decor was fresh and clean. Very comfortable stay. Location is great. Entry and exit to the location are easy with remote gates, so feels secure. Shopping and restaurants within an easy driving distance. Parking spaces are covered, though a bit narrow for larger vehicles, but thankfully there were plenty of spaces. Pool area was lovely. Beach access convenient. A few practical amenities provided which made our stay comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic location. Kids loved the pool. Beautiful beach access. Easy communication with the owner. Loved the king bed mattress. Had beach and bathroom key code issues - seemed to be a problem with the entire complex but it was fixed in a day. Unit needs painting but otherwise is in great condition. We loved our first trip to SSI!

This place was amazing. The unit itself was clean, updated, lots of space for a family of four. Pool was great. The beach is also awesome and close. Location is great - short 5-10 drive to anything. The only challenge was the arrival - there is only one elevator for this side of the complex so getting everything in and leaving on check out day with all the other travelers also arriving/departing is a little challenging and time consuming but not impossible. Overall, this place was great and we would love to stay again when in SSI.

My spouse and I had a great time staying at the Beach Club. Location was the best with direct beach access. We would go to King and Prince for Happy Hour 3-5 pm. We enjoyed the hot tub too! Shannon left us a welcome gift and communications were good. Thank you

Not clean, needed a good deep clean. Kitchen essentials lacking. Communication with property agent was sketchy at best. The payment schedule did not match as shown on the VRBO site and resulted in an over payment that needed to be refunded.

Would not recommend ever staying here as the building is old and in very rough shape. Although they “redid” the interior, it is just for show. They just painted over holes, scratches, etc and the second bathtub was not replaced and was disgusting. When we arrived, the place had not been cleaned in some time, when we picked up the remote you could see the dust outline and my sons white socks were black on the bottom in a matter of a few minutes. Also found a dirty towel just left on the couch. Could not find any cleaning supplies so had to go get our own stuff to clean appropriately.

We brought our 3 month old for our first family vacation and had an absolutely wonderful time. The unit was spacious, clean, and had a lot of great amenities. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! We’ll be back!

This was our 2nd year staying at this condo. The benefits are the king bed is comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and the bench and shelf in the foyer provide extra storage for beach stuff, coolers etc. The condo was updated last year and was in great shape when we stayed in 2023. This year, there was some wear and tear not maintained as well. When I submitted a request to management they said they would come and repair but never did. Also, check in was suppose to be at 4pm but the condo was still Being cleaned and we couldn’t get in until 4:30pm. Communication could have been better about delays in the cleaning. Also, the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are not secure on the box spring and slide all over the place, more of an issue with kids sleeping in them.

Building complex did not have a direct boardwalk access to beach ( had to walk through water up to our knees ). Went to a nearby public access next day.// musty smell. Kitchen nicely equipt. Quiet. Nice flooring, shower cabinet. Bed mattresses were too soft for us. Local site Manager was very nice and tried to help us when she could.

The location was excellent as a base to visit all attractions in the golden isles. Walking distance to restaurants and some shops as well as a short drive to the pier village. The condo had all amenities required for a month long visit. The unit itself could use some updating as there was clearly wear and some peeling paint. Overall enjoyed our stay
The location was excellent as a base to visit all attractions in the golden isles. Walking distance to restaurants and some shops as well as a short drive to the pier village. The condo had all amenities required for a month long visit. The unit itself could use some updating as there was clearly wear and some peeling paint. Overall enjoyed our stay

This was our 2nd trip to St Simons Island and it did not disappoint. The location is great being in a quiet neighborhood near the beach but also an easy walk/drive to all the busy spots nearby with restaurants/shops/etc.

We gathered for a family reunion and so we got to see a few other units in this same building. Decor was fresh and clean. Very comfortable stay. Location is great. Entry and exit to the location are easy with remote gates, so feels secure. Shopping and restaurants within an easy driving distance. Parking spaces are covered, though a bit narrow for larger vehicles, but thankfully there were plenty of spaces. Pool area was lovely. Beach access convenient. A few practical amenities provided which made our stay comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic location. Kids loved the pool. Beautiful beach access. Easy communication with the owner. Loved the king bed mattress. Had beach and bathroom key code issues - seemed to be a problem with the entire complex but it was fixed in a day. Unit needs painting but otherwise is in great condition. We loved our first trip to SSI!

My spouse and I had a great time staying at the Beach Club. Location was the best with direct beach access. We would go to King and Prince for Happy Hour 3-5 pm. We enjoyed the hot tub too! Shannon left us a welcome gift and communications were good. Thank you

We had a lovely and relaxing stay in Saint Simons Island. Enjoyed this location for its proximity to local dining, shops, and sites. Amenities were nice, and the beach was beautiful. The walk to the beach was challenging at times because of the tidal pools flooding some of the paths. Once on the beach we enjoyed long walks with lovely views of Jekyll Island and wildlife (lots of dolphins, white ibis, ducks, pelicans, and other birds).
