Arenas del Mar Beach & Nature Resort

Tuvimos un inconveniente la primera noche que llegamos y al día siguiente después de acercarnos a recepción la gerente nos hizo los cambios necesarios para que nuestra estancia las siguientes noches fueran magníficas

Muy linda propriedad con la misma fauna en sitio que en el parque Manuel Antonio. Personal muy amable, buenos tours dentro de la propiedad [tomen el tour nocturno]. Esperaba mas de los restaurantes, bueno, sin mas, pero overpriced a mi gusto.

What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!

I arrived in the afternoon, around 4:30PM, after a very long trip. No sign was telling the hotel location. The road looks like it leads to a one-star hotel. At the gate, no one speak English, so I waited 10 minutes to speak with the reception. They gave me the room late, and then the surprise was: THERE WAS A WIDENING PARTY IN FRONT OF MY ROOM THAT KEPT ME UP ALL NIGHT. I FOUND DEAD MOSQUITOES IN MY BED AND AT 4AM WAS CHECKING ON MY BABY AND SEE A SPIDER IN MY ONE-YEAR-OLD'S BED. I checked out the next day and did not complete the two nights. I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. I WAS EXPECTING FIVE-STAR SERVICE WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID.

Staff is top notch.
