This hotel needs lots of attention to detail. The bed was too hard, the pillows were totally unsupportive, and the toilet in our room, besides being way too loud, is too low for many people. And the hotel are definitely understaffed. No (free) breakfast or coffee is provided here, and you can't even get coffee after they close their mini-Starbucks at 10am in the morning. Forget about using the coffee machine in the room. I say this because they don't spend much on maintenance... the only elevator in the building was out all week (when we arrived, and when we left). On the second floor, the doorway to the corridor for the rooms has a push to exit bar. The cover is missing from the corner of the bar mechanism and someone could get a nasty scrape if they're not careful. And the same trash was sitting in the parking lot all week too... There were only two bright spots at this hotel, one being the chefs in the restaurant, and the other was the young man (Alex) who ran the Starbucks and took your breakfast orders in the restaurant. Unfortunately for this place, Alex went back to school, and we think he'll have a very bright future. Look for another place to stay in this area. This place is the poor stepchild of Delta by Marriot... shame.

My son and I stayed here the wknd. No issues. Front desk was nice. Their gym was clean. Dorney Park was really close. Only “negative” for me is that the microwave is not in the room, they have 1 located on each floor. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Common areas were nice. Rooms are kind of outdated and not super clean. The elevator was also broken. I would not book this hotel again.

Staff was pleasant. Hallways had strange smell as did our room. There were a few odd flying bugs. The rooms had nice upgraded bathrooms with good lighting which I loved. I don't understand why hotels if you list that you have 4 guests in the room they only give enough towels for 3 people. I stay out of town a lot and get tired of always having to ask for more towels. I always have to go get the towels as well. I understand staffing, but it is frustrating. Just give enough towels in the first place. I went to desk, asked for 3. Only had 2 to give me. At the end of the day, not a huge issue just annoying. Overall ok stay.
