There was no heat in our room the first night, the shower was cold. The coffee machine in the breakfast broken, the elevator not working, pool not working, very cold in the building. The staff had their coats on. The bathroom needs remodeling.

Our room had been renovated, so it was good. However the mattress was not comfortable at all- super hard. And for a king sized bed , it only had 4 little pillows. The continental breakfast was ok, but slow to be replenished ( many items were empty). Front desk and housekeeping service was good- very nice. 9/25 visit- we got notice before our arrival that the pool and fitness center were closed- bummer.

By far one of the worst properties I have stayed at ! They say the pool & the fitness is open online, you get there and the pool is drained out with tvs and beds in the pool area! Then the fitness room is inside the pool room that's filled with pool cleaning supplies ! Soon as you enter the room it smells like mildew tbh through the whole building, the carpets in the hallways collect so much humidity the carpet were soaking puddle wet. You pay a deposit for what waffles ? They say hot breakfast it for sure was not a hot breakfast the only thing hot was waffles they had all that space and literally put waffle mix and cereal out but claim it's a hot breakfast. The false advertising online is ridiculous.

This hotel is being renovated so the pool and gym were unavailable. The staff was nice and the breakfast wasn’t bad either so it is a decent place to stay if you’re looking for a place that has continental breakfast included. It is within driving distance of many attractions too so definitely a bonus.

The room was dirty! The bathroom was filthy! There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, no garbage can and the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. I told both the cleaning person and the front desk about the condition and also asked the cleaning person for a garbage and towels. Neither was brought to us and no one ever came to clean the bathroom. I would have went to another hotel but it was parents weekend and everything was booked.

The update from hotels.com gave us a heads up the hotel was being renovated and assured us an updated room. It had been painted and beds were comfortable, but the bathroom has black mold in the corners and in the shower. The toilet didn't flush properly.

The entire floor in our room was sticky. The type of sticky like someone spilled juice on the ground and just grabbed a wet wash cloth and spread it everywhere. You could hear and feel your shoes stick with each step. It was so bad that we didn’t even step on the floor in our socks because we were afraid they would get stuck to floor. The door to our room was warped and had about an inch gap along the left of the frame that you could see through. Dead bugs on the ground in our room. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all.

Where should I start? The hotel layout was obviously designed by someone who was sleep-deprived: the corridors seemed miles long to get to the room; the paint was peeling on all the doors to the rooms along the corridor; the room, itself, while typical motel size and quality, was not very clean and I'm glad I never walked on the filthy floor without socks or shoes; the stuffing was coming out of the sofa; the shower curtain was improperly sized, (so much of the shower water ended on the floor); the flooding was minimized only by almost non-existent water pressure barely sufficient to flush the toilet; the telephone didn't work; there was no coffee to put in the provided coffee maker; and because it was a busy university weekend, they charged me an exhorbitant price for the privilege of staying there one night. Never again! If it weren't for the clean sheets on the nice king-sized bed, I'd prefer to sleep in my car.

It was state fair week so the options were limited. Hotel was being renovated or atleast it looked like it. It said there were newly renovated rooms. We knew ahead of time the pool was closed. Our renovated room consited of a matress that was caved in and clearly just had a new topper put on. The TV was a 32" that was from 2001. The room floor was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower was filthy looking. The toulet wouldnt flush unless you held the handle down for 2 minutes. Only then would it flush well in the morning. The elevator was dirty and so were the hallways. The breakfast consisted of 1 wafflr maker, a bagel area, hard boiled eggs and yogurt in the fridge. We ended up eating out for breakfast. I guess you get what you pay for but at $350 for two nights I expected better.

Big hotel in the midst of a remodel. Our room was all brand new. Noise went too easily between our room and the next door room, under the connecting door. Maybe the barrier along the floor needs improving. We were out before breakfast, so don't know how it was.

The hotel is under renovation and the AC on the first room was too noisy. The management was very responsive and put us in another room that had great AC, but the bed was truly terrible. There was a deep indentation in the mattress that made us roll together. In order to not be plastered to my husband I had to sleep on the diagonal. I didn’t discover this until my husband was already asleep. The photo doesn’t do it justiceThe breakfast was also disappointing

Check in at 6pm, and it was a ghost town. Huge interior which connects 2 buildings. Room view was of the conference room lobby, with an empty pool beyond. Room was clean, modern, comfortable. A/C was not working, so felt like a steam room. Manager said they would address.

Everyone was very courteous and professional. Hotel is kept very clean, spacious rooms. Close to everything you need such as restaurants, stores and things to do.

Waited at a the front desk for over 20 minutes before someone came out to help up check in. The room was ok the hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. Breakfast was not prepared properly. There was no milk for the cereal, no butter for the nasty waffles, and a refrigerator caught on fire in the middle of the night. This interrupted our stay and we just went back home to Ohio.

Great customer service, really enjoyable check in/check out experience . The hotel is very clean and quiet, it appears to be under renovations according to the message we received on Expedia , however we haven't noticed any construction or noise. Our room was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Decent options for complimentary breakfast. We were only there for one night, but we enjoyed our stay

What stay? This hotel overbooked and turned us away. They said I would be refunded. NO REFUND. Ramid (check in person) falsely claimed that I didn’t show up for my booking. This hotel is running a scam. They also turned away at least a dozen other people. Leaving all of us without a place to stay - as every hotel in town was booked due to Metallica concert we were attending. We ended up leaving our car parked in the hotel’s parking lot, took an uber to and from the concert, then drove home. We didn’t get home until 4:00AM.

Last minute stay, and it was passed 8pm with two littles or I would have left. Hotel is literally falling down, with ceiling tiles gone and wires and pipes exposed. Cleanliness was just alright, no bed bugs to my knowledge however no one vacuumed our room FOR SURE. I booked a king with a pullout sofa. Imagine my frustration when there was no bedding for the couch whatsoever, and when I called the front desk (four times) no one answered. The hotel is HUGE, while only two floors, it’s sprawling with three wings of rooms per floor. Myself and my two littles walk ALL the way down to the front desk to find no one. Attendant was eating dinner with friends/family in the lobby area; he proceeded to tell me, “oh you should have just called, this is the hotel number”. I explain I did call, four times and his eyes light up with, “oh! That’s because I was with a costumer”. Brings up bedding 20 min later without sheets or pillowcases. When he finally returns with sheets, after my calling downstairs again, he states, “I couldn’t find any pillowcases, I’m sorry”.

Last minute stay, and it was passed 8pm with two littles or I would have left. Hotel is literally falling down, with ceiling tiles gone and wires and pipes exposed. Cleanliness was just alright, no bed bugs to my knowledge however no one vacuumed our room FOR SURE. I booked a king with a pullout sofa. Imagine my frustration when there was no bedding for the couch whatsoever, and when I called the front desk (four times) no one answered. The hotel is HUGE, while only two floors, it’s sprawling with three wings of rooms per floor. Myself and my two littles walk ALL the way down to the front desk to find no one. Attendant was eating dinner with friends/family in the lobby area; he proceeded to tell me, “oh you should have just called, this is the hotel number”. I explain I did call, four times and his eyes light up with, “oh! That’s because I was with a costumer”. Brings up bedding 20 min later without sheets or pillowcases. When he finally returns with sheets, after my calling downstairs again, he states, “I couldn’t find any pillowcases, I’m sorry”.

At 2 AM the fire alarm went off causing everyone to evacuate. Upon the alarm turning off we had no staff member come by to make sure everyone was okay. At breakfast the juice machine was not fully stocked. The apples were going bad. Many items were not stocked to adequate level. When going to check out there was no one at the desk. They had a sign stating to press the bell, which no one came after pressing. Or call the number, which went to the front desk phone. After waiting almost 15 minutes someone finally came but did not apologies for the delay nor showed any care for the delay. I was very disappointed with the service they provided and the only response she gave me was, "I'm sorry". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I very much enjoyed the location and the ease to get to the location directly off I-90. I was pleased with the vaulted ceilings of the lobby area. Nice that dining seating is close to the entrance. The sliding door entrance was very helpful too! The easy access parking was a bonus. I also appreciated the studio style room, the refrigerator was clean & spacious. The healthier aspect of no carpet is appreciated but a functional heating unit is a must.

The property was under construction during our stay and hence the swimming pool was closed. The room was clean and spacious. The location is good as it is right beside the highway. Good place to stay.

We booked this last minute. Pleasantly surprised by the clean rooms, decent breakfast and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Quiet and respectful guests made our stay well worth the reasonable rates. Would certainly stay on our next trip to Syracuse.

The photo is very deceptive, it was not lit up at all like the photo. Was kind of concerned when only 2 cars in the parking lot and there was someone sitting in each of them. The room itself was remodeled, clean and nice. When going for breakfast next morning, you can see the property is very large and in dire need of updating. Must have been quite the property back in the day. Breakfast is not for someone that likes a nice hot breakfast, but if just need something to tide you over, this will do.

Property was clean inside the facility. It was very dated but very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much at all. There’s no pool. They’re supposed to be a pool but they have all kinds of storage stuff in the pool., I probably would not stay. The beds were so so they were on a metal spring that the platform kept moving would not recommend it unless you’re just cheap overnight.

stayed for 3 nights, not once did they do the bed or clean the room. At least, clean or do the bed once during our stay. breakfast is just practically toast and coffee. No hot breakfast. Will not stay here again.

We choose this hotel as we were passing through New York on a long trip and needed a good night's sleep. We thought Quality Inn had certain standards to uphold and this one seemed to fall short. Yes, it is under renovation and seems to have a lot of potential, but it has a ways to go. Breakfast choices were few and there were no hot entrees. Our room was said to have been renovated, but hopefully that was not the finished product--stains in the bathtub, cracks in the bathroom floor, old toilet which didn't flush well. The bed was nice, so we did have a good night's sleep, so that was a redeeming factor.

Room was very clean with updated furniture; bathroom was older but adequate. Definitely felt worth it for the cost. “Continental”Breakfast was pretty sad honestly: 2 cereal options, whole apples, refrigerated boiled eggs, waffle machine, bread/toaster, juices and coffee.

Nothing unique. Hallways look like a prison. Room is pleasant. TV does not work. Staff is helpful. Breakfast a disaster: no fresh coffee unless you want to wrestle with a machine. No smell of fresh-brewed. Bagel stale. Waffle forgettable but makes you wish you had back the time it took to make it.

The property is dated and in disrepair. Walking down the hallway, many of the rooms were locked with a bracket and padlock. You can tell the property is being worked on but I did not see active construction happening. The breakfast is extremely modest with cereal, a waffle maker, yogurt and hard boiled eggs in a refrigerator. I has hoping for a hot breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausage. The property is good for an essentials trip but I would not say family friendly.

Our stay at this Choice Hotel was extremely disappointing. The microwave in our room didn’t work, the vending machine was out of order, and the breakfast offered only the bare minimum. The carpets and hallways were dark, dingy, and badly in need of updating. Housekeeping never came to clean our room, and we couldn’t even get clean towels. To make matters worse, the toilet was leaking, and we were left to handle the plumbing issue ourselves! Guests should never have to deal with problems like this during a hotel stay. Although we made the best of the situation, these are basic services and amenities that every paying guest should expect. I would not recommend this hotel, and we will definitely not be returning.

This hotel has been under renovation but it seems it’s getting worse. This was My second stay here but the first stay was better. I got a room without AC, then I got moved to one with AC but no body wash. Then found out the room number In which I slept was not the one registered under my name. The people I met outside made me feel like I was at a motel and I was at the point of going to a different hotel.

The property was not well maintained. Visible dirt and grime in hallways. Ceiling tiles missing. Our room was poorly cleaned with hair still on the floors and toilet in the bathroom. The top cover of the bed appeared not to be clean, with visible stains. We removed that and had to request clean blankets instead. The exit from the middle of the building to the outside was unlocked and often propped open posing what I would consider a safety concern. There was very minimal options available at the breakfast. As someone who can’t eat gluten, my only options were questionable hard boiled eggs and small strawberry yogurt. I ended up passing. Luckily the coffee was pretty good.
